They sell you garbage. My husband and I each bought a car from them at the same time and we’ve repaired more stuff on the vehicles than they’re worth. I had an issue with my car within the first 30 days which was supposed to be under warranty still and they never even called us back. I showed up there and NOTHING they avoided me like the plague until the warranty was up. Garbage people selling garbage cars

TJ was Very friendly and so were the rest of the staff. A down-home car dealership with no hidden fees. They only charge a $45 dealer prep. The vehicle runs good, is clean inside and out and was priced right.

The people were friendly I found a car I like but when I wanted to take it to my Mechanic they gave me a bunch of bull about his insurance would only let me take it to one of his mechanics. So I found a similar car and he had no problem letting me take it to any mechanic I wanted. I will never go here to look for a car again

Bought my first car with these guys!!, they are great and TJ help me, with all my questions and what not! Great place will definitely be buying another car off of them in a few years!!

I’ve been dealing with all star auto for years. Bought several vehicles from them over the years. In my Opinion that have some of the cleanest cars around and are always priced correctly. People there are upfront and honest and stand behind their word. Hands down the best in the area

Have been doing business with all star auto for 10 years and my dad has been for 25+ years and have always had a great experience and everyone is always friendly. I will always recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Owner was incredibly rude, I bought a vehicle and the check engine light came on 3 days later. The owner told me to bring the vehicle in and he cleared the check engine light and said he would fix the issue and would call me with an appointment. I called once a week for 6 weeks to see when my appointment would be and he never returned a call. When I finally told another employee that I felt I was getting the run around the owner got on the phone and screamed at me. He told me to drop it off and they would get to it. I got it back a week later and drove it home and the check engine light came on again. He has refused to fix anything and has been rude the entire time. He yelled at me on the phone and treated me with disrespect. If I could give zero stars I would. When we mentioned that we saw the bad reviews online, the owner said he would call my fiancés job and leave a “bad review” about him. I will never go back and will continue to let people know how I was treated

I bought my suzuki sx4 2010 at the end of September 2021. After a week the car started making grinding noises and when I called the owner recommended that I take the car over to first choice auto in Endwell and they will check out the car. Also the owner Bob said he take care anything that needed to be done. With that being said I took the car to the mechanic and breaks and rotors are fixed. Thinking I'm a-OK , the mechanic informs me that my tires would have to be replaced and he'd order them for me. That's when I stopped getting calls. That's when I did call and no one had any clue of what I was talking about. Bob and the crew supposedly became ill or exposed to Covid but no one has cared about me as a customer . I was given a run around. I'm told by whoever is manning the phone that he can't do nothing and won't give a direct number to the owner. I feel scammed out of something that could have been figured out with a simple phone call. I will strive to never have this happen again. I'm writing this review to warn others that when a dealer says they will take care of you, most often than not you won't be fully taken care of and you will pay in the long run

Please save yourself the problems that come from buying anything from this dealership. This place and others like them are why used car salesmen have a bad name. Elderly military veteran uncle was sold a truck with the frame rotted out and patched over with angle steel. Was told the truck was clean and they had a mechanic go through it and it had no issues. $22,800 for a truck with a rotted out frame. Real nice.

I love Allstar Auto!! This is my third vehicle purchased from them and they have not let me down yet. They are so personal, will not force you into a car you don't want and are very quick with paperwork! I will always go to them for my pre-owned cars!

We bought a Subaru Outback from Allstar Auto today. Our salesman, TJ, was great, not at all pushy and had a wonderful, easy going personality. I saw a comment that said they would not negotiate the price. That was not our experience. The car was reasonably priced and we still got a small discount. My husband is a Subaru technician and is very happy with the car and thinks we got a good deal. We would highly recommend Allstar Auto.

Currently in the process of helping someone get a car from here. ( I never recommended it) Already had two strikes after being bought out right. The first was the title situation and the second was the top of the motor had pools of oil all over it... if there is a third strike we are getting the money back and headed somewhere else. The inside of the car is super clean but the body has a lot of scratches and missing details for 9k... like I’ve said, I wouldn’t have recommended the place let alone the car. So we wait

Checked out a vehicle here. No evidence of any service performed beyond an oil change. Owner was pleasant but fills out credit applications himself as opposed to the applicant which is always sketchy. Not flexible on price at all. Seems like the kind of car dealership that memes are made about.

Allstar Auto is a great place to buy your vehicle. I made a 200 mile trip to pick up a car from them and it could not have been easier or a better experience. They have great prices and great customer service. When I need another car I’ll start with them first.

Contacted them about purchasing a van. I was told there were six Vans about to be delivered and they just had to go through the mechanics inspection and service first. They promised to get a hold of me. After calling back repeatedly over the course of the next three weeks I was told that they were all sold. Don't even waste your time if they tell you anything they are probably not going to honor it. Very bad experience

If you go here be careful... they have trouble with there titles... my mom and I were going to buy a 2010 Kia Soul my mom went up Tuesday to pay for the car and get it transferred and what have you and they told her that the title wasn’t signed by previous owner... and needed to wait to get it signed. Mind you they knew about this since Monday morning and here it is Friday afternoon and still no return on the title... so we went else where... so be careful...

My son purchased a Chevy,Silverado . Looked good. Defently over paid for it. Check engine light kept coming on first week. Dealership was late when he went to pick it up after he paid them, yes, 22,000.00 cash! They delayed the pick up time,stuck in the shop for inspection. My guess,they couldn't get the check engine light to go off long enough to pass! He contacted them over this and they gave him a run around. Yes they allowed the mechanic's they use to look at it but this was a fruitless effort. He ended up taking it to our mechanism who ran down several issues with this over priced truck, encluding opendicott recalls. He had it fixed. Over a grand! Can't recommend this dealership to anyone and in fact, do your research. Not many decent dealerships in Broome County! They get away with scamming people every day!No square deals here! And the staff,especially his female closer are rude and not worth dealing with! Regret ever giving these guys a chance to do it right! It is there failure,not mine.

Started good . Wouldn't stand behind bad battery less than 2 weeks . Lied and said only $35 to replace..... Try over $100 . Warranty worthless buyers beware . Purchasing easy .... Where driveway ends , so do they.

Came buy one day interested in a particular truck I took a look at it and had some questions about its condition if it had been in any accidents (b/c it was a top trim level with black mirrors not body colored) Bob told me he'd get me an autocheck report. The following week I come by to drive it and potentially buy it and he left work early and took the truck home with him... It took me another three weeks to hear from him, where he told me the truck was in an accident but couldn't say how serious, and that there were open recalls so he was gonna have those done for me at the local dealer and then call me. Another two weeks go by and after hounding them over email phone and facebook he tells me he can't sell the truck because of a "hard shift" sounds to me he's upset I noticed the bad mirrors and the truck was probably in a front end collision, so he's just gonna keep driving it with his dealer tags on it. What a joke. Go to a real dealer and avoid this guy

Went there to look at a car explain my financial situation knowing that it was what it is and they said oh yeah no problem come in and we can help you well it’s been over a week now and I’ve never heard a response nor a callback from these people so I would never recommend them to anyone. There are not a guaranteed dealership. They are false advertisement

My truck has had nothing but problems since I bought it from these guys. The check engine light has come on a few times since. The tires keep going flat and the tail pipe just fell off. If I wanted to buy a sketchy vehicle, I could have gotten one much cheaper (and probably more reliable) on craigslist. Definitely would not recommend! Stay away!

Everyone is more than helpful and interested in selling you what your looking for at a great price. Often the cars I ended up with more than exceeded what I was looking for or expected. If they didn't have it, they would find it for me. If there was anything needing to be done before the sale or after, it was scheduled and worked out with me, often paid for by Bob, even when it was clearly not his responsibility. I've always been more than satisfied with my whole experience working with everyone at All Star. Thats why everyone in my family owns a car bought from Bob. I would recommend All Star to anyone I know looking to buy a used car whether off the lot, or something you wanted them to find for you. You will get a fun car buying experience as well as a price that will make you smile as you drive your new car off the lot. Trust me, you will make All Star your dealer of choice too!

RUN AWAY from this awful business man!!!!! Don't even entertain looking at his vehicles. I wish I had read the reviews and I would not have been subject to his lack of compassion for the awful car he sold to my daughter. Rude, condescending, lacking compassion for the piece of crap he sold and just plain awful business man. Went and reported him to DMV. so far to date no restitution. The car was purchased June 29th 2015 and still we wait.5 months later.. he replaced an engine after having the car for 5 weeks at his service shop., only to have the new engine light go on instantly. He will do nothing. Oh, we also had to replace the fan and shroud which a problem only the second time the car was driven. Ball bearings, Both time the car left my 21 year old daughter stranded needing a tow truck. His reputation precedes him.. He is awful to deal with and just does not give a darn! Go elsewhere to purchase a auto.

i bought mutliple vehicles from bob and never had a problem with any vehicle so after i bought my last one and the head gasket blew after owning vehicle for 100 days, i contacted him due to i felt he would do the right thing since i purchased multiple vehicles from him. after multiple phone calls and no return call i went to shop, he was snippy and said things happen, which yes they do but when 2 different mechanics tell you car isn't worth fixing and you owe 10k on it you expect better, well he said he would work something out so we both wouldn't walk away feeling screwed. so first he offered me 6k on a car i just spent 10k on, which is far from fair and now 7 weeks later and we got car fixed on our own and he refused to contribute to parts, we asked him for $400 and he said he didn't like the way we spoke to him. well after 20+phone calls and only 1 return call and the only way we could speak to him was to go to shop, yes we were angry, but we knew we needed his help so we held our cool, this is poor business and he won't stand by his products or mainly his word, do not buy from him, i am disappointed in him as a business person and as a person. He can say what he wants he was rude to me so i stopped talking to him and only had my husband converse with him. Tsk Tsk Bob I would of continued to buy cars from you and over $400 you lost a customer and your reputation.
