Went here for the first time this weekend and will absolutely be back! It’s filled to the brim with so much interesting stuff. The family who owns it were so incredibly friendly and helpful. Super glad I read previous reviews about dressing warm and bringing a flashlight, because you’ll definitely need to, but I promise it’s worth it.

This place was pretty much like the Room of Requirement from Harry Potter. A massive amount of things everywhere, from theatre displays, furniture, signage and so many doodads that you're going to need a half day at least! Will be back when it's warmer out. Bring a flashlight and your curiosity!

Cold if you go in the winter, so bundle up. Come early because the store is three floors and you're gonna want to spend hours looking at everything!

The most interesting thing about this place is the history of the owners. Please read and watch the videos. Upon seeing the picture of the building we knew we had to see what was inside and it didn't disappoint. Yes it's cold and some things are not for sale but it's great to see props that have been used in movies. The prices we received for the articles we did purchase were amazing. Yes you need to take photos and then show them but that sparked a conversation with the owners children who are truly wonderful people and great conversation. They let us browse without interruptions and for a good amount of time. The architectural salvage items and antique furniture are true gems. Cannot wait to go back.

Dress warm and plan to be there awhile to enjoy three floors of unique and interesting finds. Drove from Mississauga Ontario and was glad we did. If you are looking for architectural salvage (windows, doors or newel posts) this place had plenty. Mixed in and under stuff is some great antique furniture and plenty of solid wood bed rails which could be used for woodworking projects. Bringing a flashlight would definitely help. Love the animated decor on some of their items, keeps it very fun. Wonderful conversation and helpful travel tips by the owners.

Lots to look at, a little cluttered but they have a lot of really good things to look through....

If I rated on a museum, maybe 3 stars. Many items are inaccessible. Pricing is double what you could purchase on eBay.

The Sloan’s are a fantastic family. Love all of them and their store is full of carefully curated pieces! You will not be let down.

Cool spot. Tons of piles of stuff. They are hesitant to sell anything as they might need for a movie prop. I'd recommend having two buildings: and "willing to sell" and "for rent". Hate wasting time on finding things I like to be told "ehhh not selling". That's just hoarding then

Don’t go here to buy anything. Every floor is a maze with piles four feet deep to the walls making most items inaccessible. Nothing has a price labeled, half the items aren’t for sale at all, just for “decoration” The items that are “for sale” are priced ridiculously high, and made up on the spot to discourage you from purchasing them. The owner isn’t running a store, it’s a collection.

You know, it’s a historically interesting place, and I had to have a visit. There is ALOT of stuff in there, so if there is something you’re looking for come with a flashlight. But it’s over priced, items are not in great condition after being stored in the old building and you’ll basically pay full price for a project. There are other places to get items in similar conditions cheaper, or in better condition for the same price. Like the antique shops in Clarence.

Floors of treasures and such friendly owners. We so enjoyed speaking with them, and they were kind enough to let us stay a few minutes to browse after close. Highly recommend a stop here!

This isn't just an antique store, it's a total experience! A museum, a time capsule, a movie set, a learning opportunity, it was absolutely incredible. Jessica greeted us warmly and explained how the store worked. We made our way up the middle isle and met Max, the owner. What a sweet man. He encouraged us to look at the Sloan Antiques website, which I did after leaving, and the beautiful store holds even more meaning now. This family crawled through absolute hell and created something so beautiful from it. Some reviews complained about not having prices or being crowded or being cold. Just consider that this the most incredible collection you've ever been given the honor to see in person, and WOW, even better, you are allowed to dig through it unacompanied at your leisure, and chances are, you may be allowed to purchase some things! How lucky are we? Bring a jacket, and be super nice to Max and Jessica, because they are absolute gems ♥️

This place is a hidden gem. You have to be willing to spend time here to find your treasures, but treasures abound. There are 4 floors packed with wonderful things. I went looking for leaded/stained glass, probably had a hundred to choose from, and the hunt was part of the experience. You'll need to use GPS/Google maps or you'll drive right by it. And wear a warm coat, the building is cold! My find in the attached picture, a beautiful beveled window I'm restoring as I speak. Going back today to introduce my BFF to this magical place.

I found this cool place on a random search. It’s packed to the ceiling with treasures. The owner and daughter were so helpful, informative. My only issue was nothing is priced, we were told if we were interested in anything to take a picture of it and show them. Not everything is for sale. I the super cool place lends stuff out for tv studios. This shop is three full floors. That was cool to hear! I think this place should be a museum ? I would definitely come back and visit! I just wouldn’t come here expecting to find something and told no because it’s not for sale.

I’m not an antique enthusiast, but I am a lover of artistic and eccentric settings. If you are too, then this is a place you’ll enjoy!

The place was freezing cold despite being a pretty warm day out. Very hard to move about, and upon entering we were told pretty much everything on the first floor wasn’t for sale or accessible, we were told to find stuff on the second and third floor, but the things I asked about up there also weren’t for sale or was a ridiculously high price off the top of his head. I think he’s more of a hoarder with really cool stuff he’s not truly interested in selling. So if you’d like to just check out the stuff there is definitely great stuff to see, just don’t expect to be able to purchase any

Beautiful building with a large variety of antiques and collectibles. Owner was very polite and made our first time at the store very enjoyable. We will definitely be returning

Do not go there if you are claustrophobic or OCD because there is stuff here there and everywhere including hanging from the ceilings - but this is the place to go for interesting unique and even just basic things. There are ridiculous number of things to look at - this is a definite must stop place for an unusual thing that you may need for an older house...

Do you like the show hoarders? If so this is your place to shop. Dress warm because it is the 6th layer of hell cold in there. Not everything is for sale so you have to ask and prices are off the top of their heads. It's 4 stars just for entertainment value.

The place is full of awesome stuff.....that you can't buy. Been there a few times and asked prices, just to be told that they won't sell it or someone else has claim to the item, but it's still there. It's an unorganized museum really. Let's just say that out front on the sign. It baffles me why the family sits there all day just to turn people down.

I came looking for the best variety of Antiques in the area and I was welcomed from the moment I walked in the door to help me find what kind of Antiques I like. Josh and his father were both very helpful and fair on prices. They both won't above and beyond any other Antique ships I have been. I loved the atmosphere and the appreciation for Buffalo History. I will be back. Highly recommended.

We loved this place! Spend a few hours browsing. Beautiful collection of antique leaded glass windows. I purchased a set . They're beautiful! Great collection of just about everything! Love the family! Very helpful and love to tell stories about some of the items. Well worth the visit!

This place was crazy filled to the ceiling with stuff it's in the middle of what was once a upper middle class neighborhood but the area has sadly fell into a state of decay, one of the areas of buffalo that seems to not be having a resurgence. But anyway the collection of antiques and oddities that the owner has amassed is impressive but may not be recognized by the average person but there are a large number of gems in this place if you look. This place should be visited by locals and visitors purely for the sight of the eclectic collection inside it tells you a meandering story of Buffalo and it's past.

Very cool place, jammed packed with antiques- Huge variety-From high end (oak table with glass ball feet)to basic everyday items (vegetable boxes) old windows- even the full stations of the cross from a church. It could take hours to go through all three floors. It was cold and damp so we didn't dig through much but will be back. You feel like you are in your grandparents attic ! Lots of memories here
