Great customer service from the office staff and mechanic. I stopped by for what I thought would be an extensive service and it was as simple as adding coolant. Very honest and professional.

I smacked the pot hole up at the Hudson valley mall and popped a tire. I called another company and they had no one available. I called Cars Plus , they picked me up in 30 mins and got me to the tire shop. Thanx for the help .

Loved this place and the people involved there. Had a messed up tire that wouldn’t move and needed a tow. They came right out were really friendly very helpful and the prices were great!

I called in an emergency. Three small children and a disabled adult locked out of the car in the freezing cold wind at night. The guy didn’t care. He yelled “I’m not a psychiatrist!” What did that even mean?!? We’re cold and need help getting into our car. It was getting darker and darker. This place will leave your toddlers in the cold. Call Perry’s instead.
