Dealing withVestal Chrysler Dodge Jeep was a great experience. My son goes to college at Binghamton University, he had a bunch of lights come on his dashboard of his 2016 Durango. He took the truck to them on a Wednesday afternoon at 3:45 , when mechanics and staff are looking to finish up that last job for the day. Kendall, the service woman, was excellent with my son. She saw he was not used to these situations and made him feel comfortable. At furstvI was told they were almost 2 weeks out fir appointments. Kendall said she will have a tech scan the truck. When they found something that needed to be addressed sooner rather than later, she scheduled him for drop off on Friday. They had the truck done by the end if the day, held it fir the weekend as my son was out of town and picked it up on Monday. Thank you for the professionalism and understanding for a kid who is 5 hours from home. Also was blown away with the video walk around the technician sent me regarding the truck...Thank you

First review I've ever written in my life. I walked in this morning looking to get my dodge vehicle checked out. Upon walking in I was asked what do I want and looked at as if I was a burden. Extremely unprofessional and aggressive. I was told the chances of getting help were "non existent" don't know if that was light humor, but once again extremely unprofessional. Customer service was horrible. Didn't end up getting my vehicle looked at just wished the service advisor a good day.

I had the most amazing experience today with Noel. I came in for an oil change and inspection. I left with both plus 4 new tires. Service was fast and I was made to feel like the priority. I will definitely be back!

No one likes to break down.I’m hrs from home when the wrangler decides it’s all done ( and I mean done). I’m blocking traffic on Chapel St in Windsor. Right at the blinking red intersection. Oh, did I mention it’s raining? I call Scott’s Collision Service and he answers right away and comes to the rescue immediately. (You’re the man,Scott) I called Vestal Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and am met with a cheerful service employee who promptly directs me to bring it on in and we’ll get to work. These people went above and beyond to rectify the issues. Up front and straight forward even with a grumpy customer. ( I apologized profusely) Explaining my situation they worked their tails off to provide me options. The service techs are top notch! That doesn’t happen everywhere folks, but this dealership isn’t just average. Their attitude throughout the whole ordeal never faltered. Even when the tired weary traveler was frustrated. I appreciate good service and these folks delivered ten fold. Kindness goes a long way and these guys have it in spades. Thank you for helping an old lady with a big problem! 5+ stars!

Alicia is wonderful! This is the second car she sold me in about 5 months, the first one was totaled with hail damage! I took my Jeep in to have the oil cooler replaced and ended up needing a new engine due to the dealership’s negligence, then made to feel that it was somehow my fault this had occurred. Instead of having a new engine I was told that they would replace my engine with a used engine that was pulled from a junkyard in Syracuse. That’s what they deemed “acceptable”. After a month of not having my vehicle I pick it up at the dealership and theres’s grease marks still on the fender & front end. I drive my Jeep for 2 days and discover a substantial oil leak. So I had to return it to the dealership, I’m informed they didn’t realize there was a tear in the O-ring.. I have just picked up my vehicle for the second time and am sure this is not the last issue I will have. This is without a doubt THE WORST experience I have ever had!!

The best reason to do business with Vestal Ram is their service dept. Kim is an amazing mechanic who not only is great at getting things right, but when a rotor unexpectedly cracked and we were planning to leave the next day, he stayed late and got us on the road. No one does that. Jordan and Kendall up front will take care of you and the outstanding service dept is all you need to know to do business there.

Service Tech Jordan, handled my jeep with the utmost professionalism and sent me a video showing and explaining everything he recommended and was doing. I highly recommend this dealership to anybody wanting professional and timely service.

We recently moved back to the area. Our jeep needed service and we had scheduled an appointment, first available was a few weeks out on 5/8/24. Two days before the appointment, we received a voice-mail from Zach in Service that initially sounded like an appointment confirmation, but then he went on to say that they had recently lost technicians and would need to reschedule. Then he continued on that his upper management was having him cancel all appointments where the vehicle was not purchased from their dealership. At first we thought, no big deal, understandable that people quit. But as soon as we heard the actual reason, because we did not purchase a vehicle there, we were upset. Especially, recently moving to Binghamton, having purchased our vehicle in our former town. We did call back and left a voice mail with their service department to reschedule, but to date, 10 days later, we had yet to receive a call back. We have since scheduled service with the jeep dealership on upper front street. It is unlikely that we will return to the vestal jeep dealer for service or for future purchases as it does not seem that they are interested to have us as customers.
