Cheapest car battery around plus it comes with a warranty! AND I changed my battery right there in the parking lot and lost a nut to my positive post and they gave me 2 replacements free!! Will be going back here for sure!!
Brian and his employee went above and beyond to assist me with a new battery and ensuring that it was safely installed in my car. I had no idea that the old battery had been shifting out of place due to a faulty harness. He even followed up the next day to check to see if it was still in place, which it was not. Brian and his employee spent extra time figuring out how to resolve this issue which they did. My battery is firmly locked in place. I found Battery World via a friend recommendation.
I had a battery that needed to be replaced for my key fob. Apparently I got to the business 5 minutes before they closed. I asked a couple of questions and the employee or owner tersely said “Jesus Christ. You come in 5 minutes before 5 and ask a question.” He was rude and condescending. It was bad enough that he acted that way but literally the question I asked only took a few seconds to address. I will buy anything from them in the future and recommend to others to avoid them as well.
I've gotten batteries for 2 diffrent motorcycles, a lawnmower and 3 diffrent vehicles. My parents both shop here. The prices are always better then the chain stores and today they even installed my battery for free. Quick easy service every time I go, would only go somewhere else if it was after hours and I couldn't wait
I needed a watch battery and the price was so much cheaper than a jewelry store. Excellent service the gentleman even helped me remove the back of the watch which I was prepared to do. Highly recommend. If you need a watch battery go here.
This is my go to place for batteries. Great customer service and (I assume the owner) is always very helpful answering questions I have. Just purchased another battery from here and he was easily able to find the exact size I needed. Definitely recommend.
My battery was completely dead as my car battery was the original one I got when I purchased my used vehicle almost a year back. Fast forward my battery started to die almost every day even had to get a jump just to make it to battery world. Soon as I got there the store owner knew what battery I needed and gave me a brand new one for a very reasonable price(almost 300$ less than the competitor stores) and even installed the new battery for free of charge. This store is a gem and wish I knew about this store before. Great people and cares about your battery needs.
fast friendly ,service, good prices on batteries, cleaned all terminals save clock, and radio settings. this is my second time there, first was for large tractor battery. best place to go !!
My battery was dead when I came out from having lunch after an out of town trip. Lucky a women came over with jumper cables and started it and we drove to battery world on vestal parkway -we weren’t there more then 15 minutes and was all tested and given options and battery terminals cleaned and new battery installed. So impressed by this business! Work ethic is outstanding. Highly recommend. And better prices then anywhere else
Mt son recommended I get a new car battery here. The price is much, much less expensive than elsewhere for same battery. The employees are helpful and friendly. I also drop off dead AA/AAA batteries there.
Very quick service and they were able to find an alternate replacement battery for my RV. $20 less than I was expecting for the replacement!! They also said they would give me the core charge back on the battery I replaced there as well as the two 6v chassis batteries I had bought earlier from lowes.
They had the battery I was looking for, and for less money. Friendly service, great price and no one trying to sell me something I didn't need. The only reason i didn't give them 5 stars was because they are in an odd location on the Park Way and it can be hard to pull out.
Second time I've gone here. Both times they were super helpful and had what I needed. This time it was golf cart batteries and they took great care of me!
The person who helped diagnose our Volvo battery could not have been more helpful - the best blend of exceptionally knowledgeable, professional and friendly. After testing it, he told us our battery was in good shape, and that we didn't need a new one. He gave us some education, and instructions on how to safely charge the battery. The prices are very good for other batteries as well. We will go there from now on, for any & all our battery needs!

I stopped into Battery World and the guys are so kind and helpful. The service is fast and I got all of the batteries I needed. The prices are excellent too. These guys are the best. I highly recommend Battery World.
Arrived on Friday at 4:30pm and they were closed. Sign and website said open until 5pm. Went back the next morning only to be given wrong battery. 3rd trip back to get correct battery. Not even an apology!! Will not be recommending this business to anyone!!
