The slowest IAAI i ever been in 3 year, as a car hauler

Very professional loader

Was involved in a head on collision and went to retrieve items from my vehicle and was treated as if i was inconveniencing their entire day . After asking for my “ stock number” , not given to me by geico , eye rolling and deep sighs began. I was in a death defying accident and was patient. They were supposed to be doing their jobs and were horribly unprofessional. Next call is to Geico. But im sure they just picked the lowest hanging fruit they could find . When insurance asks if you have a preference. Do yourself a favor and ask for anywhere but here

This is the shittiest service I’ve ever had. Every time I have to wait 2 hours just to pick up one car.

Calls 3-5 times a day and leaves at least 3-5 emails to even when asked to stop or reduce the contact. I work full time and it feels almost like harrasment on my busy schedule. Has me contemplating donating my car elsewhere

My car was recently purchased by a third-party company and IAA did the local towing. The weather was awful and everyone was running behind. Rebecca, a CSR, took the time to untangle everything so all parties were happy and updated. Thank you, Rebecca at IAA.

Very slow. I was the only truck picking up units from them and it took 40 minutes to bring first car out. No reason for them to be this slow.

Horrible experience at that location, been an IAAI member for 10 years never had such an experience like that , I bought a Cayenne on buy it now and went to pick it up just to find out that the car had lots of missing parts that they were shown in the pictures originally. The manager didn’t care and we saw the same missing parts listed on eBay and the seller is a junkyard near the auction location. After many attempts to contact the manager she promised to reimburse us 17% of the used value of the missing parts but she never did . She defended the junkyard that is selling the parts which insinuated that they are in partnership possibly in selling” missing “car parts and selling them outside the auction. Please avoid purchasing from that location and save yourself a headache. Last picture how it was advertised and the first picture how I did receive the car . Horrible experience at that location I can’t believe that IAAI is keeping such a manager ruin their name . We will pursue more steps to protect the public from such actions.

I had a totaled vehicle from an accident and Geico had recommended I go here to salvage my car. I was able to message the branch manager personally to schedule my tow after emptying the car. They did come and pick it up for me but then the issue of payment came about which wasn’t fully explained to me. I came a few days after the tow to drop off the title as I have never had my car salvaged and was skeptical of leaving the title with it when towing. I was told “ok bring the title and we will have the check ready”. I went inside to bring the title to find a woman at the front desk scrolling on Facebook and even after I said excuse me I was not even acknowledged until some other employees came in and asked if I needed help. I handed over the title and was then told that IAA did not issue checks and was made to feel stupid. I didn’t feel right leaving my car, key, and title without having any receipt or payment to reflect it. Before leaving, I called the manager I had been speaking with to ask about the check I was promised. She answered right away and was very helpful, she told me she would print my check from the office she was at and the office I was at would have it on their printer. She said to keep her on the phone and go back inside to ask again for my check. I went in and asked again for my check and was told it would be on the printer. I was then yelled at by 3 employees at once being told they did not issue checks there. I was told I was at the wrong location, that I had to call Geico, etc. meanwhile the manager was still on the phone to overhear this and was smart enough to call them on another line to indicate yes they indeed did have the check and it was on the printer as I indicated. I am glad I called this manager and didn’t leave without my money because I would’ve been SOL without my car or check! Despite having good management, I will never go to this auction place again because of how the employees treated me.

Says it’s a public auction , called and says that it not you need a dealership license to auction , and the website doesn’t state this either so I give three stars for not clean and understanding information

I have been buying cars from the auction over 7 years never have I ever had such a horrible experience! I will never use IAAI again because of this location I promise!!!

Trash!! Because of this location I will never purchase a vehicle from IAAi ever again, Pics were deceptive and been waiting over two months for a title they cannot get a lien release too! Shop at Manheim this is all overpriced scrap and horrible customer service!!

I had an accident in December and my vehicle was totaled, they came and picked up my vehicle and I sent out the title to it on the 9th. Been waiting 3 weeks now to find out when I am going to receive the check for my vehicle and when I called in I spoke to a rude and ignorant representative by the name of Jasmine. She was irritated that I expressed my concerns of waiting over 3 weeks for the check for my vehicle and even now they still have yet to receive it. She then became very unprofessional and rude with me.

Every time I come here you have to wait 1 hour minimum for a car. Waited here 2.5 hours for one car last week and I just waited another 3 hours yesterday. This place is garbage. If you come here plan on waiting for couple hours.

I used to run roll back for Upstate Auto Transport and never had a bad experience with anyone here Definitely a great place to deal with from a driver's perspective.

people inside doesn't want to work from stuff to manager they all lazy the Forklift didn't find car for 5 hours after all they told us to leave without a car!

Had to wait 3 hours for a car to get loaded on my trailer on top of scratching my brand new trailer after a dingle berry of a tow truck driver dropped a car in the entrance of the one way in one way out facility.

Truck got stolen , went to this place and wanted to buy it back from insurance company . All my parts were there and intact before it went there ( received pictures before it went there ) , received the truck only to find out this place hacked up my new 700$ Y pipe to cut my catalytic converters out . SERIOUSLY ??

Our business has been doing business with IAAI for several years and we do a lot of business with the Buffalo branch. The staff is always friendly and courteous. I would recommend this branch to any business, the staff and management are helpful and professional.

Really good place to find your next car It’s just a little hard to pick up the right one and also you need to estimate the repairs before considering the car.

I sold a car to them last year, it had a clean title and I gave them all the paperwork. Then several months later they call wanting to use my information to acquire another title for the vehicle because they claim they filled out the title wrong. A new title was supposed to come to my address and I would again sign it and forward it. Never happened, not sure what they did, I called to find out what was going on no one called back. Now 6 months later they want to pull the same title switch, nope. Sounds wrong. When DMV re-opens I'll flag my old car and name to make sure duplicates arent being created as part of a scam.

I was just there to pick up two units for a customer in TN. Folks there were friendly and helpful enough. Hope to load there again.

For the most part staff are pretty friendly they can seem a bit pushy especially when they're busy but they will always take care of business. This place is not for the public

Great customer service! They offer inside when i was waited Donuts, coffee, popcorn and great service!
