Perry’s Towing came quickly to help my daughter and me in an emergency when AAA tow truck didn’t show up. The price was reasonable and Billy the driver was so friendly and professional. He gave us both a ride to the dealership in the very nice air conditioned truck (after almost 2 hours waiting on hot asphalt in a hot car that wouldn’t start we were very happy to cool off). I highly recommend Perry’s if you need a tow!!!

I had a very Good experience. Got stuck on Thruway and they came promptly. Wayne the driver was very professional, polite and thorough. He was up front and answered any questions honestly, and even took me further than they normally would. Wayne turned an aggravating situation into relief. Today I got a flat tire on my RV. I will never use Perry’s people again. They were rude even after my husband got the spare out and was all ready for them. By the time they finished, it was a 1 1/2 job if that, they charged me $550. By they way it’s partly my problem that I didn’t ask what the cost would be NOR did they tell me until the end. The one older gentleman said this thing (RV) should even be on the road. It’s a beautiful RV. In excellent shape. Then after we paid the bill, the guy look at me and said what no tip?? Oh I’ll give ya a tip, don’t ever use them! And one guy just stood around. 👎

We were in a jam delivering a bus to the Bronx days before Christmas. I called them told them I situation. They towed the bus off the NYS Thruway and did the repair and we were back in business. The price was outstanding. I figured we would have to leave the bus there and come back for it, but they knocked it out quick. Very surprised how quick they did it. I couldn't thank them enough. Avoid business at all costs. Driver Wayne and employees at business extremely rude and unprofessional. They work with troopers to scam money. Please READ LOWEST REVIEWS!!! This is very common! Ran out of gas, driver would not take payment over phone. That's fine, but then refusing payment when someone was able to drive cash there is unacceptable. Also added a $40 charge because they had to call the troopers. They claimed car was abandoned because we walked to the side road for our safety while we waited for gas. I guess you need to sit in you car and risk being struck by traffic to be able to not have your car towed. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and read lowest reviews, I'm not the only person who was treated with disrespect.

It was passed midnight, our car over heated, we had AAA service, we called and Perry’s Towing Company. They showed up on time, but the truck driver was so rude and disrespectful with attitude. It’s was freezing outside 23 degrees outside, we sat and waited for 35 to 40 min for him. In arrival no hello, but “just to pick it up $130, Hudson from exit 20 is another “ I cut him off by saying we called AAA!! He was even possible and Angrily said “you gonna have to Toll $10 for Catskills Bridge “ to which I looked at him smiled and I said sure. He also insisted I take the car to a dealer, I kindly said please take it to where I asked.

Our Tesla ran low on juice just before our exit. AAA sent a truck from Perry’s. The operator, Billy, was completely competent and professional: courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He was up to speed on how to prep and load a Tesla, and he backed down the narrow street to our garage like it was a mall parking lot. What a pleasant experience!

Top notch towing service, of anywhere I’ve been across the country and world. Their drivers are quick, intelligent, and drop knowledge on you that you would have never thought of because you’re so wrapped up in the car getting towed. Many thanks to Perry’s, HIGHLY RECOMMEND to everyone

First off, we got struck by lightening yesterday stranded on the highway because of it, We call Perry’s towing & they tell us they can’t tow us, meanwhile it’s 24 hour towing allegedly but as soon as a state trooper comes by to help us and he has someone from Perry’s come within 2 minutes. Not to mention the tow truck driver was going 90 mph swerving in and out of lanes in the pouring rain & he had a heavy duty metal clip board that kept flying off his dashboard onto my friend who recently had knee surgery. Very poor service

The absolute worst customer service. Spoke with a guy over the phone in the towing department in regards to services they may or may not provide. He could not understand a word I was saying, although it was VERY simple and has definitely happened to others. I asked a few simple questions and he kept answering back with a terrible attitude. Wasn’t asking/telling him to do anything. Was just wondering if they did or if he knew of someone in the area that could provide a certain service. I wish I got his name. Regardless, this not the first time I’ve had a hard time with Perry’s. Anything you ask is an inconvenience to them. DO NOT USE their towing service, and honestly wouldn’t recommend their auto service either. Horrible.

I was on the Thruway and had tire problems so therefore I was connected to them as AAA cannot provide service. The man who came to help me was very nice. However he rushed the tire job and basically when I went to replace the spare that he had put on, the garage had to completely break one of the lug nuts because he had drilled it in wrong and it ended up costing me $125 to replace the lug nut stud. Not very happy about that.

These guys flat out don’t like to work. Every time we call them for service it’s an excuse to help. And 25 miles is “too far” for a tow for these guys. I have vendors in other places that will tow for 6 hours one way. It’s ridiculous in their area they never want to help. I always end up calling people over 45 miles to come do an easy winch out and it’s “too far” for these guys. And I always check mileage before I call so I assume “oh these guys are close let me call them” nope it’s always too far for them but not to far for guys over 45 miles away. Calling them is just a waste of time for me.

I was having my car towed in for service, what I thought was a bad starter. When the tow truck arrived, I told the driver that even with a jump, the car wouldn't start and thought he'd have to winch it out of my parking space. Instead, he got out the battery pack and attached it and the car started immediately. I was able to drive it to the garage instead of it being towed in. I was very pleased that he took the time to check the battery again instead of simply loading the car onto the flatbed. He was courteous and professional. The cost was slightly less than having it towed and worth every penny. Thanks!!!!!!

Sean was a huge blessing. He rescued our family with young children late on a Friday night. It wasn't easy and he found us an excellent repair shop and made sure we were safe at a hotel for the night. Our problems were his concern. Excellent

The driver was extremely courteous and responded quickly. My Uhaul rental had a blowout on the NY Thruway and these guys happened to be very close to where the blowout occurred. Rather than charge me, they sorted out the paperwork and charges with the folks at Uhaul. Mike could not have been more professional and caring.

I would avoid this business at all costs. They did a simple tow job to get my housekeeper out of snow, no long distance and it was near $300. They originally said $120 minimum and you would think they would have let me know how much more but no. The owner wasn't apologetic and has very poor customer service.

On August 24, 2019 I had a break down. Guy came out and towed my off thruway. The gentleman was very quick and professional and got me to their shop. I was dealing with insurance all day. They sent out a tow service that couldn't fit truck on his flatbed. I was there from 830am and the men at the garage checked on me and my kids all day. Gave us access to restroom etc. About 900 PM insurance authorized them to tow me home. Me and my kids and truck was back safely. Thank you guys for making a horrible day bearable and we and thankful for your service.

My moving truck got stuck yesterday in the customr driveway , and this guy....sorry i forgot your name was really good and gelpful. Thisbguys are not the regular toeing company scamers. They are legit!! I hope you never need tgem but if you do, they are the go to guys

I moved to Kingston with my Dodge Grand caravan and needed to have the parking brake repaired for state inspection and they took care of it very well and inspected the car with no further problems. Pete, the owner is a very good man who cares about repeat business. I recommend this place

As a manager of a tow company in upstate New York I was overall very pleased with their services! My vehicle quit on me while traveling south on i87 just south of kingston! The state police dispatched Perry’s towing who covers that section of thruway to pick me up! Was given a 30minute eta, and they were there in 20 which was awesome! Justin arrived on scene and quickly got my vehicle loaded and headed to my destination in New Jersey! Justin was very professional and polite, and kept good conversation the whole time, keep up the good work buddy! I was very pleased with Perry’s, their driver was in a nice uniform they had nice clean brand new trucks and their pricing was industry standard and very fair!

You would not think a towing company would do a small project but they did for a great price. These people help me when no one want to help me load my printers and assist me to make sure my product was loaded. From heavy duty to smallest gesture at a great price.

I had my Toyota worked on for years at a Toyota dealership but I got very tired of being ripped off and having to a "walk around" my car before I'd leave the service bay. Too many times I experienced something was left off, left out or undone. Half way to work one morning my car started bucking and I pulled over, afraid to drive it. The first number I called and I had never heard of this company before, was Perry's Towing. I was given a price for towing and that is what they charged me. I didn't think it was an unreasonable price. As a matter of fact, people I've spoken to since say it was a very good price. They didn't take advantage of me. They replaced a fuel injector, the problem was fixed and the cost of repair was better than I would have gotten at the dealership. Perry's Towing was fast and reliable. I experienced good, old fashioned customer service from a well established Mom and Pop business that knows what INTEGRITY is...............unlike "most" businesses today! Thank you Artie and Joe! You have a new customer. Your integrity has earned my trust.

They did get to my vehicle quickly, but that is the only good thing I can say. $200 to replace a battery terminal crimp!!!!???? Come on! Beware of this place! Then the guy got real rude when I told him I was shocked at the price.
