my car had a flat tire and I was referred to them because I was close by and heard great about the shop, upon arrival they told me that they couldn’t change the tire in my car because they did not have time, I arrived at 3 pm and the shop close at 5 pm and they still said they couldn’t change the tire….
Anthony was great, when I arrived I was immediately greeted and informed I would be assisted momentarily as he finished up another task. My appointment was for 12 and by 12 by car was in the bay being aligned. Start to finish A-1 service was provided. Thank you

Great experience at Firestone Complete Auto Care in Watertown. The staff were friendly and helpful from start to finish. My EV car tires were worn out, and they were able to quickly provide a quote for four new tires and get me scheduled just two days later. The installment went smoothly and I'm happy with the new tires. Would definitely recommend!
I had a great experience at Firestone in Watertown! Jamal and the mechanics here are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and helpful!! They took the time to explain everything clearly and got my car back to me right on schedule. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of work, and you can tell they really care about their customers. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and welcoming (there was one person who wasn’t as pleasant, but honestly, don’t let that stop you from coming). Overall, this is a top-notch shop that I’d definitely recommend!!
My fiancée and I have been to this Firestone multiple times for tire changes and replacements. We always receive excellent service and highly recommend it. Luis and Anthony have helped us multiple times and are always so helpful and friendly. They truly make a difference. We’ll be back!
Scheduled an oil change and tire rotation days in advance, arrived 15 minutes early and was told it would take an hour, returned an hour later and the car was up on the lift with no one working on it for another 30 minutes. 2 hours later, they just completed the oil change and I was told the car was put up on the wrong jack for tire rotation and if I "really wanted a tire rotation" it would take about another hour. Unbelievable that appointment was made in advance, car brought early and dropped off and after more than 2 hours only an oil change was performed. Wont return .
I went to firestone after work one day, I got a flat at work, with the company vehicle. Not only did they replace the flat tire, they brought it to my attention that two of my other tires were bad, and they were pretty bad tires. They were polite, friendly, and worked fast, I was pleasantly surprised they were not only able and willing to do the job at the time I came in, but also had the tires in stock. I will definitely be going here again, when I run into car troubles. Thank you firestone, and your staff!
We were moving out of town and my car suddenly needed a bunch of work in a short amount of time. Luis really took care of me. I appreciate how understanding and considerate he was of my situation. Would absolutely do business with him again.
Excellent service. The person helping me -- I Lewis -- was amazing. Explained to me the various options of the tires, alignment, and additional services -- made recommendations. Was super patient, professional, and fast. I was very happy with my experience and would highly recommend.
The other day I was there I had the worst experience when it comes to mechanic shops. The store manager was rude I felt like they was quick to dismiss me, when I’m paying dealership prices, that should come with some decent customer service at the very least. The mechanics there seem more helpful than the people out front. HOW BACKWARDS IS THAT. The tire I had done was dealt with at a decent time at least. But it’s a one star because of how I was talked too and treated from the people out front. I will be filing a proper complaint to the higher ups. Hopefully some changes will be done over there at Watertown.
Staff was friendly but service is terrible. Needed a tire fixed cause it kept getting low on air. Was told it couldn't be fixed and needed to be replaced. Had to get approval from fleet company, which can be a pain, but it was approval rapidly waited two hours after approval to get tire done. Four hours start to finish. I wouldn't use this place unless you want to send the day waiting for your vehicle.
I love coming here, much better than revere. I love to come here so much that I don’t mind my car breaking down every other week because the guys are so beautiful and gifted at what they do… I wish I could be like them but I am mechanically disadvantaged so I ask them to utilize their masculine hands to fix my problems… the store manager knows how to hire them but none are as pleasant to speak to as he. I will be coming soon..
Store was fine, went in for an oil change and ask them to check my brakes. They said it needed breaks, I said great, I'll come pick it up later... Get back and they did my rotors because they said it is standard with every brake job they do - non sense and after the oil change, I was 1 quart low on oil which was more annoying than anything.
At least the tires are reliable. After making an appointment for 12:30pm only for it to take more than 4 hours for my service to be completed. It begs the question of “why make an appointment?. It’s important to recognize that everyone working there was kind and professional, it makes one wonder why they should seek service somewhere if the customer’s time is going to seemingly be wasted by a company prioritizing quantity of work over quality of experience. The only reason this review isn’t one star is due to the professionalism of the staff. They clearly realized that the mechanics were overworked and did their best to alleviate the stress the other patrons were experiencing. I sat next to a woman who was there for more than 5 hours. If you have a system for booking appointments and expect customers to stick to and abide by the time agreed upon, why allow the business to overbook themselves? I will never return to a Firestone location because I cannot allow my time to be wasted like this again.
Everyone was incredibly friendly and explained every step they were taking with the car. Prices are similar to dealership prices but this is so much closer to home than my dealership so I can’t complain too much! Will definitely be back. I have taken 3 of my vehicles to this Firestone location in Watertown, MA, and each time I gave been extremely satisfied with the outcome. The efficiency of the Service staff, the pricing based on their advice and expertise has convinced me to keep going back for my Tire Service needs. I thought this recent visit would cost about $400 and was pleasantly surprised with a $255 in Service Charges. Thank you Guys!!
I made an appointment last Saturday for my vehicle to be seen Sunday 1/29. Sunday 1/29 I was called and told i should bring in the vehicle Monday instead. Monday I arrived to the shop to drop off the car and an hour later was called and told that their master technician was out sick, and so they would need to wait until Tuesday. Tuesday I was called and told it was a Coolant Temp Sensor that needed to be replaced and they would need to order the part from the dealership. I was also told it would likely be another 4-5 days before my vehicle would be fixed likely. I asked to speak to the manager and was told the manager wasn't there. The service associate was very rude and it was the same individual on both days. He told me he didnt have time to hear my complaints and I could come pick up the car and go elsewhere. I was disgusted with how I was treated and the overall incompetence.
Took my vehicle to Pleasant Car Care in Watertown and they didn't trust Firestone's diagnosis. After several hours with the car they found the real issue and called me with evidence and estimate. I also spoke to my vehicle's dealership and they warned me against allowing Firestone anywhere near the car as well as their technicians not having enough expertise to properly diagnose the issue. Even this morning, the guys at Enterprise Rental down the street warned me about this Firestone. That's 3 separate business entities warning me about this specific location. Lesson learned, unless I need tires in a pinch, avoid this place like the plague.
This place doesn’t know how to balance tires. My partner got new tires here and they didn’t even bother to balance the rear wheels. If we drove over 50 it would shake excessively. We brought it back the next day for them to fix and they basically blew us off by telling us the wheels were dented and that’s why it’s driving that way. This was completely untrue. They just didn’t want to do their damn job. My partner then had to drive to New York with a car that shook the entire time. After being completely overwhelmed by the situation, Walmart!! of all places was able to balance the rear wheels and the car drove great afterwards.
Do NOT trust these people to do quality work and stand behind what they do. They are incompetent and will lie to women rather than do a proper job.
After scheduling an appointment online I received a phone call immediately and friendly staff explained further procedure. Everything was super uncomplicated and fast - I chose tires prior to appointment, after two hours my car was ready to go, including an entire car check up. I will come again.
This is hands down the best tire shop in watertown. The handsome store manager Luis took extreme care in helping me get my 1999 PT cruiser diagnosed on a very busy day. The young man Joseph in the back even went as far as take me in the garage and show me exactly what was wrong with my dear Chrysler. These boys are the best in the business and I will be sending all my cousins here in the future. Ask them about the 4 for 4.
I called, and they took me right in. The service manager asked me what my car needed and did not try to oversell anything. He just made two recommendations with no pressure. The inspection was thorough, which found the issue I have been suspecting about the brakes. The whole service was completed quickly. The cost was reasonable.
Made an appointment to get my tire replaced. Showed up on time for my appointment. First thing the guy at the counter says is 'oh did my manager call you yesterday?'. Of course he hadn't. Turns out they took my appointment, with the tire I needed specified in their form, and never had the tire in stock. Apparently they're having a sale and as a result are oh so busy that nobody could call me to tell me. Waste of time, waste of energy, waste of the limited miles I have available on my donut. At least I know never to go here again.
I purchased tires online and had it delivered here for installation. The staff was nice enough although very busy and did try to upsale me on services but wasn’t too pushy. I had hope arriving earlier than my appointment time would help get the job done faster but unfortunately it was still about an hour when they got my car in the service bay.
The price is just as quoted so that part is nice. And they did a good job putting the new tires in. Overall it’s a decent place and if they can manage the wait then definitely would be 5 star place
This place is practicing bait and switch. I drove 6 miles to get an oil change with Firestone in Watertown scheduled through CarAdvise for $39.99. In the 1st appointment at 3 pm on Tuesday, a Firestone staff refused the service of the oil change by telling me that I was 20 minutes late and rescheduled me for Friday at 11 am. In the 2nd appointment, the service manager Dave sat me down in the waiting room while he's pushing the tire rotation service package with additional cost through the CarAdvise application along with the oil change service that I signed up for. In the CarAdvise application, I rejected the tire rotation and stayed with the oil change. He then refused the oil change service in which I had the confirmation before showing up at Firestone. He spoke to me across the waiting room and was saying that he got family to feed. He should not feed his family at other people's expense. Everyone's time is precious. If Firestone is not ready to do business in good faith, it should not affiliate with CarAdvise simply because it cannot honor the deal.
