I went in store and asked associate for assistance for fuse for Toyota 4Runner. I mentioned there are 2 types he didn’t help me. He just played on his cell phone he just told me the aisle.

Fine. Had the party I was looking for at reasonable price.

I had a great experience at AutoZone! My headlights/ Highbeams went out. Abe helped me figure out what lights I needed and Arthur installed them. Car to door time had to be 20 minutes at the most. Everybody at this location was so friendly and willing to help- staff went above and beyond. Thank you !

Got a battery from here for my daughter’s car a month ago that turned out to have a defective cell. Car died and could not restart without a charge. Called them to let them know. Got some immediate attitude on the phone. Was told to bring the car down so they could look at it and verify etc.. went down with my daughter and saw 5 employees standing around. So we approached one and explained we had just called. Then came a barrage of insults and excuses of why they could not help us. One of the employees actually held a quasi impromptu meeting with the others lecturing how to avoid servicing cars. Corroded batteries etc while not one of them looked at the car or helped us. One of them finally opened the hood just looked at the battery, closed the hood and reported back inside that the battery was not corroded. Then came the lecture to us on how they couldn’t help us because it was raining. We explained we just got off the phone with them and they told us to bring it down. One guy chimed in and said that never happened as he was listening in on the phone conversation with the other employee. Wow ok. Totally wrong but you have time to listen in on a conversation and can’t take what would have been 5 minutes to change a battery. These folks really went out of their way to not only not help us but to yell at us. We had to call the district manager and went back the next day, got the battery changed out in less than 10 minutes under the direction of the manager but still with an attitude that I believe is beyond training at this point. All of the employees unfortunately developed this no can do customer attitude. Do not go to this store.

I have been here multiple times and Trey is by far the most helpful! He goes above and beyond. From now on I will only go here if he’s working due to an issue that I ran into today with another worker. Unfortunately not everyone who works here seems to want to do their job.

Great quick stop to pick up anything you need for your car. They usually have most items you need for the car in stock and are helpful. Easy parking and location.

Went to AutoZone to get break pads for the Chevy and the guy named Kyle was very helpful as apparently their was 2 different type for my Chevy but was not sure 100% which one so went with his educated guess and got it spot on and I was able to change them good customer service

Incredibly helpful staff went above and beyond for my key fob issues I was having! They absolutely could’ve turned me away, but they took the time to help me fix my fob (which I had dropped trying to change the battery, and it was in a million pieces). Thank you 💛

Great service! Knowledgeable, helpful and fast! This is not my go-to location, but I have had to come here a couple of times when my local store did not have what I needed. They helped me with return of a defective part. Easy as pie!

I went into the store to get brakes for my car and the store manager, Happy was very helpful. My car, the brakes are hard to find. He found the parts for me and even suggested a mechanic that was reasonable and does excellent work. I will forever be indebted and will always shop there.

Thanks Trey! I ordered parts online from Autozone but they were not delivered in time although I had paid delivery fees for a promised delivery date. Trey Sullivan was very helpful in resolving the issue in an amazingly professional manner. I am now a regular customer because of that.

I had left my gas cap loose and the check engine light came on. I drove up evening of 12/29/2022 and the young man at AutoZone very kindly helped me with reading the check engine code and resetting it. Thank you for running a great shop with great people. Happy Holidays.

I have been to the store a number of times and Andrew G has been so kind and understanding to me. Overall amazing people in the store. Even when I don’t know how to explain the parts I need, they figure it out and help me even with installing them🙏🏽

Went in because my battery was dead. The first employee helped my find a replacement right away. I asked if the had any tools for sale since I just needed a 10mm socket/wrench to do the job and I had to do it there in the parking lot. They instead just let me borrow one and while he was getting the tool another employee just jumped in and finished the transaction for the battery without being asked. After I finished the replacement, my old battery was dangerously hot but luckily they were experienced enough to handle the situation safely and took it all in stride, which was nice since I felt super bad for just dumping this dangerously reacting old battery on them. They even let me use their bathroom to wash my hands before I left without me even asking. 10/10 super nice and thoughtful employees.

Great Experience. I walked into the store with an almost dead battery for my 2017 CRV. It just barely started, leaving work. They helped me find the battery and through in some supplies to clean up, because I had to make the swap in the parking lot. Fantastic customer service on all fronts.

One of my best experiences visiting a car/auto shop. I went there for changing my car battery. Though I expected it to take about an hour at least, I was out within 10 minutes. While Mohamed took care of my billing, Alex and Zack took care of swapping my old with new battery. Also, they were making sure everything was alright and did a cross check within the short period of time while I was there. Great place! Great job Alex, Mohamed and Zack! Thanks much!

The employees are incredible, very friendly & they took a genuine interest in my projects & went out of the way to help me pick the best product & come out with a great outcome especially Rafael he was excited as me about the project & outcome & was so patient & helpful he even had me come back to show him how it came out

Went in after having issues with wiper blades I bought at another store. The guy came in, fixed the blade, and then even put them on for me. The gentleman was very nice and didn't give me a hard time not knowing anything about cars. Thank you for a great experience

Great customer service, Mr. Mohammad patiently gave details of parts and total cost over the phone call. I needed rotor and pads. He was suppose to log out at 1:30PM, I reached around 1:40-1:45PM in the parking lot he identified that I am the one who called an hour back. Even after logging out of system he came along with me from parking lot back to store just to help me that too on a weekend afternoon. I really appreciate your customer service.

When I couldn't find something on the shelf because it was out of stock, an associate double checked in the computer, then sourced it from another store, called that store to have them pull it from the shelf for me, i was able to pay for all of the items in one simple transaction; then just show my receipt and sign for it when i picjed it up down the road at the nearest other store. Thanks for a pleasant shopping experience.

These guys are so great. I went in to buy a bulb for my low beam. After politely letting me know that I'd grabbed the wrong one, they found the correct bulb, saved me about $5.00, and then helped me install the new headlight bulb. Expect world class service from these gentlemen.

Had to find an unusual item this morning. A handle to help clean the inside of a car windshield and back window. Walked in, greeted by a gentleman behind the counter who stopped his conversation with a co-worker, to acknowledge me. Asked if I needed any help ! Unheard of attention in today's world. What I needed was where it should be, stocked and ready for sale. This whole store was this way, clean and well organized. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable about their business, both the store and vehicles. A great place to get everyday and special supplies for your 4-wheeled and 2-wheeled buggy.
