I've edited this review several times while dealing with BAAC. Do NOT get a car through these people. Do NOT. They simply do not care and will laugh at you Everytime for struggling. I lost my job back in March and on every single phone call Kevin makes me re-explain all this in detail just to laugh at me and act all condescending. Truly loan sharks at their finest. I have worked collections, I've worked foreclosures. I know more about banking than these people (I was a AVP at an actual bank). These people are literal slimeballs. Mind you I have never been more than 14 days past due.

Horrible place to get a car. I’ve gotten two vehicles from this place due to my credit at the time both cars broke down before my term was up. Last vehicle I had only had it a year with me in and out of shops. Finally took a shit on me and turned out to be engine problems. Oil changes and all maintenance was kept up nothing was ever covered under my warranty with this place. So glad to be done. Now I’m in a 2025 vehicle from a real dealer and I couldn’t be more happier

My car had 3 known recalls in place for years, and they sold me it anyway. Engine failed, well within warrantee. I was on my own. Claimed they didnt know anything about it, with a lot full of the same cars. Most dishonest people I've ever dealt with in my life. Lucky for me Hyundai took very good care of me, zero thanks to the shisters.

Account managers are nasty, ill tempered and act like everyone is lying to them. God forbid, you have to defer a payment they make you jump through hoops that are on fire while doused in gasoline to show why you need 1 pymt deferred. Cannot wait to pay off my vehicle.

Account managers VERY rude disrespectful. Not willing to work with customers. Needed one payment deferred and explained numerous times I don’t get my paystub until the day that the payment is due. Company is still trying to get me to pay even though I advised them I’m short on a check due to a workers comp case. NO COMPASSION WHAT SO EVER!!

Wouldn't even give 1 star!!!! Worst place ever !! I got a car from ez- auto loan place in lockport .first off the6 told me the van was in great shape but on day 2 it started to fall apart had someone check it and they replaced most parts with jeep parts that did not fit . Kevin from Buffalo auto is a STALKER!!!! I have filed HARRASMENT charges and reported them to the BBB! KEVIN calls me 7-10 times a day and over 40 a week ! He has even called my family and had his boss send letters ! I told him my car was hit and was going into the shop I would be late on 1 payment and the next day he calls ! They are MONEY HUNGRY! TODAY I got a call saying he is snooping around asking why it's in the shop when I already told him ! ? then threatened to come get the van ! Kevin I hope you get fired !!!!! I hope this place gets shut down !!! I will keep reporting till the harrasment stops . Next is legal action !

All I can say is get your credit right fast so that you don’t have to deal with predatory loan sharks. Not only are the vehicles overpriced by 10k+ you have no leniency. I was testing my luck to see if I could simply postpone a payment, was advised I would need to submit documentation for review and that it would put the loan into some sort of default and they were adamant about knowing why. If I call AT&T requesting a payment arrangement for whatever reason that is my business, they simply honor the request. Working with this company is an expensive lesson to say the least. Not sure how it’s still a business, customers should probably collectively contact the state attorney general.

Worst place ever for getting help with a car. Would not recommend. They play nice until you drive off the lot with your vehicle. They don’t help with anything and could care less about your life issues. They care about money money money money. Like a more horrible version of Mr Krabs. Can’t wait to never deal with them again after taxes come through.

Wow what a joke this place is. Literally was told that having to pay for my parent's funeral unexpectedly wasn't considered a hardship, but if my hot water heater broke that it would be considered a hardship. Just looking to pay one week late. I hope the person I spoke with gets the same treatment if they are ever in a similar situation. Karma is cruel.

So rude and unprofessional all around spoke to a guy name Ron after my car was stolen on a Saturday had to wait till Monday to track my car due to them being closed on the weekends so I couldn’t get the info on my car the people who stole my car ended up totaling it by crashing I had the car less then a month now I owe them 3500 and they talking about taking me to court give me a pay off date n it’s only 2 weeks then called me saying while if you can’t pay that pay us 2400 now or 600 a month if not we will see you in court. Tried working with them on making payments of what I could a month due to me having to go and get a new car because ezloan and baac wouldn’t even try to help me get another car. Tried multiple times to make payments and they just keep saying if it’s not 600 a month they don’t want it. So now I have to go to court and the guy from the bank said he can’t wait to have the courts garnish my wages. They are very unprofessional and disrespectful. Even my insurance company had issues with them when asking for the pay out amount all they keep saying was just send them the check my insurance company even told them the car wasn’t worth what they had it listed at and they said they don’t care. I thinks it’s odd how most car dealerships offer gap insurance and this bank don’t they are just scammers.

0 stars if I could. Literal loan sharks. They do not care about any financial burdens or situations at all, and they don’t like it when you wanna look somewhere else for another car.

Got car quick from ez loan auto which was a huge mistake because car has more issues then not and they refuse to fix anything. But as far as baa after 5 days late my so called account manager harasses my work my family and myself and when I call in to pay I get a lecture and threats plus interest charges which they say isn't enough and then say they won't work with me and if future payments aren't on time or early and that there is no grace period. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM yes quick easy loan with not a lot down for bad credit but will be worst decision you can make.

Credit Acceptance is the worse to use for a car loan! They report inaccurate information to Experian, even if your account is paid up and even over paid they will report that you are 30days late adding a fee you don't owe! The Lies! on your account you don't see the extra fees and it shows your paid up!! and all they say is we can mail you out a form to fill out to dispute!! They report to the Credit Bureau on the 16th of every month!! They consistently ruin my Credit Never again!!!!

!!on From Baac is one of the most disrespectful employees I ever had to encounter..pretty sure everyone knows the missing letter lol This is THEE worst company to buy a car from…no matter if you have BAD CREDIT OR NOT please please please stay away from THESE MONEY HUNGRY people they give you these vehicles that need major work done to them. the car that I was sold was a 2010 Subaru Outback and it basically needed rebuilding…After replacing two converters, two O2 sensors, thermostat, and a starter on the car and from what I know the transmission is about to go, still needs new control arms, head lights need re-wiring, tire rods, wheel barring, and still Needs a second converter because the 2nd one I brought didn’t fit but I still had to pay for the work..I got the car right before Covid happened I was set to work a job that paid 20 something dollars an hour plus bonus and They knew that I was laid off due to Covid and the entire time I was struggling to make a payment They never offered any arrangement or any help until a month before coming to repo the car…There was so many times I had to Uber or catch the bus when I was paying for the car and just wanted to drive it..couldn’t even get on the expressway without feeling like I was going to lose my life because again the control arms are rotted out.. I believe the car suffered from water damage of some kind..Their service location tried to charge me $4000 (how it could ever be that much is beyond me)for the converter and then came back down to 1700 ??? and said I could Finance the repairs and still never offered any help with payment…what a Joke of a company. The car wasn’t worth the 2500 I put down and them coming to get the truck was the best thing that could have ever have happened to me lol picking up my new Truck Friday….so glad this nightmare is behind me…STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS seriously…wish I would have read the reviews before would have saved my life and credit ??? No ⭐️ just stay away

DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! This company is the worst possible company to ever buy a vehicle from. The vehicles are over priced and their accounts managers are rude condescending and manipulative. They will not work with you without attempting to give you a life lesson and then tell you how whatever you are offering is not enough. They are manipulative, their customer service is atrocious and you are better off walking than doing business with this company. This is after being only two weeks late with an account that has less than 7 months left to pay on and an account that has consistently made payments and has a 100% payment history with their company. NEVER and I repeat Never Do business with them. It was the worst decision I ever made. I would give them no stars if possible one is way more than this company should ever get.

They are not willing to work with you as they state they deny you the option to make partial payments. Talk to you like your less than. During this time we are all going through they should be willing to work with you and talk to people with respect. It was a gentleman that was very rude to my daughter and the call was recorded.

This bank is terrible. They claim they are there to help and work with you but then turn around and not accept a past payment because it's not the full amount when it was 75% of what was owed. They have a terrible way of making payments by only being able to call in and talk to an account manager who will just belittle you and try and give you life advice the entire time. They are predators who use fear to soak you dry and threaten to reposses your car when you are 1-2 payments behind then refuse payment if its not the full amount. These people are horrible. Go somewhere else.

Helped me get into a good car. Some of the 1 star reviews on here make me laugh.. yes If your car is broke you still have to make payments lmao!! Anyways thanks for helping me fix my credit. Less down payment and lower interest rate than credit acceptance!!!

Ok 1st things 1st the bank BAA will do their job the problem is literally everything else from the rebuilt engine Cars that are sold at EZ auto loan to the far overcharging prices of Service drive their chosen mechanic. I'll never ever do business again with them I will continue to pay off my car thru them but that's it. They even have you pay when the car is broken down and will claim its not in your warranty when in recognition with the law it is. Save yourself the absolute guaranteed drama please and don't recommend anyome to this place don't care how bad their credit is.

Got me a car fast, withen a week. Thats why they got 1 star out of me. Will never go back to them!! Had to replace motor in a year along with many other parts. Was under warrenty but still had to pay deductible. Called 4/26/2019, payed my 64th payment. Should only have 1 payment left, as it is the last 'coupon' have for the loan, was on phone with Kim at BAAC asked how much was remaining, got told over $800. Told her according to my parment book i was sent when loan was opened i would be on last payment, sent me to a case manager, got a voicemail. I lefta message regarding this issue with contact information and still have yet to receive a call back. They will be callimg me next week for payment, guess ill get my answers then!

By far the biggest crooks in the auto finance market along with their sister companies ez loan auto and service drive all in cahoots to screw the consumers over consumers beware was offered a $1400 forgiveness on my loans then because I didn't buy a vehicle then added the $1400 back to my full $2500 shady tactics was told by supervisor that the account manager should have never told me about the forgiveness they will screw you over every chance they get

Very bad and crappy company. Wish I never dealt with them and E-Z Loan Auto. There set up is very bad website don't give you info on there business times and the only way you can pay your bill is over the phone.

They try to act like they are helping you and maybe in a way a little but they are really predatory and don't care about anything but getting that high interest on a POS car. I even have issues with them now even though I don't own the car anymore. They are a joke.

Had car thru them for 3 yrs almost paid of.. Traded in before payoff back to them.. Got fair value and got another vehicle from them with an interest rate that dropped 5%.. They help you if you communicate with them. Would reccomend them to any friends without a doubt .Acct Mgr. Kevin is a good employee also always helpful .

I made a payment for my car and this so called company still locked my engine on me leaving me stranded all weekend with no car. And to top it all off they don't have an emergency line. So I had to miss work to get it all settled. Horrible company.

Terrible company to work for! I went there when I was younger, traded a car in. The car I got was terrible, as soon as I drove out of the parking lot the muffler fell off, every week there was something wrong and they wanted me to pay when it wasn't an issue caused by me. I then paid the car off in full in February 2014 and still almost 3 years later its on my credit report as not paid. I call them every month with no answer B

Not a place I would purchase a vehicle from ! Took a vehicle in on trade from them , apparently their previous customer was behind on payments , so they used a 24 hr emergency code . I was told the vehicle would be good until 8:30 that evening . The vehicle was shut off at 7:30 while my driver was driving it down the highway . Very dangerous , he could have been killed and others injured as well . Would give 0 stars if I could . Be wary of these people .
