careless drivers 6:10 am truck number 213740, must of been running late or in a rush , right through a red light from Ravenna Ave to Highland ave in salem my light was green. wish we had red light cameras at every light

Consistent, bulk items picked up on a timely basis

A wonderful company to do business with. Always punctual and on schedule and leaves the area neat and tidy.

I had some old furniture for disposal, and made a plan with WM. They were quick to take it. Very easy to deal with.

Took my trash out as usual and they picked up everyone else's trash but mine the lid was fully closed and easily accessible im the same spot i put it every week i wasn't given any other notices about anything else so why was my trash not picked up i can't afford to miss a week so

We scheduled pickup for an old air conditioner and adjustable bed frame. WM came on the days scheduled and took the items! So easy and convenient!

It’s been a bit of a rocky start with Waste Management. Communication and consistency haven’t been perfect, but at least they are picking up—which is more than I can say for our previous provider, Republic Services, who stopped collecting altogether. So while things are better than before, there’s definitely still room for improvement in terms of reliability and follow-through. Hopefully things continue to trend upward from here.

I scheduled a bulk pickup and they completed successfully.

The worst customer service trying to schedule a bulk pickup. You go in circles. Web site says you need to use live chat.....only to have live chat send you back to the website.

Pleased that Billerica uses WM for weekly trash & recycle pick up. The two large buckets w/covers work great for keeping trash in between pickups. The ability of overflow in bags is helpful for weeks that I may need it.

I am a new customer, and so far my experience has been excellent. My account manager, Nancy Parga Ramos, has been amazing to work with, and has followed up to see that my needs are met. Thank you for this!

Tell who ever did the side streets of Pelham street in Methuen this morning (May 28, 2024) “THANK YOU, you deserve a raise🙏”. I was late bringing out my barrel because of a late work shift and they took the few seconds necessary to reposition it an pick it up on their next pass on the opposite side.

The entire experience, from scheduling to pick up, is handled by professionals who are caring, take pride in their work, and will do everything in their power to deliver a gold-standard service. Bravo

Unhappy with not having the dumpster placed where requested. With each pickup it is put in the wrong place. It takes too long to get the problem corrected. My next door neighbor is a food processing company and all dumpsters on the property have to be placed on the pavement.

Each weekly pickup, the two gentleman ensures a complete waste removal from our dumpster, even bags and other small items placed on the sides of the dumpster. No complaints here!

There is not respect toward the customers. Suspends service without notification. Charge the same bill many times even though if it's paid already.

Waste Management regularly misses trash pickups scheduled for Friday and when called the 800#, brought me to Rhode Island and they claim didn't have a number to report in MA.

Always on time and have never missed a pick up like past hauling companies. Thanks for the great service.

The trash crew picked up and disposed of my clearly marked recycling bin yesterday. I've had this bin in the trash shed for over a decade and the regular crew has never touched it. I tried calling and the phone system kept hanging up on me after I put in my zip code, and the "live chat" terminated while claiming the representative was still typing. There seems to be no way to get a person on the phone to file a claim for stolen property. (The regular crew has been great, but the company is making it nearly impossible to talk to an actual person)

Waste Management is one of my best experiences with my demanding disposal needs as a Maintenance Director of a Condominium complex. The customer service they provide is top quality and quick expediting when having overflow of recycling and or dumpster emptying. Customer service contacts me immediately with an answer to any questions or concerns I have, the best experience with vendor service I must say !

Our recycle bins in MA were picked up for many years from the same spot until last September. Since then, with no warning or communication, recycle has been skipped 3 times, for 6 weeks of no recycle pickup. I have spent probably 20 hours on the phone with waste management Customer service over 37+ separate phone calls and opened 13 separate missed pickup service tickets and complaints, trying to get missed bins picked up. WM CS agents have been very helpful, doing their best to help. But they are in Pennsylvania, and WM operations staff and dispatch in MA literally just ignores them and all their tickets and complaints. 13 times over! Extremely poor communication and total unprofessionalism from dispatch and operations in MA. I'm happy to talk about placement of bins or whatever. Can't do even that with this level of dismissiveness.

WM employee violently throws my XL recycle barrel to the ground...making sure it tips over in the process. guess this is why the covers always end up cracked.

They are the WORST!! What kind of company charges you to come and pick up their equipment. DO NOT USE THEM, every other quote I got was cheaper and the service better!

All I can say is BUYER BEWARE. Go through those terms and conditions with a fine tooth comb... and pay particular attention to the clause which allows them to charge you ANYTHING associated with terminating your account. As well, you must terminate between 180 and 90 days before the end of your contract or it autorenews! And then they charge you $150 to come get their container PLUS $50 in "other fees". Waste Management is the WORST example of big business out to soak you for anything they can get. If they can't keep you because of their overpriced service, they will hit you with every possible fee on your way out. Good luck!

Waste Management is by far the worst company to get into business with. They manipulate their fees and contracts to take advantage of people. It is really unfortunate how they treat their customers. I would warn anyone who is thinking of signing up with them. They are an all around awful awful company.
