I had an urgent situation with my party bus and needed 5 gallons of oil, along with a fuel filter and oil filter for my 2007 Chevrolet C5500. I called in stressed because I needed everything fast to keep my business running, and Rob took care of me right away.
Rob was knowledgeable, professional, and moved quickly to make sure I got exactly what I needed. The whole experience was smooth and reassuring during a stressful moment. It’s clear they care about their customers and understand how important it is to keep vehicles on the road.

These guys don’t know what’s going on in their own store, employees are extremely inconsiderate, customer service team sounds like it’s ran by the owners family meaning they speak to you as if nothing they say is consequential… ordered some batteries online, called ahead of time to see if they were there and provided all info needed to track the order, they were just passing me off to each sale rep for 20 min(store is basically empty), I had enough to to drive to the location while I was on hold and when I got there the guy just says … “yeah they’re not coming” in an extremely condescending tone… I’ve never written a review in my life but when people do their job like they don’t care about it couldn’t hold myself back from seeing my honest thoughts… I have a truck that was supposed to be on the road and I guarantee if I never reached out I would’ve been left on a cliff hanger. I have a truck I need to get on the road asap and I’m losing money just off of this issue. If I could leave half a star I would..
Called and the person hung up even before saying anything. Recalled and they immediately picked up and ended it. Buy a part from people who can’t answer a phone? I wouldn’t say that’s a good first impression

Very unprofessional and Racist. I walk in and the counter guy keep talking to a girl for family stuff , I stood there for help and he ignored me like I am not even there. Then after 5 minutes of talk he still didn't even ask me sir u need help. Instead he went towards one of his isle. Then I approached to him and ask him for a item and he said no we don't have and I left... Very bad customer service. People who have issues with GOD ALMIGHTY creation should not work in retail. These people are so hypocrite, on one hand they say we love GOD and yet they have hate for creation of GOD. Do they think GOD ALMIGHTY will forgive them for being disrespectful to His creation... anyway will never go to this store and will not recommend anyone this store again...

Fast and friendly service, whether your parts are being delivered to your shop, or you go in to pick them up. Parts are usually in stock. If not they will order them for you
Fantastic Staff, Courteous, Professional. Went there for a 1966 Impala headlight switch, Half hour later with the *right part on the way home. Getting the *right part is the most important, 2 other parts place gor it *wrong. We highly recommend this place.
Tooo Long for assistance to put on windshield wipers that I purchase.........then nasty unrulling customer show's up.....no assistance in the parking lot...... very dangerous. Peace!
