I can’t believe the unprofessionalism carried by Luis who answered aggressively. Luis didn’t greet so I wasn’t sure I had to ask if I called the correct place. Then I asked for parts he didn’t give me a chance to ask anything and kept repeating they are not open to public only to businesses with accounts. That’s understandable, if he gave a future account holder a chance to ask about opening an account instead of talking over me would have been easier for him instead of getting overwhelmed. Embarrassing as my client was next to me hearing him with a loud unnecessary tone. After he choose to hear that I’d be interested to open an account he then goes to lecture me he can’t give me the parts immediately but I never implied a time frame for the part. I also approached him with a calm tone even after being handled like trash. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m a female in male dominated field or because he’s simply allowed to speak and treat customers as he pleases. In general it’s a sales location and it should pride in at least gaining new customers not scaring them . Well small businesses or big businesses still bring businesses here I’m sure. I’m glad he behaved so poorly it gave me a chance to experience front desk and how they handle service to customers!
If not for Google Maps, I never would have found Autoparts International. But, the staff is very friendly and the parts I needed were cheaper than anyplace else I looked.
