They scammed me out of 150$ don’t use them. Their return policy says a receipt is required and I gave them a receipt and still made me take my money back on a gift card for advanced auto. What’s the point of a receipt.
I felt the person who helped me out had an attitude. I asked for my battery to get checked and immediately felt like I was being a bother. If they had other things to do I would understand but instead I got the attitude that they didn't want to do it.
We ordered a part that was not in stock. One week before it would be in. Payed for this part plus shipping. This was in the evening. We found the part in stock and cheaper at another store so the next morning return for refund. We were refunded for the part but they would not reimburse the $9.00 shipping fee that had not shipped yet. This is store policy I guess. If I ever can find what I need elsewhere be sure I will go there first. I really don't like their policy. Someone received my refund fee for shipping that never shipped but it wasn't me. I also feel like $9.00 is a lot to charge for a gasket to ship with a 7 to 8 day wait.
Very poor customer service. Waited, iwas next to be waited on. The man at the counter took a phone call . Walked away and let me stand in there for 20 minutes. I left the product on the counter.I will be going on shopping at napa from now on
Friendly & knowledgeable, personal service. Needed a new battery - came right out and replaced battery in the parking lot. Great team! Highly recommend
I recieved a coupon if I spend $50 or more I get $20 off. I get to the register and the sales associate say on this coupon has being use back in August when I just got it on my email on January 7th. Show the associate the date and all and still didnt get the sale..and to top it off the customer behind say oh that happen to me a few times already. And reasons like this is why I stay with Autozone.
Unfortunately, this time, i was disappointed the experience was terrible. After hours on the phone, I called multiple stores in the area for a power steering pump pulley remover and installer, 3 stores later, and no complete kit. I went to autozone. Will post the same review for the other store in the area
I was helped by who was, I think, the manager and a young lady had just started working there. They were both helpful and he was great, helping her navigate a new job and me find what I need.
I have had so many negative experiences here I will drive right past the store which is conveniently near where I live to a competitor farther away. The staff act like they are annoyed at my presence in the store and are entirely unhelpful and unengaged.

Called to check on availability of Dayco belt, counter person indicated that it was in stock.He pulled the part, set it aside, for my pick up.I arrived , prompt service , would recommend this store , knowledgeable staff.
Tried doing curbside pickup for a single pack of brake lights and I called the store once I arrived, and they kept me on hold for 20 minutes like they forgot about me. Bad service.
Clerck didn't even want to help me....other person was already outside helping someone....I'll go out of my way to never shop here again.sorry but there are other places who will provide the customer service lacking in this store.
Very convenient and helpful. They know where every part in the store is and more than willing to help and answer any questions you have. Always busy so plan on being a bit patient. They swapped out my old windshield wipers in less than two minutes with no added charge.
My son had just fallen asleep in our van. I called from the parking lot just to make sure they had the bulb I needed for our tail light. I told him I would be right in to get it as soon as my son woke up. He offered the online ordering option. Unfortunately I don't use credit cards. He offered to run out and grab my money at the door so I could still keep an eye on my son. Thank you so much!!!! I know this not a normal situation by any means but it really made me feel better letting my son sleep and making my vehicle safe for him to ride in:)
Clearly not the place to go on a Saturday. Tons of people and very little help from the staff. I was looking for a rear wiper for my vehicle, and I could Google it faster than it took the clerk to find it. She had to keep going back and forth to the computer, apparently having a hard time remembering a 5 digit number. I probably would avoid it in the future .
My windshield wiper fell off while driving home from work. Stopped at Advance, the counter guy was friendly and courteous, and even replaced my wipers for me. Thank you!
The people that work here are extremely helpful and friendly. My family has been going here for years to get the parts for their vehicles and for their free check engine light code tests. What prompted this review was that I went there today after the battery in the family minivan died unexpectedly on the coldest day of the year. It was freezing cold outside but they had my daughter and I wait inside where it was warm while they did the free installation. They definitely work really hard to give you good service and I would recommend this place in the future.
Went there today for a switch for my backup lights. They didn't have it but a different local Advance store did. I pick it up Friday morning. EVERY time I go there they either have it or order it. They also say to check online for a better deal. They are the best.
Not happy with them at the moment. Ordered and prepaid for parts. They told me I could pick them up and they'd be ready today. Drove 35+ minutes to get there and no parts. The person there forgot to authorize shipping- item hadn't been shipped to the store yet. Mean while my daughter's truck is down with out the part we desperately needed and we are going to be without a vehicle for few more days now because of their mistake. ****I'm learning to go other places because their not as reliable on having the parts as they used to be. Update: So 3 days later - my daughter goes and gets the part, we pay for her truck to be towed, and to put it on a lift. The mechanic comes back out after tearing the rest of the truck down and says "who sold u the part? it's not right." I AM NOT HAPPY With them at all. I don't think they even deserve one star-- and this isn't the first time this has happened to us!
Just to paint the picture...... I'm a middle aged women who went into the store looking for my almost impossible to find windshield wiper (13"). No one asked if I needed help finding anything nor did they ask if I needed help with installation. Instead, Mr. Smarty pants at the register kept trying to guess what kind of car I was installing it on (he never got it right). Lol! I hope you enjoy my review.
