Within a week of buying my 2018 Audi S5 convertible, I was backed into and my rear bumper scraped. Multiple collision shops told me it was surface damage...no big deal. Tom at Romeo Collision was SO on the ball with this type of repair and was extremely familiar with Audi's. Turned out to be a complete bumper replacement! The entire time, Tom kept me informed on the progress, dealt with the insurance company and he and his team did an AMAZING job making the bumper look brand new. I won't go anywhere else....ever! Amazing experience and amazing work! Brought my truck in after another car scraped it and they buffed it right up. I went in to the Body Shop today in a panic because my car had ran out of coolant and was overheating. Keegan quickly came outside to help me and fix my car! He was amazing and helped me out tremendously! 10/10 service!

Brian and Keegan did a wonderful job on my car. They took care of it like it was their own and it looks brand new. They also were very patient with me calling a bunch to check on it and were always extremely kind and helpful. My car was going to be ready around my due date and they really went above and beyond to try and have it done sooner, and even asked how my pregnancy was going when I called to check the status which I found so great. I didn’t catch the name of the guy who detailed my car but he also went above and beyond to send me home in practically a brand new car with how clean it was. He also gave me a trunk cover that he happened to have when he had the same vehicle I did!! I thought that was just so beyond kind. I can’t thank them enough for outstanding service all in all. Absolutely great human beings that are very good at what they do. Certainly the only place I will go to if unfortunately this happens again. They also had taken care of my husbands car two years ago after he hit a deer and they did phenomenal with that as well. Completely worth the long drive for quality service.

First I should point out that that the Google reviews are nothing like Yelp reviews which are mostly1 star reviews. I am suspicious that these Google reviews are genuine. My recent experience at Romeo Ford's Collision Center in Kingston was an absolute nightmare, and I will never take my car there again. A communication Black Hole: Calling them for updates was a pointless exercise. They either wouldn't answer, the calls went to an answering machine (with no call backs), or I'd get transferred around and disconnected. Getting any information was like pulling teeth. The misinformation was the worst part. They kept feeding me false information about the status of my car. One day they'd say repairs were almost done, the next I'd be told they just ordered parts. (I would be told this story time and again.) Also, Inconsistent stories about inspections happening at their service department one day and at a Honda dealership miles away the next, happened more than once. These conflicting updates, on the rare occasions I could reach them, left me constantly worried, frustrated, and powerless. This wasn't just about communication. The entire experience was terrible. From the initial drop-off to the pick-up five weeks later, everything felt unprofessional and disorganized. This wasn't just an inconvenience; it was a huge hassle. My car was out of commission longer than they originally said, and the whole process caused a tremendous amount of unnecessary stress. The cherry on top of this sundae of awfulness was an intermittent scraping noise I noticed after picking up my car. My insurance company even agreed that I didn't have to return to Romeo Ford and suggested taking it to another shop. Update: First time I used the A/C which was fine before I took the car to Romeo, and which they serviced, it did not work. I had to take it to a different shop and it cost over$1,000.00 to fully repair my car after they finished it. This place should be shut down by the Better Business Bureau. Their incompetence is beyond belief.

I can not say enough good things about the Romeo Collision Center. They went above and beyond from start to finish. They set up taking my vehicle in so that it was worked on while I went away to get married and having it completed in time for me to get right back to work when I came home. The professionalism displayed by everyone there was unmatched and my car looks literally brand new. I'd also like to really shout out the Manager that keeps everything running so smoothly over there Keegan. He coordinated with me through out the entire process, even accounting for the 6 hour time difference. I can't thank the Collision Center and Keegan enough for making this so smooth and painless!! I'll never use another body shop and you shouldn't either!

A month later and I still don’t have my car. I dropped my car off on November 12 th for some minor damage to the tailgate. I told the assistant manager when I brought the car for an estimate to not start the work until all parts were received since the car was perfectly drivable and the damage was only minor cosmetic. He told me to drop the car off in a week which was November 12 th and I still don’t have. According to them a part is on back order. There is no communication I have to call every week to see what the updates are. According to them now the part came in broke and now it’s on back order again. Exactly why I expressed to them not to take car until they had all the parts. I will never use this place again the communication has been down right unacceptable. They have done nothing to make this right. The rental I had was paid upto to $250 which would have been fine for the 4 days that the car was supposed to be in the shop for. It has taken me actually a month to write this review and I still don’t have my car.

Once again the staff was super kind and efficient helping me with a problem.

So thankful for these guys! Had two pretty bad scratches on my vehicle from lawless college campus parking. I arrived to the shop a bit early and their technician Keegan jumped to work right away. It took him 10 minutes top to make my car look like new! Highly recommend.

Restored to NEW! Appreciated the interior being detailed along with the repair. Thank you.

Wow! I just trusted my baby (2013 Subaru Impreza WRX) with the staff at Romeo Collision and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I had hit a pothole that misaligned my bumper and chipped the paint which then started to rust. I also had some rust on my fender that I decided to have looked into as well. The results speak for themselves. The paint was perfectly blended and shines like new which is very tough for Pearl white paint. I would recommend Romeo Collision for any body related issues, minor or major. God forbid I have a vehicle accident and need to use a shop for insurance, I will call these guys up and you should too.

Best place to go in Kingston! Very professional, great customer service, amazing work, and overall the best experience you could ever ask for! If you need anything for your car, these guys are the ones to go to! 5 Stars all around!

I had an awesome experience with Romeo Collision Center in Kingston. The service and repair work were outstanding and quite reasonable. My car looked and even smelled like new again. This is the best there is. My vehicle has been through the shop on two separate occasions for damages. Both times, Keegan, Lucas and Markeith in the office were more than helpful, friendly and knowledgeable with all of my endless questions. They were quick, too- my car was in and out of the shop in less than a week-- the only thing that slowed them down was parts being on back order (I own an older vehicle). Insurance claims can be so confusing, but I was walked through it (more than once!) with patience and friendliness from Keegan. He provided me with updates on the status of my vehicle so I knew where we were at. My car looks brand new- it's relieving! Thanks again for everything Keegan, Markeith & Lucas!

Exceptional service and staff. My husband scratched a car bumper so we had to fix it for them, took it to Romeo Collision Center and Keygan managed to fix it within one day. The work was beautiful! People are very friendly and professional there. Would highly recommend  !!!
