Not once in my life have I ever made a comment saying “do your job” in any context. I just moved to the area, and I figured I would try out a new place in my new neighborhood. Boy, do I regret it. I told the gentleman who I was working with that I’d never been here before and I don’t know the process. The gentleman was then bothered by the fact that recyclable, but non-refundable beverage containers were mixed in with the single serving cans and bottles in the bags I was told to open and place on the counter. The gentleman told me that I need to place the recyclable, but non-refundable items in the bins outside. I said okay, thinking that I would do so after we had finished with the bottle redemption process, on my way out. Apparently this was not good enough for this employee, as he kept saying louder and louder “UNBELIEVABLE JUST UNBELIEVABLE,” to the point where I had to say “I just told you that I have never been here before. This won’t happen next time” quite forcefully. But there won’t be a next time. Disappointing. I really enjoy supporting local places in my neighborhood. I’m honestly so in shock. Especially because of how hard it was to hear and I kept telling him
I couldn’t hear him with all of the cans and bottles hitting each other and he got upset.
Always a good experience. The workers are fast, polite and friendly. Also it doesn't smell like stale beer like a lot of the other facilities and they give 6 cents a bottle
Every worker I've dealt with has been professional, polite and quick with the counting😊 They deserve every tip I've left!!!!

Very quick, very easy, pretty decently clean. I say on cleanliness an 8-9 outta10. On top of tht extra penny for them paying 6 cents a can/bottle really goes long way and you wouldn't think an extra penny per can would matter but it does. Obviously it's more money in general so you can't beat tht
So I went there today on a Saturday at 4:30 which I didn't realize they close at 5:00. I had a half a U-Haul full of bottles. So the guy said they would take him. They weren't real pleased about it he pouted the whole time just about. Now I have previously brought two tiny car loads over and got a hundred and two dollars months ago this time I seriously had a half of U-Haul full about three times the amount and I got a hundred and ten dollars. So tell me I didn't get ripped off. I started going there because they called me in front of you, which they didn't do this time. Just to let the owners know that that happened to me there. I won't be coming back there for sure. Seeing how they don't count them anymore in front of you. So I guess I'll take them back myself from now on to Tops or something so I can call him and not get ripped off
Poor attitude poor Service I get out of work at 4:30. I get there at 4:35. He says he’s closed hours say 5 o’clock what’s the deal? I guess they don’t need any more business. This has happened twice
I have 10 contractor bags, is there a limit of how much I can bring in? I have been trying to find a Facebook page or number to contact this place but they don’t have anything. I hope someone can get back to me
You know the ol' expression, "they go the extra mile?" Well these guys "go the extra cent!" One might even say magnifi-cent! Lol

- accepted all but a european bottle of soda/pop (which they recycled)
- 6 cent redemption per bottle/can.. sweet!
A fine experience!
Went in with 5 bags of empties, 2 of which I counted and knew there was 200 in each, probably about 300 in the other 3 bags was minimally a total of 300 additional empties, was told I had a total of 414! Thievery!
First time using this place. I had a bunch of bags to get through and this place was the closest. No regrets. I let them know this is my first time. They let me know what to do, and I was in and out in under 10 mins easily. Will come again in the future!
If I could give 100 STARS, I would! They are absolutely amazing . The customer service was superb and above and beyond. Very patient, I have over 2000 bottles to return and they didn't cheat me out of a penny. I wouldn't go anywhere else. 🌟⭐️
Let me start by saying that this was the 1st bottle return location that didn't smell like stale beer & was very clean. The gentleman that was there was very polite & actually rounded up our refund. It wasn't a lot of money but it was still a welcomed surprise.
The workers at this location are very out going and welcoming. They are clean and fast. I don't mind driving across town to exchange my cans for some coins!!!
This is the best bottle return place I've came across..I had over 25 bags of bottles that I cleaned out and counted before going..Their count was accurate with mine.Everyone there was very nice and respectful..the place is very clean as well..I was offered a cold bottle of water to top it off..I will stick with them from here on out!! Had 10 garbage bags full of cans and plastic bottles after collecting them since March due to Covid. They were great and had me in and out in 10 minutes! Doing it myself would’ve taken forever!! Highly recommend.
In my Travels today while Riding Down Hertel Ave,I decided to Return my Bottles & Cans. So I Happened To See a New Business Opened W.N.Y. Bottle Redemption so I Stopped in, And to my Suprise I was very Happy.The Place was very Clean and the Owner Of the Business Karema was very Courteous.She took care of me as soon as I Walked through the Door.I will be bringing All my Bottles & Cans To this Location from now On. Fast, easy, convenient and clean!! This was my first time at this new location and all I have to say is this is where I will continue to bring my bottles from now on! Karema was awesome. Karema is an excellent business owner. She was very helpful to me with all the questions I had about bringing in bottles. Karema was a very cheerful person, and she greeted me with a smile. My overall experience at Western New York’s bottle redemption was wonderful! Everything was neat and tidy, it smelled fresh and clean, and seemed to be very well organized. I’ll definitely be back to see Karema, and I will continue to bring my bottles that I collect over the weeks.
