I’m extremely happy with this shop. Every time I bring my car in, they get back to me quickly with what’s wrong, explain everything clearly, and fix it fast. Very communicative, honest, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

I meant to post this last month. I wanted to sincerely thank Roger's Automotive in Woburn last month for helping me out! On Thanksgiving I got a flat. I called other places to help me the day after Thanksgiving and they weren't open. Then I called Roger's Automotive and they answered right away. From the first phone, I could tell this place was different. The man on the phone was so polite and helpful so I took my car there. When I arrived there were 2 women in the office who greeted me so warmly and offered me coffee. I swear they treated me like family. In under an hour my tire was repaired and I was off to work! ! will be taking my car there for other issues in the near future. Prices seem fair and the people were wonderful! Thank you Roger's Automotive!

I was planning to purchase a used car and called the shop at 9 am asking if he could fit me in same day to evaluate a car I hoped to purchase that same day. Sam and his entire team were fantastic. Not only were they ready to put the car on the lift when I pulled up, but they gave it a thorough review, walked me through the photos and inspection report, and ballparked costs for all the needed repairs which were many. Bottom line, they saved me from buying a faulty car! Wise and honest people. I definitely recommend Rogers Auto for all repair needs!

Have been a customer of Rogers for over 30 years. Even though owners changed hands had the same great experience. Was given an accurate quote, including pictures of my worn breaks, the job was done in a few hours, and the people I spoke with were very nice. I will continue to be a customer!!

Following unsatisfactory experiences at two other facilities, I entrusted my vehicle to them, initially discovering their services through an inspection receipt. The team, particularly Rogers, offered a positive initial interaction. The vehicle was restored to optimal condition within a few days, performing like new. I confidently recommend their services. I normally bring my car to another shop in the area, but they were booked for a week and referred me to Rogers, who were able to fit me in the next day and fix my car at a super reasonable price! I have always heard great things about them from others in the area, and I appreciated that the auto shops have a good relationship with each other - would definitely recommend coming here!

I drove in to get my windshield wipers changed. The staff was very nice and accommodating and fixed them on the spot. I’m glad I found them. It’s good to know there are quality shops still willing to go the extra mile.

My husband brought his 13 year old car to them to fix an ignition switch. They told him that couldn't fix it because they couldn't get the part. Then they charged him over $300.00. When he said this is ridiculous they said ok how about 150.00. Just for looking at it. Thats how you treat returning customers?Also paid them to add freon for my car air conditioning which only lasted a month. I brought it somewhere else and it's been working great for the past 3 years. Not happy at all with their service. They have lost us as customers. We will never use them again!

My experience - Car towed to Rogers in morning, Informed the same day, that afternoon that I needed a whole new engine. Timing chain damaged the engine and it needed to be replaced. After the shock set in I said I would be by to have the car towed back to my house. When I got to Rogers Automotive, I stated I was waiting for my tow to take my car to my driveway. When my tow came I went inside to pay him for his one hour of diagnosis that he said was a minimum. I got an invoice for $155.00. I was surprised, but was not sure what to think due to the fact my car was costing me that much for no resolve. When I got home and my husband saw what Rogers Automotive charged, he proceeded to call to talk to someone in the shop. After explaining to Rogers that they were being more than unfair for charging that kind of a price for an hour diagnosis. There has been no resolve on Rogers Automotive part, and I have asked my husband NOT to go down but rather let Karma take place where it is well deserved. You should be ashamed of yourself. I am also curious that if my husband was to come down and pick up the car that you would have not charged him as much as you charged me and acting not the least bit concerned. I highly recommend that you think twice before you do business at Rogers Automotive. You know who I am :)

My car broke down and AAA towed it to the closed mechanic to my home. I'm glad it ended up at Rogers Automotive because I couldn't have asked for better service. The following day I received an unprompted text with a thorough diagnosis of what issues my car had and identified priority items to take care of. I then had multiple conversations with Steve who was extremely nice and professional and worked with me to only get the repairs done that were essential to get my car back on the road. I would definitely return if I need any future repairs.

These guys are great. Smart, many of them are very knowledgeable, not just one head guy. Frank and Steve have great customer service and definitely know their stuff. the new guys Scott has been very helpful on the phone. Bottom line I would highly recommend them. I’ve gone to him three times now and all three times they have exceeded my expectations.
