Hogan Tire & Auto was incredibly helpful when I got 2 flat tires recently. Though they didn't have what I needed in stock, they were able to get the new tires the same day. They were friendly and helpful and made it easy to deal with an annoying situation. Additionally, their cost was cheaper than other tire places I inquired at. I highly recommend them for all your tire needs!

Got 4 new tires, a wheel alignment, and a tire pressure sensor fixed. Just under $1000. Highly recommended. They got me an Uber back to my house after I dropped my truck off too!

Very courteous, prompt service. I had a flat tire, they helped me choose new tires and also noticed my brakes were worn . They kept me informed throughout the appointment. Will definitely return for my brakes and future service.

I’ve usually had really great experiences at Hogan tire so I figured I’d give them a go for some auto care. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for their auto service. I dropped the car off at 8 AM and they basically took a quick look at it and then were “too busy” to put any more time in. Which is fine except they didn’t think to call and let me know. When I ended up calling at 3pm all they could tell me was vague issues and nothing concrete. So I ended up wasting an entire day plus the PTO I took. I would recommend not over booking your shop. Still think it’s a great place for tire service but they can’t seem to handle more than 2-3 auto service jobs a day.

I had my battery replaced. Service was excellent and speedy at a reasonable cost. Thanks for a great experience! I will be back the next time my car needs something.

Hogan has always been my go to place for brake work and tires. They recently recommended and installed new Michelin Cross Climate tires, which turned out to be the best advice ever. Awesome tires. Recently had new Blizzak snows mounted and balanced on custom rims for my Toyota Crown Signia. Hogan in Woburn (MA) did a great job making sure the tires were mounted perfectly and worked with the TPMS

Last year I got new tires from Hogan at a great price and with great service! I immediately ruined one of the new tires from a pothole. Again, great experience with the replacement. So, when my car dealership told me I needed a new serpentine belt at a very high price for cost and labor, I reached out to Hogan. They were able to do it for about half the price. The service was prompt and efficient. One nice additional touch...not only do they have complimentary coffee and water, they actually offer to get it for you while you are waiting. Where have you seen that type of customer service lately? Kudos to Hogan Tires. I hope people know that their services cover much more than just tires!

Excellent service! Friendly and professional. They were transparent about how long it would take, and followed through. I have been a customer here for years and they've always presented a range of options for any issues that arise with my car, and never try to up-sell. I feel great about the safety and handling of my vehicle whenever I leave.

I love their integrity. Hogan tire has been my go to tire service here in New England. I have brought friends and colleagues to Hogan tire I trust them with my family at all times once I had a friend who had a warranty issue that could’ve led for a very serious problem. Hogan tired, took care of it. I still have that friend with me. I had a very good experience at Hogan’s for my oil change as an out-of-Towner in the area over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. I was grateful to get an appointment, they sent an email reminder, and were efficient providing the service. I found them very courteous and helpful.

Hogan Tire provides great tires and service. Bur my last experience will b my last. I scheduled an appointment on the only day available for our car to be in service. The day before, I got a call that the only service person had been sick and would be out sick on the day of the service. They asked that I take the next service day which we could not. They left us in a lurch with no easy way to get the services needed on such notice. I hate leaving these types of reviews - but I found the handling of this by Hogan to be very unprofessional, which is very surprising for such a good organization.

They got to my car right away, and I like that they have windows to the work area so I could gauge the progress. Everything was done in about an hour, which is really good time. At other places, I've had to wait roughly twice as long. Pleasant, professionals working there who checked to make sure I was keeping my summer tires.

Hogan Tire in Woburn really helped me out. A rear tire got damaged on the way to work. Luckily I was able to make it to their store before all the air was out. In a little over an hour I was back on my way. They cane through and I will be back.

I got a flat tire in Burlington on my way home to Canada. I shopped around and the tire shops could not repair my tire same day. I was referred to Hogan Tires and they were able to find a tire closest to what I have, and installed it within 2 hours. I safely drove to Halifax. Kudos to Carlo and the whole team of mechanics! I would not have made it home on time if it were not for your amazing team! Excellent repair shop!

Delighted. I had a last minute repair from a flat tire. They took my case and repaired in 30 minutes. Fast. Helpful and nice. Sullivan tire didn’t even answer their phone. Plus their reviews are awful. Town fair tire told me to show up and take my chances. This is the place to go!

I had what I thought was a piece of glass in my tire, turned out to be a razor blade. I called Hogan tires at 1:15, and they had me in and out in under an hour! They were super friendly, and patched the tire. Will definitely come back if tire service is needed!

I will start with the good. They were able to get me in same day. And service was fast. But that's it for the positives. Now for the bad. I know cars, so I was not the guy to lie to, and tell me I need a new tire. I wanted a plug/patch, to fix a nail in my tire, and it could have been fixed. But I was told the location of the nail made that impossible. So, congrats to your employee on the upsell. Next, I was told you had my tires in stock, to further coax my decision. (They were not the same tire. Similar. But not the same) Lastly, I had to stand around and wait for 10 minutes while 4 or 5 employees had a discussion about another customer and what he wanted. The other customer wanted 20" wheels on his Mercedes. Knowing what I know, this shouldn't be a problem. But your employees were saying the size of the wheels wouldn't fit. In their discussion, it was clear they weren't even thinking about using a low profile tire with a shorter sidewall to achieve the same circumference of the original equipment. (One employee did end up suggesting this after much discussion) They went to the internet to use a fitment calculator. Blew my mind that none of them simply knew how to do the math, using the tire sizing. The width of the tire is in the size and he sidewall percentage is also in the size. You can figure out the circumference with those two things alone. Between the unnecessary upsell, the wrong tire, the lack of responsiveness while in the store, and the lack of knowledge in the employees... I don't think i will be returning to Hogan should I have additional tire issues.

I normally don’t leave reviews, however this is very worthy! Initially I had booked for 3 services - but had to wait a week for an appt. So I went out the previous weekend and got 2 of the other services done elsewhere, and called hogan to cancel 2 out of the 3. When I picked up my car they did all 3 - and I said oh no! I called to cancel those because I just had them done elsewhere last week, assuming I’d just pay for them again. He immediately took them off without question, which I wasn’t expecting! I would and will return here in the future! Very honest business! Thank you so much.

I’m not really happy with their service. Customer service is good, no issues with that, but…. At first moment everything was good, but then I realized that they make big mistake. I changed 4 tires, no problem, except that 1 tire was 30 psi, other 1 was 38 and other 2 36… This isn’t normal, not safe. I also ask twice to put couple screws for protection under the wheel wing, but never happen. I also ask to change oil, they did it, and I asked to use 0W-20 oil, but they use 5W-20.. I know, it’s not a big deal, but i ask about this kind of favor. It’s first time experience with Hogan Tire, hopefully they will make it better.. Update: In November 2023 I did change 4 wheels, plus alignment! After 1 year, my front wheels get completely erased… I did come to Hogan Tire and ask what they can do, they say that I have to buy new tires, cause those front ones erased and not because of wrong alignment, it is because I drove 30000 miles since then. But I did ask many professional and they told me that it is for sure because of wrong alignment.. I just throw my money for no reason.. Never again will come to Hogan Tire again, they are not trying to resolve their problems…
