It's shameful of the decline of customer service at this location. I've dealt with this location since its opening and have always treated thier employees with courtesy and respect. As of lately , I've had to deal with rude and arrogant staff (excluding drivers) , returns piling up, mislabeled parts that I am expected to pay for, and still waiting for credits of parts that were taken from the store without temp slips. Mgt doesn't care as I'm still waiting for someone to step up. *the previous review has since been resolved. Great start to a new year.

Promised parts by noon. I go to pick them up at 3pm get nothing but excuses as why they were not there. Parts did not even show up until the following day. Not even a call to say they were in. Called to hash things out with their customer service and was transferred the first time to a voicemail, second time was told to make 3rd back to the store and talk to a manger then hung up on. AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH PEOPLE WHO COULD KOT CARE LESS ABOUT YOU!! How can I give no stars for service??
