Best services around town, honesty is their number 1 policy great work awesome people I would really recommend anyone that needs any work done on their vehicles to stop by, u wont regret, if i could give them 10* or more i would!
Dangerous mechanic work and unprofessional receptionist. They replaced my brake pads and rotors AND LEFT ONE OF THE CALIPERS LOOSE.
While doing the repairs, they found another issue. I asked them to address it in a way that's not recommended. They refused to do what I asked, which is perfectly fine. However the receptionist added "by law we're not allowed to" do that. I asked to clarify which law that is and she immediately backtracked and told me to pick up the car as it is. I'm not ok with being lied to and intimidated into compliance.
I ended up going to another shop to get that second repair done the same day. When I got my car back, one of the wheels would rattle on every single tiny bump or crevice in the road. Any unevenness, even smaller than half an inch, would cause a very obvious noise. (Spoiler: it was the caliper)
I took the car back to the second shop, assuming they did something incorrectly. It took them a while and they found that A&A left one of the calipers loose when they replaced my brake pads and rotors
Extremely honest and fair. They only do work they deem needed. Multiple times I’ve brought my car in and they’ve said it doesn’t need work at the moment. When have needed work, it’s been done quickly, throughly, and with a fair price. Rare to have a mechanic you trust! Definitely recommend l
We went in for our inspection and our car did not initially pass. They offered to fix the car on the spot for an affordable price. Very quick service and nice people, easy 5 stars!!!
This is a well run shop with friendly helpful staff who attend to every detail. Their work is exceptional, done in a timely manner, they even cover the steering wheel and gear shift with plastic protective sleeves and have it serviced at the local car wash. High praise for this business.
Hit a tire that was randomly in the middle of the road last night. Damaged the driver side of the car. Brought it into A&A the following morning. Had it all fixed and looking great in 2 hours. Great service and a very kind staff. Went above and beyond. I will be back!

Ive been with A&A auto repair for over 30 years. Never bring my car to the dealer except A&A auto repair. Prices is reasonable and best of all great customer service!
Honest, fair, knowledgeable. Both George the owner & mechanic and Seta at the desk are very kind, straightforward (which might throw some off but I really like) and hard working. I've been coming here for all sorts & bits with my old car and got nothing but help, with a side of understanding. I'll keep coming here and I'm so glad to say that, at long last, I found "my mechanic"!
George helped me with a second opinion after another shop had recommended my rear suspension be replaced. He was very honest and reliable about the actual condition of the vehicle, and only repaired what needed fixing. I highly recommend their services.
Highly recommend! I called just 5 minutes ahead to replace brake pads and was helped right away. The customer service was excellent—both the woman who answered the phone and the gentleman who gave me a fair quote went above and beyond to ensure my car was ready by the end of the day.

I only have positive things to say about this place. George is amazing and can diagnose and fix any problem. Seta is lovely and warm and welcoming. They take the time to get to know their customers, chat with them, and make sure all of their auto-repair needs are met.
I've taken my car in for several different things, from routine oil changes, to power steering issues, to mystery problems. They have always taken care of me quickly and honestly. George even replaced some cables free of charge. You should definitely visit and use them for all your auto repairs!

I’ve been coming to A&A Auto for years! Car problems were beyond stressful up until I found this mechanic shop. The mechanic is very skilled at his craft and successfully fixed every single car problem I threw his way and the receptionist is amazing! She’s so kind and genuine and created a comfortable atmosphere for me every visit. Also, they can take care of inspections which is great… the Watertown mall is right around the corner so I would drop my car off and take a quick walk to target or the mall to walk around and browse and before I know it the cars ready for me. Everyone needs a trustworthy and genuine mechanic! It’s definitely a necessity so if you want to share my experience please pay them a visit you won’t regret it.

Avoid this place for state inspection. they are not honest. We had lunch nearby, and want to do the state inspection at the same time. this place is close which was why I went to this place. They looked around my car and asked me if everything is good. I said yes since I just did the maintenance and replaced brake as well. the guy said ok and asked me to come back in an hour. and when I came back, they said they put the stick on but changed the third break light bulb and charged me $30. I questioned about this since I just checked last night it was working, and also why it is so expense to replace a $3 light bulb in 2 minutes, and why didn't ask me before they did anything on my car. The lady said it has MUTIPLE light bulbs!!!!! (the true is only one buld in the light house if they did open and replace it), and then the other guy said I should appreciate they replaced the light bulb directly so the inspection can pass. Actually I don't, they should ask me before they do anything on my car. It is obviously it is how they cheat people and get money from you (no matter how much). I am lucky since my car is in excellent condition, but you will never know what they would do on your car if it is old.
The owner, Nick, has provided a fantastic experience. When I called in for a walk-in appointment for a car inspection and O2 sensor replacement, he warmly accepted me as a customer. Nick diligently explained the faulty part in my vehicle and displayed honesty by transparently charging for all the necessary services. I received excellent service from him! It's worth noting that this place is tucked away and difficult to find, making it even more exceptional to come across such a kind-hearted individual. I genuinely appreciate the assistance provided by Nick!
Competitive price, and fast turn around. Very honest folks it seems too. The person who answered the phone said they can't guarantee same day because they need to see the car and call the parts supplier. This wasn't a cheap trick to get me in the door. They called the dealer and were able to get the repair done same day. The price was also consistent with what I thought it would be. I'll be coming back.
I can not say enough positive things about this place! I was on a typical target run when all of the sudden my power steering went out (very scary) and after I stopped my car died. After a jump from AAA I took my car right up the street to A&A. I had never been there before, yet they diagnosed the problem, gave me a pick up time, and cost estimate within 10 minutes of arriving. My car was ready at the exact time they said it would be the next day. They made a stressful situation so easy. I am so thankful for them and am happy to have found a fantastic mechanic!
