This is the only place I have ever had a good experience with a towing company. I deal with multiple a year and hands down the best service I have ever had to be honest, even the Rhonda who answered the phone was pleasant to speak with which is a FIRST!! I will look to call them only moving forward.
workers from this shop harassed some of my colleagues who were parked ACROSS THE STREET, who had just left a peaceful Tesla protest. They shouted at them calling them communists and threatening to tow their cars (parked LEGALLY across the street)

Excellent customer Service. I had gone there with my friend few days after a major accident, they were so accommodating & helpful! Helped me search my car for belongings, & also explained the towing process in detail to me.
I do want to personally thank the lady at the counter for her help, & the young gentleman who helped me open the doors of the car to do a thorough search. Big thumbs up 👍
My husband had a medical emergency, so they had to tow his car. After spending the day at the hospital they stayed open a little late for me to pick it up. So very grateful, thank you.
The tow truck drivers at this place are reckless and dangerous. I drove behind a flat bed this morning 4/23/24 at 6:03am on RT2 and he was speeding in the fast lane with a vehicle on the back of his truck. At one point I was in front of him and he got in the slow lane to pass me and cut me off, almost crashing into me just so he could get back into the fast lane and get ahead of me by one car length. When I honked my horn at him to prevent an accident, he turn on his bright rear facing flood lights in an attempt to blind me. I hope the owner of the company sees this and learns that one of his drivers are out there putting other drivers at risk and damaging his companies reputation.
It’s right in the name! Perfection plus is the BEST PLACE to take care of your vehicle when it’s needs some TLC. Don’t make the mistake of going anywhere else!

The guy who towed my car here was very rude. For one, I had my 9 month old baby with me. We were forced to ride with him which is a liability. These tow trucks are not meant for a baby to be in. & on top of that, I’m a nursing mother. My baby was crying due to hunger. I asked the man if he can lower my car while I wait for my friend to arrive, I wanted to have privacy to feed my baby. He insisted that he needed to be paid first & also insisted for me to feed my baby in the McDonald restroom. How disgusting! I also felt like I was being bullied, he was taunting me on why my car was being towed in the first place. I got angry with him & cussed him out. He felt some type of way & kicked my baby & I out of the truck. The treatment my baby & I received was unbelievable.
80 MPH on I90W, weaving in and out of traffic, tailgating and making cars have to jack on their brakes to avoid a collision. Driver seems to forget about the 20' of bed behind him on his moving billboard. Or maybe he thinks driving with the amber lights on makes him an actual emergency vehicle. How long before his luck runs out?

Emergency with two blown tires. Was able to get immediate service. Very reasonable prices. Very good customer service, allowed me to make the decission on the repair. Staff was very friendly, gave me the options.
I have been going to Perfection for over 15 years to get custom body work done as well as when my car has been involved in accidents. They are very knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. I've dealt with Steve Peterson mostly but Mike Penta is great to talk to you and reassuring.
Fantastic. They treated my truck like gold. They worked directly with my insurance company and even offered me a rental. For the amount of damage I had they were fast, and the truck looked good as new. I was very satisfied
If I could give no stars, I'd give no stars. They did a pretty aweful paint job on my car where paint was on the black rims and they forgot to paint parts of the part. Additionally, my car came back to me reeking like cigarettes. Lastly, they bumped my back fender into something and tried covering it up with a different color paint. Would not recommend these guys to a single person who has a fairly new car and would like to keep it looking new.
