Not at all pleased with the outcome of work done on my vehicle. It took 6+ weeks to replace the bumper and wheel well on my car and with the cost of a rental this project ended up being around 30% of the value of my 2025 car. The new bumper is not well aligned with other parts of the car, and the trim around the front wheel housing has A LOT of micro scratches. The car itself has so many larger scratches that were not there when dropping it off, the interior wreaked of heavy chemicals, the UI profiles are completely unrecoverable so we are forced to schedule an appointment with KIA, the seat adjustment when reversing sounds broken, and the customer service trying to get updates on the completion date were non-existent. I called a total of 11 times in the 6 weeks with the same response "I will call you right back when the guy who knows is back" without getting a single call back and there was a 3 week stretch of time then status was "in paint". I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Used them after minor fender bender. They were great to work with, highly professional, and did great work. The panels, material, and paint looked like OEM.

They are a very busy place and take awhile to complete the work but, in the long run, it was worth the wait. The work was impeccable and the staff helpful from arranging insurance rental through final delivery.

I sent the car after an accident in the rear. After a year I started to get a noise from the I torsion bar as it was not correctly placed, now I have to get that done at Mazda with a whole I torsion bar at my expense . If I can put a zero not a single star I would do so.

I brought my 2010 Corolla by because my AC was not working and I remembered that they fixed my car last year. I brought it by their office and it turns out that it was just my bumper they replaced. Next thing I know they took my keys and brought the vehicle into the shop and charged my AC. They handed me my keys and I asked if I owed any money, Jim replied “ How about a handshake”. They are just great people to deal with.

These people have the worst customer service. I needed 1 small part painted. I was told it will take 1 day. When I called the next day, the receptionist said, we will call you when it's ready. Please don't call us. She was the rudest person I had ever met. 2 days later I call again, and they haven't even touched the part. I had told them how important it was for me to have this done quickly. They could care less. Its like they were doing me a favor by doing their job. I will never go back to them again. If you are smart, avoid them at all cost, because they really don't care about you!

I couldn’t be happier with the results of my repairs. Trust me if your vehicle is in need of repairs please don’t hesitate to reach out and give them a call. They will take care of you like they did to me and my family. I am not a regular at this so they were able to facilitate the rental and help put my mind at ease. Put your faith in them and they will take care of the rest, from the body shop to the front desk. They do wonderful things, big shout out to Jim cooper for his help he is running a great shop. Thank you for your service. I had my car repaired at Woburn Foreign Auto and they did an amazing job and beyond. My car looks great all around inside and out. The only thing it took 3 weeks for the repairs. Luckily I have insurance coverage for a rental which was there for me to pick up and drop off. Thank you and for my nephew taking off and put the children's car seats in and off. THANK YOU AGAIN!

Awesome job fixing my bumper on my Corolla. They even cleaned the interior and exterior so the car looked brand new. Mike Escott was friendly and knowledgeable throughout the process. Highly recommend!

Horrible horrible experience so far. They said my car would take a max of two weeks to be fixed since it needed a door change. It’s 3 weeks now and they said it’s getting assembled. They gave the same story last week as well. When I got annoyed and wanted to speak to a manager for an exact date I was transferred to leave a message

About 10 years ago, my car was repaired by WFAB. At the time, I was told the warranty of the job was lifetime except after changing ownership. Over the years, the painting around the repaired area cracked and getting worse recently. I was thinking about getting in touch with WFAB but couldn't find the original repairing paperwork. As winter is approaching, I finally contacted WFAB and the person answered the call told me that they may not keep paperwork for that long but I may bring my car in to get an evaluation/estimation. When we got in, I found the manager did search and find the record! He evaluated the crack and verified our phone #'s versus the record. The area was re-painted beautifully within days. At least to me, guaranteeing job quality is an important factor when choosing a place to fix auto body. I am impressed by the commitment WFAB made to their job quality in my case.

The attention to detail and communication throughout the repair process was professional and easy. Sean and Rachel really helped me out with everything I needed. My car looks better than before the crash. Thank you to the entire Woburn Foreign Auto Body team!!

Jim the manager and Rachel up front are very helpful and courteous: however the rest of the staff do not care and their quality of repair is very below satisfactory. Took them 3 visits to fix my car correctly, give their repairs 6 months to a year and your bumpers will be hanging off due to them ordering cheap replacement parts that wont hold up. Save your time and money. Go somewhere else.

Took my car to this center based on the recommendation of a dealership. Employees were extremely polite and helpful, specially Rachael. Unfortunately the quality of of the repair is not up to a "certified center". i got my car back with scratched paint due to disassembly & reassembly, new painted areas look darker and the tire was replaced with an unknown brand as well.

After a serious collision, I initially brought my car to another shop, which fixed less than half of the problems with the car. I brought the shop to Woburn Foreign Auto Body to fix their mistakes, and they did a wonderful job. A special thanks to the GM Jim Cooper and Rachael at the front desk for expedient and thorough work!

It’s the worse place I have see for body shop. I have my car over there for about a mont and after I called in to find out, they asked me for a couple more days, and when I pick the car up, the job they did was terrible, eve the manager agree with and aske to bring back, so I did it and guess what, nothing was done right. The manager told me that he was short people and he was going to call back, so he wants to panting everything again and as of today, more the months I haven’t received any call. If you need a body shop on your car, stay way from this guys.

They did an outstanding job. Really professional, friendly, efficient, and organized in their work. Also they cleaned the inside and outside of my car and I really appreciate how great it looked when I picked it up! Glad I chose them instead of the place my insurance company recommended.

I am very happy with the work that was done there. I walked in for an estimate and they gave me an estimate quickly. I was finished in less than ten minutes for the estimate. The price was less than I expected. They ordered the parts and painted them and then called me when everything was ready. The repairs were made the same day that I brought it in. I chose them because they had the best ratings online from the highest number of customers. (A high rating would mean nothing if they have only 5 reviews.) They had many positive reviews.. This is a well established, well-organized place that knows what they are doing. Very happy with everything.

Excellent experience using Woburn Foreign Auto Body! From the first phone call to the delivery of my car everything was made so easy for me. They scheduled the appointment convenient for me and setup a rental to meet me there. They communicate with my insurance and kept me posted with updates. We had used them a few years ago with my husband’s car; and had the same excellent experience. Nice to know there is a place to go that makes your car look new after an accident that wasn’t your fault. Will return if ever the need comes up again!

I gave a call to them and the front desk lady was very nice and helpful. I reached there and handed over my keys and asked them if they could fix it early as my son's birthday was approaching and I badly was in need of my car. They promised me that they will give it and they gave my car back almost 4 days in advance. They did outstanding just b and my car looks just like new. Everyday I was getting update with photo and they even helped me in setting up a rental car and all the necessary communication with my insurance everything they took care off. I'm very happy with the service and would recommend my friend to go to them if need be.

I have used them twice and both the time the job was well done. They have very friendly and helpful front office. Most of the insurance companies know them so the claim payment and appraisal etc goes very smooth. - After the repair, car looked as if the accident never happened. - They arrange rental cars and you can pickup/drop off at the shop - Explain you the repair process very well - Daily status updates are really useful They are busy and the entire process of getting an appointment, estimate and repair can take more than usual.

The work was well done and the car was returned clean and in excellent condition. They also worked directly with my insurance company which made the process very easy for me. Only complaint is that the repairs took about 2 weeks for a headlight, body panel and bumper cover. This seems like a long time even accounting for parts delivery time and a day for the insurance re-estimate.

I have used Woburn Foreign Auto Body twice now and have been absolutely pleased with the service there, both automotive and behind the counter. All work was completed in a professional and timely manner, and I really appreciated the regular updates and ability to check my car's progress on the website. I also appreciated that WFAB took care of all interactions with my insurance company and with Enterprise to arrange for a rental car while my own car was in the shop. Pricing seemed quite reasonable, right in line with my insurance estimate. Finally, the cleaning of my car inside and out was a very nice bonus. Hopefully I won't need their services again in the near future, but if anything should happen to my car, I wouldn't hesitate to go back.
