Staff was helpful. Very patient. Checking prices on each item. Staff was warm also. All the staff helping others were pleasant- I noticed.
I got all the items i needed for oil change and filter change and now my heat is working marvelously! Thank you Auto Zone.

Bunch of scammers trying to rob me refusing to exchange my brake pads & rotors saying the life time warranty only applies once, which is false as a life time is A LIFE TIME. They made me repay again around $500 until i moved to another honest location of autozone that refunded me and took care of me.
The internet says the store opens at 7:30am Saturday I’ve been sitting in front of the store since 7:27am it’s currently 7:49am and the doors are not open
This was the only place 24 hours a day 7 days a week to get car parts. Even though it was a 2 hour ride it was always worth it. When it worked out. I specifically called for a specific part, the women that answered said they had it in stock. I drove 2 hours and they didn’t have it
Called to asked a simple question to start off and was hung up on after he said one word. The company should start listening in on calls.Why would I even want to stop by and go inside to purchase a product to only get the same or worse experience.
Just had an outstanding customer service experience with James and Myles!!! I was thoroughly educated on the importance of returning my brakes and rotors. Never had it been explained to me that I have a warranty and that I could possibly get money back or my items at no additional cost.

Miles Cameron assisted my light replacement needs, (tried to bribe him with a coffee) lol but he helped me, had a lil trouble with extraction but sent me on my way safe & sound. Couldn't be more pleased. Bailey auto zone is a 1st stop.
I came into Auto Zone today , for assistance with my Mercedes-Benz vehicle . I was greeted with a smile and taken very well care of and great customer service by the general manager KEN . Very helpful with all my questions & concerns . I was saddened to hear that it’s a possibility that he might be leaving the area soon . I told him there needs to be more people like himself and I wish he would stay .. this area definitely needs more people like himself . Best wishes KEN , you’ll do very well .. Kudos to you !!!
isiah Tyler, was o ver the top exceptional.... Customer service was above and beyond!!! The other two fellows ... barely present, acted like our presence and sale was of a nuisance and hinder to them.. Jeffrey had a bad attitude, and did not hide the fact that he actually had to cash us out.. I , after two attempts made him half smirk... Please employee of the week, month. Etc.. Isaiah is deserving of a raise... Title change . Some kind of recognition.. and I failed to mention he went through a lot from a patron prior to us..
Came here at the time they supposedly opened and the manager the Jamaican lady sat in her jeep and watched me go to a closed door at the time auto zone should be opened and they wasn’t. She was to busy doing her own thing. So I went on Main Street. Love auto zone but the manager here is worthless and they should find someone that actually cares for the customer and not just a check…..
For auto parts and accessories. The staff are always helpful in your finding what you need. The prices are always surprisingly lower than i expected, when compared to other auto stores.
I went to AutoZone to buy some car seats for my vehicle just more or less to decorate it make it look better these car seats been there for years dust was even on the boxes but the price has never went down very expensive and not worth the money I wind up going on Amazon to purchase my items they want more than what the car seats are worth at AutoZone
It's ok for regular vehicle parts, be very specific about what you need & know your parts like me. They often will give you the wrong parts because of inexperience workers. Other than that it's ok if you know you car game!!!😉

Purchased a pair of headlights November 14, 2018. One of the headlights went out tonight. Jessica was nothing short of absolutely fabulous. I was in and out with a no-questions-asked return and replacement installed in less than 15 mins. I was impressed with her professionalism and adept manner in which she remedied the situation with great care and confidence. Jessica gets 10 stars in my book. Thanks again.

After struggling in the cold and pelting snow trying to put on wipers for our car we realized we needed help. With tape around an secured wiper we drove to the closet AutoZone. We were greeted by a nice young man who had us back in business in less than 5 minutes. AutoZone does wiper replacement for free and with a smile. We of course tipped him for his efficiency an braving the cold without complaint. Next time AutoZone will be our first stop!
Came for the rods that hold battery in place. Didnt have the ones with the j shape, but the guy was able to bend it to fit so my battery wouldn't jolt around until I got the right ones. He spent about 20 minutes trying to get it to work for me. Was not expecting someone to do so much when they didn't have to.
Great staff! They are really knowledgeable and right there to help with any questions or concerns you may have. They recommended a part that was actually cheaper to save me money when they clearly could have sold me the more expensive part . I would of not know the difference.
This is a great place that I would recomend to anyone that has limited knowledge on vehicles as they are right there to guide you.
