Olivia is super competent, helpful, and friendly. She helped me find the best solution for my particular headlamp-daylight-bumper-rivet fastener problem. I never felt like I was being sold, all my questions were answered, I learned a lot, and I avoided the mechanic!
I had a very disappointing experience at this O’Reilly Auto Parts location. The woman who identified herself as the manager spoke with extremely rude and unprofessional language, including unnecessary swearing. Her attitude was aggressive, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable for someone in a management position. No customer deserves to be treated this way. I hope the company addresses this behavior immediately because it reflects very poorly on the store.
Hratch and Olivia are Rockstars! Power steering failed on the way home from the office. Pulled into this auto parts shop for the first time ever. Grateful for above-and-beyond great help in diagnosing and getting the problem fixed enough that I could make it safely home!

My parts guy Hratch guy was very knowledgeable and treated my car like a newborn baby! He saved me money and very personable. I would recommend asking for him! He's alway ready to help out customer!
great help for someone like me who's vehicle knowledge is 0. there is alway plenty of staff who will alway step out from the counter and help you find exactly what you need.
just stopped by here to get new wiper blades and 3 guys all stepped in to help me for a bit until we figured out which ones to get. thank you to Peter, Jacob, and Thinh. Don't get customer service like that anymore.
Amazing service, friendly and helpful. They saved us a lot of money with their advice. We were able to fix the headlights and a/c for next to nothing. Hratch (I hope I spelled that right) is the best!
Great store, professional and friendly staff/owner. Great value for the precuts, many options to choose from. I came here because my battery was having trouble, and I stopped at this store asking for help on Sunday.
This gentleman came and help me check my battery (the store was not busy at that time), and he helped with diagnosing that my battery was bad but no other issues. Then he kindly helped me to replace my battery. The battery I chose has three year warranty, and he mentioned I can just call and replace a new battery if there’s any issue. The whole process was smooth and easy for me.
As someone who doesn’t know much about what to do with cars, I greatly appreciate the help and kindness.
Highly recommend anyone to come here to buy auto parts and support this business!
My headlight was out, so I called a few different places (Autozome, Advance, etc) and asked if they will install if I buy it from them? They all said no, until I called O’Reilly. They were very helpful, especially their associate named Enzo. Great customer service. We’ll be back.
I had came in to check my warranty for my battery. A store person name john showed the biggest attitude and said me no service. He seriously have some attitudeand anger issue. Worst customer service. I have been with them for 3 years and this what you get. They don't want to help customers but just sell their product. I requested the store manager and he talked out the issue. He was a gentle man but I won't go back to this store again.

They managed to find a battery order from two years ago and refunded my deposit when I returned the old battery without making any fuss.
I came in with my mother just now to get her car new windshield wipers. As we were struggling to take them off an employee, John, came right out of the store to help us take them off! Within 5 minutes he found us new ones (at our price point) and installed them for us! I haven’t had such a great customer experience in months. Thank you John you were so kind.
A store well-worth making a trip to for parts, tools, and knowledge. This is the store to visit, and is one of the last vestiges of a true automotive parts store.
Ordered alternator at another O'Reilly's location for pick up as their computer system showed that there was one in stock, when I showed up they told me they didn't actually have it. So we call this location and asked for employee to do a physical part check to confirm part was in stock. Employee refused with no reason other than being lazy.
Came in for a battery test and (as a result) to get the battery replaced. The staff are experts and the service is incredible. Highly recommend coming out to this store if you're in Boston, even if it's not the closest one to you.
Nicest guys ever. I actually had a gruff experience at the AutoZone down the street and the associate literally sent me here. Glad I came! Next time will be my first stop. All of the associates seemed eager to help, were super friendly, walking around whistling and just seemed genuinely happy to be there. They helped us with the battery, installed it quickly, were very informative and knew what they were doing. Tipped the gentleman $5 for helping and he was excited for a “free iced coffee!” Really made my morning. Back on the road by 9am.
Kerri and Rob made my entire day. They helped me find the right parts and taught me how to make the necessary repair to my car in less than 15 minutes. Saved me soo much time and money! I am grateful and will be back!!

I recently shopped here for the first time to get car detailing products and tools. Staff was incredibly helpful and they provided a great assistance. There was this lady whose name I forgot to ask which helped me to find the exact products I was looking for. I’ve never seen any auto parts store before with this much of polite and patient customer service, well-done!!!
The staff was very helpful and friendly. I had a headlight out and the manager was able to replace it on the spot for me. My car is old and puts up a challenge but he was able to get it taken care of. Overall a great visit and great place.
O'Reilly has been my go-to place for years now. Always friendly and helpful, and they almost always have what I need right there. Peter and Marco are especially helpful. Excellent value, too!
