Charles the tow driver was there in minutes. Under half hour. He was quick, efficient and had my truck unloaded at the house without issue. Great experience and that's coming from someone who has plenty of experience with tows. Unfortunately
I had a great experience with a tow I needed today. I got into an accident and wrecked my car. These guys showed up quickly and they were very compassionate. My toddlers with autism were in the car with me and the tow guy was very patient and understanding. We rode back to the shop in the tow truck and he was kind to my kiddos. Excellent service and wonderful experience! Thank you!
Jesse towed my large car hauler, even though it was more of a difficult tow having a lower bumper. He worked fast and efficiently. To get me where i needed to go.

I locked my keys in my truck in Blasdell in the middle of the night. In less than an hour, Jess was there and got into my truck in less than 10 minutes. He was professional, courteous and friendly. I thought I would be there for hours and I was on my way in about an hour. Thanks Jess. Great job.
The experience that I had with this company could not have been more professional and stress free while in a difficult situation. Ryan was very quick, knowledgeable and kind throughout the process of towing my car to the dealership after my car broke down on the thruway. After dropping off my car and I at the dealership he made certain to answer any questions that I had. I do recommend this business.
Car trouble while driving across the country on the side of Interstate 90 at night! The tow truck driver came quickly, brought us to a mechanic, offered to help us find a hotel for the night, was kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. He helped us get out mind off our stressful situation by chatting with us about the Buffalo Bills and in general making us feel comfortable in the city of Buffalo, a place we knew nothing about while on our way home to Minnesota. Couldn’t have been better. Thank you!
Brayden was extremely helpful with my breakdown issue. Actually educated me on how to manually regen the truck that I was transporting. Process was a little more complicated that what I was used to. Excellent customer service.

Had to have some equipment moved on the weekend due to emergency infrastructure repair. Even though it was outside of their service hours they had accommodated us. The driver Jesse came in on his day off and professionally made our move for us.
Im a UPS feeder driver my brakes on the tractor 🚜 tralier was on fire 🔥 I went to the nearest exit to b safe then Brayden pull up on me and save the day he listen too my needs and assure me evrything was going to b alright I told him what was going on he did more trouble shooting and found some other things but most importantly he wanted to make sure i was safe they wanted me to drive the trailer with no brakes he and the macahantic at UPS said no it not safe to drive so I want to give 5 star (if it was more stars I would give) for making sure that I was ok and safe ... sautle to Brayden

Our van broke down on the thruway & Charles came to the rescue with his professional & courteous service. He dropped off the family at the nearest motel & then continued on with me in search of a mechanic that was open on Sunday. He placed numerous calls & was actively involved until finally finding a location. His patience & genuine concern are truly commendable!

What a day!
Was planning a Rochester adventure to spend a bunch of money on TCGs when my tire blew 10 minutes into the trip and on the thruway.
Called Rusniak’s. ETA was 60 minutes and they seemed apologetic when I was just relieved.
40 minutes later I get a call from
Vic that he’s 20 minutes out and on his way. Immediately polite and calming. Somehow I went 40 years without a thruway breakdown.
Vic was awesome! Friendly, helpful, caring!!! No one wants (or expects) this kind of situation so when it does happen it means a lot to have such a positive experience. Brought me home along with my vehicle (he did check the spare and warned me it didn’t look viable)

Charles rescued me from a sudden flat on the NYS Thruway and brought my pup George and I to safety. Grateful for Rusniak’s timely and on call rescue service. Charles was calm and helpful and I appreciate the lift and tow on a cold night.

I had an outstanding experience with Ryan from Rusiniak’s Towing. He transported my son’s car from Alfred State College to West Herr in Orchard Park, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Their pricing was the best out of the four companies I called, and Ryan stayed in communication the whole time. He checked in with my son at the college, kept me updated throughout the trip, and made sure to text me when the vehicle was safely dropped off here in Orchard Park.
