What kind of people talk to possible clients in the fashion you do I've never had someone talk down so badly to a person that is wheelchair bound in my entire life and then when I got on the phone you talk to me as if I was a piece of crap this is strong enough that I feel like I would need to file a complaint with the state stay away from this company horrible horrible service they even told me that during this month this is when they charge the most to every single person because they know they can
These guys are the best! I took my car to Ashland and told them it was a noise in the front end - maybe a cv joint, a brake caliper - who knows. An unethical shop could have really taken advantage of me, but not Ashland! They test drove the car, looked underneath, and came and told me it was just a metal shield that had gotten bent and was rubbing up against the backside of the brake rotor. They bent it back, and I was good to go. Best of all - no charge! I'll be going back to Ashland for all my service from now on!
HORRIBLE! Reserved a truck to move. First of all we are a low income family, and we have a very visibly recognizable disabled 12 yr old son. We have no family in buffalo, so we are a 3 person team. When i reserved the truck i told them i had 3 people and they said that was fine. When my wife, my son and I got there (after driving 65 miles) they didnt have a truck with a 3rd seat. The man was ABSOLUTELY rude and when we asked to cancel he was even more rude. He took 50 dollars off of my credit card, for his mistake, and finished off by calling us scum, but with not so "nice" language That is NOT how you do business. I contacted Budget rental so hopefully they lose their contract immediately and that guy knows who's responsible. Budget was VERY helpful and gave me back a full refund. Budget is awesome!!! Ashland---not so much. If you like being treated like a second class citizen, go ahead and rent here.
