If I could give less than one star I absolutely would. This was the most predatory tactic place I've ever been at. We literally took had our keys taken to investigate and we could not get them back as we were trying to say no to the vehicle. We ended up buying a vehicle with them and they specifically said that the brakes were replaced and brand new. Turns out only the front where the setback brakes which we live over 2 hours away. We're completely destroyed and we had to pay out of pocket another mechanic to investigate the car to make sure that it even was safe to drive. This was probably the single worst experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. I would never give them business in any way shape or form.

My wife bought an Acadia in 2024 at Full sticker and every extended warranty possible which are huge margins as full price car has been Shop multiple times just awful Bought at Woburn

Worst service departments ever. Bought at Milford Nissan who is owned by Albrecht and they refuse to fix an issue that they never fixed appropriately when it was covered under warranty. Now they are offering to fix discontinued. Seriously? How about having fixed correctly the 7 times I brought to you while u see warranty. Scammers. Never buy from them. One time after they worked on car I got on 495 and my roof flew up. They never even closed the hood of my car. Could’ve been killed. Thank god I didn’t have grandkids in my car. Never did anything with that either. They are HORRIBLE

Typical slimy salesman. I purchased a truck a few months ago and I was lied to so much on his sales pitch it should be illegal. Never again exactly why I dislike dealerships!!!!!

Fraudulent swindlers. ZERO Stars. I wish I heeded the negative reviews, they are all accurate. I dealt with very dishonest sales people, no response from management when I reached out, a previously sold car (so used now, sold to me as "new") false inspection sticker. No response after the purchase (which was painful - too many things to list-I should have gone with my gut and left the Woburn dealer). No registration, no paperwork to my insurance agent, no phone calls answered (vm always full on the main line). Really, go elsewhere, they are horrible, I'd rather pay more. I'm lucky I have a family of attorneys to pursue this. I reached out to Management per the response below, no response. Not surprised

This is the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered (except ones from gas stations). First of all, they are very rude and unprofessional. I first talked to a service representative person via their website. She was helpful so I put a deposit to keep the car I wanted. I asked her to make sure to send me the receipt, and she said would make sure to ask her manager, who processes the payment to send me the receipt. They processed right away but I have not received any payment confirmation nor the receipt from them even after a week. I emailed the rep to follow up with her manager and she said yes. - No response. Few days later I called them and directly asked the manager to send me the receipt. He said he would let the sales person know - no apologies or whatsoever. The sales person texted me just a picture of receipt without mentioning who even he is. Months later, he suddenly called me on a weekday and said “someone didn’t get approved the car you wanted. Do you wanna come to get the car right now?”. Ok, who are you again? And you are not the only person on this earth working on daytime/weekdays. Please have a courtesy to at lease ask “is this good time to talk” and to mention your name first. This is not a shopping of buying a can of soda from gas station. No professionalism at all and I have no trust to this dealership at all. Decided not to pursue this car no longer with them. However, they have not returned my deposit. Surprise. They just ignored my message. I think they are too busy with selling cars to be professionals.

I bought a used car from their Nashua store (since closed) 1+yrs ago. They promised a warranty, showed me the paperwork and after the sale, told me there was no warranty. Finance Director refused to answer unnamed charges on my purchase document and then claimed "harassment" if I didn't stop asking. The VP did nothing but criticize my choice of words stating I was scammed. Find a dealer with integrity...

I wanted to compliment your Service Advisor Amanda Reid. She wasn’t my advisor but I saw her a few times during my time there. She was extremely pleasant, polite, and professional. Unfortunately, while I was checking out, she had a horrible customer who was being obnoxiously rude to her; way over the line. Amanda demonstrated great poise and professionalism throughout the entire interaction. Nothing she or the dealership had done could have warranted this customer’s actions. Amanda could not have handled the situation any better than she did. Please compliment her patience and willingness to keep the situation deescalated. Her poise and professionalism really made a difference. Awesome job Amanda!!! Please make sure she is recognized for her outstanding customer service!!!

Came to this dealer for an oil change special, listed on their website. Coupon said up to 6 quarts. My vehicle takes 7 quarts so I was told I can’t use the coupon. Felt like bait and switch but the service advisor gave me another deal that I was happy with. Call and question any promotional service before you head down to the dealership.

Owners of Woburn Toyota, what a bunch of robbers and good for nothings. They do not honor their recalls or Customer service protection. They tried to charge me for a driveshaft u-joints at 4x the national average. the service manager was petty and mean. unprofessional and unhelpful. only after making a BBB complaints were they going to honor the driveshaft u-joint CSP. There was a frame recall. i was notified, i brought my 2010 Tacoma in to be checked. Service said my frame was fine in 2019 but now there is a giant hole that could not have formed in just the last few years. Now they wont even service my vehicle, it can't pass Ma. inspection and can not be sold. making it a worthless truck good only for parts.

Biggest bunch of crooks— beware! They will upsell you unnecessary services and repairs, perform services specifically requested not to, and they will overcharge you on everything. Don’t bother taking your complaint to management, best they will do is offer you a coupon off future services. The name of the game here is fleecing you. Take your business to a trustworthy repair shop instead.

I recently purchased a brand new Toyota Camry and had great customer service. I Brough an offer I had online from Capital One Auto Finance to the dealer, and they took great care of me showing the vehicle I had originally found online, and also being extremely helpful along the way. I had the pleasure to work with Lurgy Ramos on my transaction and she was a rockstar. I look forward to a long term relationship with this dealer, and many more purchases in the future. Thank you!

Very poor communication, engineered to scam customer's in purchasing vehicles beyond their capabilities to even afford them... Customer service is a lost art.. Highly recommend to shop elsewhere or atleast do you due diligence..

I had high hopes when I bought my car here. They made it seem like they really cared about selling a good car. They went over all sorts of thing that needed repair on it, yet somehow a week later after buying the car, it broke down. It was a pain trying to find a time to pick up the car, as I was told one day it was ready, when it wasn’t. I then emailed them asking about a reimbursement for the part that they did not check. And they told me to email someone, so I did, and a week later I still haven’t heard from them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. THEY ONLY WANT YOU FOR YOUR MONEY. DONT BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE

Albrecht Auto Group is disappointing and a scam as whole ! This company can care less about their customer service and service they provide to repairs. I have reached out to management a few times and have yet to receive a response. I took my car in for repair in January and have had to continuously needed to return my car for more repairs. 7 months later my car still isn't running! Do not trust this company!

These folks are associated with Infinity of Nashua. I just bought a car from them. I was treated very well with no pressure. The car was fairly priced and they resolved any concerns I had. Computer readings showed no code clearing/tampering. They provided service history and Carfax. They came across extremely honest. I am over 50 with a family of 5 drivers, so I have many car purchases behind me. These folks were very straight forward and honest in my dealings with them. This was easiest dealership I have dealt with. I would buy from them again.

Honestly this is the best group to work with! I was in a tough spot with my car and they got me out of it and into exactly what I wanted/needed at a fair price! Everyone was so kind and genuinely wanted to help. I no longer have to worry about getting to work safely no matter the weather. I can’t say enough great things about Albrecht!

Came down from Maine. Purchased a vehicle in June. Also purchased about $600 in accessories. Accessories weren’t ready when I picked up the car. They said they would send a check within 10 business days. As of 8/13, no check and voice messages go unreturned.

Albrecht auto was truly one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I have ever had. I’m not just talking about purchasing a car, I’m talking about any meaningful purchase I’ve made in my life. From sales people who truly embody the quintessential “used car salesperson” by promising discounts and walking away during financing, to sales management who would promise swift action to your issues and then never call you back. Albrecht truly let me down at every turn. After leaving the dealership with the car it took more than a week for them to file the paperwork with my insurance company. (It was illegal to drive the car at that point) To build upon that, they didn’t bring the paperwork to the RMV until more than two weeks post purchase. During this delay, whenever I could get someone on the phone I was constantly reassured that it was just “clerical errors” holding up the paperwork. But at one point (more than a week after the contract was signed) their sales rep even went as far as to tell me I needed to drive back to the dealership and re-sign the entire contract. I had to escalate the issue to their vice president in order to get action; without her intervention I’m sure I would still be without a registration. If you are in the market I highly suggest you stay away from this dealership. PS. Their one rockstar was the internet sales rep Nick. Although he was new with the company, he always answered my calls and emails. Thanks Nick.
