What an absolute pleasure it was working with Rick. Professional, knowledgeable and communicative individual. Unfortunately I got into a car accident and the police officer called some random towing company and they were charging me a ridiculous price. I could not possibly have been more pleased! He was there in 10 minutes, in the deep freeze, on a tiny narrow street. Did not faze him in the least. He even shoveled out the end of my driveway to safely get the car out, was thoroughly professional and personable, no short cuts, just plain good work, hard to come by these days, but SO appreciated when it happens. Would recommend in a heartbeat.
Unbelievable service In 5° winter weather! Showed up right away! Professional! Loaded the car up right away and was on his way. Super friendly and knowledgeable. West End Towing was amazing. We communicated with him for a while before we scheduled the tow. He got back to every call quickly. More than reasonable rates. Very friendly and helpful. Excellent service, very professional and very well mannered. He showed up in a brand new truck, with all new equipment, and got my car home without a scratch. I was stranded in my project car, he showed up quick, used soft rigging to get the car on the flatbed and got me home in no time. I'll be calling West End the next time I need a tow. They were exactly who I was hoping for.
Couldn’t start my car this morning and needed a tow to the mechanic. I called West End and my car was picked up 30 minutes later. Service was friendly and I had zero issues through the whole process. Payment was easy to do through my phone. Definitely recommend!
