All I needed was an oil change and tire rotation and multi-point inspection and there was no attempt to sell me other services. Also, I needed to get out of the dealership fast as I was dealing with a heating crisis in my home and Joseph Essency and his team managed to get my car serviced and me out of the dealership quickly. Much appreciated.

I was very limited due to recent surgery and Jennifer was extremely helpful working with me to get work done and assist me in returning it after initial tow. Work was done well and Jennifer belted me get things set up to have outstanding inspection done as well (condition prevented me from doing in prior months and registration was coming due in weeks). When I took my car to be serviced for the first time at Lia Honda Kingston, I was met by Rebecca Schermerhorn, she was very knowledgeable and made my experience there at Lia Honda Kingston amazing. She showed me to the waiting room, which had all the wonderful amenities, coffee, snack machine, and a view out to the shop so that you can see your car being serviced, I enjoyed a fresh coffee, while I waited for my oil change and a tire rotation. Upon completion of my service, Rebecca Schermerhorn came back out to greet me in the waiting room to notify me that the service was completed and she took the time to go over everything. I wanted to thank Lia Honda Kingston and Rebecca Schermerhorn for providing the best customer service experience.
I’ve never been disappointed with the service at Lea Honda. I had a first-time experience with service representative Becca. She was most accommodating and professional. Becca must’ve been trained or heavily influenced by Susan, the GOAT of dealer service reps.
I had a new set of tires put on eight months after putting new set on from Kingston Tire, which turned out to be crap tires, by the time they were only 8,000 miles old.

Robert Munson was friendly and is a great employee. It did take 2 hours for an oil change and inspection, which is more time than I expected with a 7:30am appointment.
I have a Toyota and I go to a Honda dealership for service. That in itself should tell you all you need to know, but I’ll tell you more. From the second I drive into the garage, I’m greeted with a smile, a quick overhaul of the car and what we’re doing and I’m inside. The waiting are is comfortable with a window view of the vehicles, though you may not always see your vehicle, you can rest comfortably knowing you look in from time to time. Robert Munson would check in with me every now and then and I appreciate that so much. I always leave with a clean car, they wash it, and a good mood.
Dennis Raskin is a great service agent. He does his best to provide guidance for your service needs. He also investigates fully, any applicable discounts that may be available to his customer. He is polite, dedicated, and an asset to the service deapartment, and Lia Honda, in general.
Robert Munson always has the patience and time to answer all of my questions about my Fit no matter how simple they may be to him or how many times I may have repeated myself.
I also appreciate the comfortable space where I can wait while the work is ongoing.

Robert Munson & the mechanics at Lia Honda did all they could for an unusual alternator problem. Engine issues are never good but at Lia I never came out unsatisfied. Thank You Robert and the supporting staff.

I recently had to have a non-mechanical but necessary repair done on my Honda CRV, and Dennis Raskin could not have been more helpful or easier to deal with. I'd dealt with the department manager, Jared, earlier by phone, and he got Dennis up to speed very quickly when I arrived for my appointment.
Dennis also alerted me to a safety recall that is outstanding for my vehicle and I've now got an appointment to get back to their service center to have that work done as well. I'm very happy with both Dennis and Jared (and the rest of the team there.)
Dennis Raskin did a terrific job supervising the servicing of my Honda Civic yesterday. There was an elusive rattle in the car, for which he pinpointed the source. This entailed an initial drive with me to hear the noise, a consultation with a senior mechanic at the shop to suggest the appropriate repair, a test drive by himself to evaluate the repair, and a final confirmatory test drive with me. He kept me very well informed through the entire process. Very friendly, courteous, professional services!
Our service advisor, Susan Kelly, was instrumental in getting our car in for servicing promptly. She answered any questions we had about our vehicle. She also made sure our windshield washer fluid was topped off before we left. Susan is always very professional, polite, and understanding when it comes to any concern we may have with our vehicle. Lia Honda of Kingston's service department is top-notch. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

When I get my 2023 Civic sport serviced or if I have any questions, I always ask for Mark Wertheim. He’s my go-to person for his knowledge and dedication to helping others and to his great work ethic. I had a small issue and Mark made sure to do everything he could to get the job done quickly and efficiently. I’m so glad Lia Honda has him there to help all the other customers as well as me.
