Walked in cold after getting rear ended. Met Cary and immediately knew i was in the right place. He and his son handled every detail and in a couple weeks I had my vehicle back in perfect shape. Im very glad to have met them.

Went back multiple times trying to resolve issue only to get no response after leaving. Also they knew exactly who I was when I brought the car back. They also put in a supplement for a "damaged " radiator support that was never replaced .
I promised Cary to write a review after the perfect work. I found some pretty deep scratch (and a dent) on the back door of my car one morning, and since it's not that serious, I don't think it's worthy of making a claim to my insurance company (considering the deductible and potential premium increase).
I got quotes from several small and large auto body shop, and Cary from Accurate Auto Body offered the most affordable price. And the work was beautiful, and fast. As the name suggested: "Accurate"! Highly recommended!
My car was involved in a accident, brought the car down met with the owner Cary. He went over the damage handled the entire process, had a rental car company pick me up at the shop. I was told about 3 weeks, it was done in 2 1/2 & what a beautiful job they did.
I am very picky about my cars appearance they did a fabulous job!!

After a thorough research of available Auto body services within Woburn, Burlington, and Bedford areas, I decided to choose Accurate because of positive online feedback. I was a bit nervous because many other shops seem to be more popular and turned out it was a great decision.
The job was fixing my two left doors due to a collision. Jim was the owner, a decent man, very accommodating with your request. He told me upfront what can or cannot be done. Carrey, the manager, who deals directly with your insurance, was courteous, friendly, and very prompt in terms of keeping you updated with the progress. It was a pleasant working with them.
Pros:
1. High quality service. The doors were replaced and repainted to be just as brand new. I was impressed with their work. It probably wasn't a complicated job but I think these guys know what they are doing.
2. Excellent customer service. They were prompt in contacting the insurance company. In fact, they did so within the same day I dropped my car and kept me updated every week.
3. Reasonable price. When I compared the cost with my friends', they all said it was pretty reasonable, if not lower than most of theirs. I need to pay my deductibles, of course, but the lower cost means less increase of my premium in the future.
Cons:
Having said that, I wish that the entire in-shop time for my car had been shorter. It was around 15 days. To be fair, it wasn't their fault, but rather the lengthy back and forth between the insurance company and the shop about what can be done. My insurance company initially asked to fix the doors, but the shop showed to them that it had to be replaced. Thus, it took some more time to order the parts. My advice to you is to make sure it is clear what can be done before you drop the car off.
All in all, this is a hidden gem. I'll entrust them with any other jobs I may need in the future.
I would highly recommend using Accurate for any needed auto body repair work. They quoted me a very reasonable price, and when the car was finished I couldn't tell which side had originally been damaged no matter how hard I looked. I think the car drives better now than it did when I took it in! I will be returning here if I ever need any body work in the future.
I highly recommend it! Great service, in quick time, very friendly staff and the most reasonable price. I took my wife's damaged mini cooper and they not only got it fixed but also did few extra things for no additional cost. Whats more, they also fixed timing belt, headlights and coolant refill for free for my car. I called few other auto body shops who wouldn't give me a date for 2 weeks. These guys called me next day, ordered the parts immediately and fixed it within 5 days.

I would highly recommend them if you love your car like I do and want it back in pristine condition after an accident, this is the place to go. I brought my 2003 Mustang here which is my baby I love this car and normally I would of travelled to Saugus where I grew because I haven't been in Woburn long enough to know who is the best around here. My Mustang was vandalized so bad it couldn't be driven and I heard great things about the owner Jim of Accurate Auto Body & his crew so I decided to take the risk and let them fix my baby and do a few modifications, let me tell you it was so worth the risk! Prices are great no one can touch them for the quality work they do. The guys down there are great they put my mind at rest and did an amazing job plus extras that I wasn't expecting. I will never go anywhere else again, I'm so glad I gave them a chance. You won't find a friendlier or more courteous group of guys that love what they do and just want to serve you and make the experience as painless as possible. If you decide to bring your car there tell them Michele says hello and keep up the great work!!!! Woburn needs more businesses like this. Amazing Job Jim & all his hard working team! Thank you!!!!!
Got my bumper fixed here, they ordered the part and painted it right away. I dropped it off and it was ready not even 3 days later. Staff were nice and down to earth.
