Extremely Unprofessional and Embarrassing Experience.
This company has gone completely downhill over the past few months. What used to be a reliable service has turned into a complete mess — literally. On a recent job, they managed to get two trucks stuck in the mud in front of high-profile engineers and project managers, causing major delays and embarrassment. The whole scene was caught on video and spread through multiple text message groups — a total disaster that reflects the company’s decline in professionalism.
To make matters worse, the dispatcher was unbelievably rude and ignorant, telling me he didn’t need the job and didn’t care what the owner “Jay” would think when I mentioned I’d be emailing him. That kind of attitude is shocking for any business, let alone one dealing with commercial clients.
The sales rep, Dan, clearly has no understanding of proper disposal needs or how to handle customer concerns. Between the poor communication, careless mistakes, and complete lack of accountability, it’s obvious this company has lost all sense of professionalism and customer service.
I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone serious about keeping their project on schedule or maintaining a good reputation on site. Stay far away — there are far better, more competent companies out there.
Had an unpleasant experience at Dunkin’s in Wilmington this morning, driver parked across 5 spots, and threw straw wrapper out of window into parking lot when he’s driving a literal dumpster.
RECKLESS AND DANGEROUS DRIVERS!!! Last night around 9pm I was driving in the Longwood area to the 93 on-ramp and one of their drivers was driving so aggressively, speeding excessively, honking at and tailgating every car, and swerving in and out of lanes dangerously. At one point they swerved left outside of their lane at the last second to get ahead of me and literally almost killed me just to get ahead one car. I’ve never been so scared for my life. What an absolutely disgraceful business that has no regard for the lives of others on the road, which is clearly a pattern for them.
The team at Aaron Disposal has been a pleasure to work with. From initial meetings to discuss logistics with Dan, to executing those logistics with Shakira and the drivers has been seamless. They are a huge extension to our customer base and are proud to partner with them
Very disappointing, have used this Company for over a year now and will be switching. Very unprofessional, over priced, and not too mention the manager I've had too deal with is just plain rude. Dissatisfied on so many levels. Please do not waste your time with so many other options out there.
