I just had a car battery replaced. No fuss, no muss. I got a strong battery for Midwestern cold because I need to travel to Nebraska. Almost no doubt that I saved myself an episode where the car would not start in the middle of the prairies. Friendly, competent service at reasonable cost.

Just had my battery replaced on my 2011 Acura Wagon. Chris was efficient and respectful of me and my old car, and had me ready to go in just over 20 minutes. I especially appreciated that he used a memory saver so I didn't have to reset any codes or stations when he was done. Didn't get that at the dealer.

I replaced my car battery here. The service was excellent. I think one of the workers was named Chris and he did an excellent job! My battery was corroded and the bolts on the terminals were stuck but he just kept working at it until it was right. Both workers at the store were very knowledgeable and helpful. The excellent service I received brightened my day.

Customer service was great. Was greeted right upon entering. They replaced both car fobs batteries in a matter of minutes and had me check before paying that they worked. They even gave me a coupon discount off my total. The price was great and service terrific.

Had a broken screen on my Galaxy. I believe it was the owner that checked me in with my insurance. Tech was Sam I believe. They we're both very professional. She fixed the phone up very well looks brand new! Didn't take long at all. Cool store too, they sell a lot of things. 5 Stars

Customer service was above and beyond!! I purchased a car battery and brought some tools with me to change it there so I can get my core right away. It was COLD, about 10° that day. One employee came out and offered me a jacket and another employee came out and actually helped me change the battery to get it done and get out of the COLD quickly!! Just amazing! I had a great experience getting a broken auto key fixed here. The Thursday opening crew was so helpful, especially Chuck and Steve. They fixed the key quickly and were very friendly and professional. I will definitely be back!

This is our go-to place for all our battery-needs!! Very helpful & knowledgeable staff. Their batteries r high quality, unlike the ones we bought from Costco, BJs and CVS (all not fully-charged)! The staff here also helped us replaced the inner battery of the solar-powered charger for our skylight shade, so that we don’t need to replace the whole shade. I went there yesterday to replace the battery in my car fob. I also found out that they can replace car batteries for most car models - for free, other than the cost of the battery, ofc. But u need to call in advance in busy season to ensure they have your car battery in stock.

We came here to get a replacement car battery. We had tried an auto parts store but none of their batteries fit the car, so they referred us to Batteries Plus. We had ordered ahead and they reserved the battery for us. Steven even helped us install it, and we are very glad he did because the one we had reserved did not quite fit. Steven was able to try another battery and install it, and the car started with no problems. He answered all of our questions and was very nice!

Excellent service. The technician took apart my old UPS with a special screw driver, found the correct replacement battery in stock, installed it, and made sure it worked all in just a couple minutes at no extra charge.

Went into the store for a cracked camera lens and the staff was courteous, knowledgable, and extremely helpful. Fredo fixed my lens and it works very well now, I highly recommend visiting this store for cell phone repairs as they do great work and are fairly priced.

I had the best possible experience ever. My order was prepared on time and employee waiting for me. He explained me the whole process of car battery change and procced with change. Unfortunately type battery did not fit. I ordered via VIN and they double checked it... No ones mistake, these things just happen with car parts. Manager very promptly stepped in and resolve the whole thing. Found correct battery and even waived price difference. I spend there like an hour because of this complication. I received "family business" like approach and met very friendly people. I recommend this location!!!
