I am very delighted with my experience at O’reilly’s Auto Body Shop. My car was perfectly fixed without any sign of the damage that happened to it. Mr. Bernie was very clear, on point with my expectations in terms of the quality and timing of the repair. He was very nice and accommodating. He even have my car cleaned and detailed which shows a high level of attentiveness and consideration. Overall, this shop is a great place to bring your vehicle for any repairs. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience with O'Reilly & Son. My car got sideswiped and the side mirror ripped off. We took it to O'Reilly and got regular updates and an estimate of when the car would be returned. The car is better than before the accident. They fixed the panels and mirror, replaced the hubs and even buffed out a scratch on the roof. Thank you!

Fabulous work! White glove service. This is my second time using O'Reilly body shop. The last time was about 4 years ago and it was a great experience but, this time surpassed the last one. The level of detail to both the bodywork and the auto detailing was phenomenal. I felt like a new car was returned to me. They even gave me that new car smell again 🙂. Bernie was very communicative about when to bring in my car, when he expected the parts to be received and when he thought he could return it to me. Everything went as he estimated. I needed some auto body work done recently and I wanted to share the phenomenal job that Bernie and his team did at O’Reilly’s Auto Body in Watertown on Arsenal Street. Bernie and his team are extremely detailed and diligent when performing body work and my car has never looked so good! LOOK ELSEWHERE! BUYER BEWARE....You may not receive to kind of service you deserve. This place is low quality and disorganized. You can tell from just walking into the front office... Guy ripped of the masking tape they used, which removed paint from the car that was not even damaged. Had to wait 30 days to get my car in....then it took another 30 days for completion. Terrible quality work once finished, and the car inspected in appropriate conditions. You're better off keeping your options open.

Bernie O'Reilly and everyone who works for him does an amazing job, I just picked up my car and it looks FANTASTIC. Covid has definitely slowed down the supply chain, but Dustin kept me up-to-date on everything and dealt with my awful insurance company (I can't imagine dealing with those people constantly). My 14 yr old Volvo looks incredible, even the inside was clean! O'Reilly's is the only auto body shop I have used since the 1990's (!!!), I have no reason to go anywhere else!

I am beyond impressed with this shop. I couldn't be happier with the results, if I could give this place a 10 out of 5 I would. I had some cosmetic damage and when I first dropped off my car two weeks ago the lot was so packed you could barely get into the front door. They were busy to say the least. I imagined my car wouldn't be fixed for a while, but the turn around time was INSANE. Given the fact that COVID has slowed distribution of everything and their lot was packed...They worked around the clock to ensure things were done even faster than expected. Whoever is managing this place is killing it, they were responsive and professional. My car is in BETTER condition than it was given, and I'm not talking about just the damage it was in the shop for. They detailed the inside and sparkled the outside including the wheels and all. The end product is better than the original and I will recommend this place to everyone. I feel like they did more than they needed to to make sure I was happy. I can't stop raving about my car and this place WELL DONE!!!!

I took my car here after an accident, Bernie and the staff got my car in quickly to accommodate my timeline, did a great job fixing it and returned my vehicle to me fully detailed. It was pretty dirty due to kid crumbs! The staff was always very friendly and responsive to my questions. I would take my car here again.

I got seriously rear ended a few weeks ago and my usual go to place (Advanced auto) brought my car to O'Reilly's because they were not able to fix it. Besides taking longer than I would like (due to waiting for parts from various places to arrive), the service was impeccable, every time I called they were polite and thorough and kept me updated with the progress. The car was detailed and looked/smelled like a new car. We highly recommend this place.

My wife unfortunately committed a rear end collision and did quite a number on her Mazda in the process. From what she relayed to me, Bernie and his team did an exceptional job of explaining the process, getting her comfortable with it, taking care of the details and delivering the car back to her when they said they would. They even took the time to detail the interior, which in my opinion went above and beyond. I like to think I have a decent eye for color and detail: they did an exceptional paint match and blend, and from what I can see executed professional work on the mechanical repairs/replacements to the body work and associated hardware. Their estimate was inline with my expectations of the cost (although this all went through insurance.) Overall I would trust them with any body work issue and I appreciate that my wife felt comfortable leaving it in their hands. Nice job!

Had to replace a car door after a snow plow hit my car. O’Reilly’s did a great job and offered amazing service - they set appropriate expectations about how long it would take for the repair, and I got regular calls and email updates on the status from them. They even covered a scratch on another door that wasn’t part of the damage! Car was cleaned inside and out before returning to me.

They do great work. You may have to wait a week or two for an appointment but their service was top notch. Played well with insurance company and worked quickly once my car was in. End result: looks like the accident never happened and the even cleaned and detailed the interior. Good stuff.

Updated Review: I received my car back Wednesday night. Bernie was so welcoming and brought me right over to my car to show me the work while explaining what had to be done. I cannot believe how nice the new pieces look, its as if it never happened! The car looks seamless and phenomenal. As I stated below...I HIGHLY recommend Oreilly's! This is my initial review based solely on customer service. I have used Oreilly's before when I was rearended about a year ago. It was not a ton of damage but they made the process of getting it fixed easy, smooth and painless. Bernie and his team are hands down, AMAZING. I am back this past month due to another accident - clearly what happens when you pay off your car! - and again, Bernie and his team were the BEST. They put up with my calling to check on the car, with my questions about timelines and just about anything else I bugged them with! They were ALWAYS pleasant, professional and easy to talk to. I HIGHLY recommend having work done by Oreilly & Sons!! I will update once I pick up the car today, but I am not worried because I know it will be great.

Really great customer service. Had a new bumper and headlight put on a 2011 Hyundai Sonata (plus some internal damage repair). Bernie got me an appointment within a week and called me with a quote the same day. I had a tight turnaround time for the repair and Bernie and his team delivered, completing the repair in two days. Pricing was reasonable and Bernie agreed to use a pre-purchased headlight I provided.

Brought my car here after I was rear ended. Bernie and the team did a great job and he was very thorough in explaining what he had done to fix the car. There were even a couple of adjustments that I requested get done and he was happy to have me come in again so he could take care of them. Definitely would bring my car here again for any future work.

O’Reilly & Sons Autobody not only tacitly admitted to stealing $3200 for an alignment that didn’t happen but then tried to spin it without even the courtesy of an apology. We brought our car in after an accident to the right front driver’s side. Three weeks later, the work was finished. I noticed that the steering wheel listed to the right but didn’t think much of it. We needed servicing at Ford so, not knowing about cars, figured it would be taken care of then. We dropped the car off at Ford for brake work and I asked them to look at the steering. They told me the control arm was bent and that the car needed aligning. I told them the car had been aligned. They told me that with a bent control arm that was in impossible. I called our insurance agency which confirmed that the paid O’Reilly & Sons $3200 to do an alignment. I double checked with Ford to make sure that an alignment couldn’t be done with a bent control arm. Their response: “Absolutely not.” Bernie’s reaction to this news was not to sound shocked and apologetic but to ask if I’d hit any pot holes recently. After that, he tried to spin his way out of it. After 10 minutes of talking, he finally admitted that you could not align a car with a bent control arm. And yet…he continued to lie directly to my face about “having to check the paper work”. Obviously, checking the paper work is beside the point. As he admitted, you can’t do an alignment with a bent control arm. That’s not about paper work. O’Reilly & Sons took the money. They did not do the work. Even after pointing out that I’d received no apology, no apology came. Perhaps this was an anomalous incident. But given Bernie’s treatment of a very serious problem, I advised staying as far away from O’Reilly & Sons as humanly possible.

Good Afternoon, I am extremely pleased with the work I had done at O'Rielly's Auto Body. Not only did they do an incredible job with the body work, my Highlander was return clean like new inside and out in a timely matter. The staff is friendly and a pleasure to work with.
