Update: it is 3 months later and all they have done is try to convince my credit card company to let them keep my money. Everything they said in this response was all lies. Zero attempts to right this have been made.... I am very disappointed with h and r . Rodger is a total let down who misrepresented parts. He then says that I agreed to the deal, but it was misrepresented. The manager then wouldn't talk to me by phone, and he believed everything his man told him. They took me for 22k as of this moment and tell me no refunds until I pay to ship the stuff across the country. Not good beware.
Excellent company to deal with. I have done alot of business with Mr. Panella. He always takes care of me. The prices seem higher than others in the used business until you receive your parts and realize their quality control is exceptional. Every part is made sure to be in the best quality and you really do get what you pay for. Any issue is always taken care of very quickly and the staff is always very helpful. A great company to do business with for sure!
Started dealing with this company back in the early 1990's,excelent service, the people are knowledgeable, and helpful. They also have competitive pricing and great shipping on used and new items, plus they are always adding new products and availability.
Being in the parts business now for the last couple of years H&R has certainly stood out from the masses of suppliers we have today. Always kind, prompt and very helpful. Have had the least of issues when working with them and when there has been anything has arised it is delt with quickly and in your favor or at least try to help figure the issue out. Superb! I certainly look forward to doing business with H&R in the future.
