Poor selection (did not have one single 5qt jug of Euro-formulation 5W-40 motor oil) and when I was asking a question, I was repeatedly and rudely interrupted by the sales clerk. Take your auto parts business elsewhere.
EDIT - I called the number as instructed and reached an international call center. The agent tried to direct me to the owner of the store and I ended up being funneled right back to the desk there. Not the way to "figure it out" in my book - just wasted more of my time.
People working here absolutely ignore customers. Couldn't be more of an uncomfortable place to shop. You are literally 3 feet away from someone that refuses to acknowledge that you are there.
Excellent service. Came into the store today to pick up some automotive electrical supplies and the technician who assisted me was thoroughly knowledgeable, went the extra mile to help me choose quality products, and had some useful advice about how to properly install a fuse holder. It is always refreshing to see good customer service is still alive in the retail space.
My Macaninc only uses Napa Auto parts.Auto zone breaks last me 9 months. Napa auto parts my breaks have lasted me over 2 years and still in great shape.I also notice Macaninc shops that only use NAPA AUTO PARTS HAVE ALOT MORE REPEAT CUSTOMERS IN THERE WORK BAYS LIKE ME. NAPA MADE IN AMERICA AND SOLD IN AMERICA.
Replaced my gas cap a few times from other stores because the engine dummy lights kept coming on. Third time I decided to try Napa instead, and their gas cap worked for my Toyota; the engine light went out and has stayed off for over six months now.
The guys that run the Snapper are absolutely amazing. They really know this stuff. And they know their products. In the tools right now that are on sale is a deal that can't be beat anywhere else I highly recommend using this place. And I highly recommend the people there. Very nice very professional
Two really helpful men working here. Took the time to search for parts that nobody else asks for. My car is that old. But they helped without hesitation and we're at least seemingly happy to do so. Found most of everything I needed and even lent me some tools to use right in the lot so I could fix my headlight assembly. Not a enormous store but an enormous help!
They had what I needed in stock at a reasonable price - unlike the three other places I had stopped in before coming to this NAPA store. I guess I should have come here first.
It's Napa,what can I say. Didn't have what I want.only reason I gave 3 stars was because there nice employee's. Had some bad experience s in the past. Only reason I tried there was the dealer sent me there.wasted my time
The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Not as large a selection as other auto parts stores. The store is in an industrial area and can be hard to find.
