I went to the store and asked an employee for advice on which hair scratch remover I should get. The worker did not know what product I should get and recommended me a 23 dollar product that I bought. I used the product and it ended up not working at all and I basically wasted 23 dollars. Next time if you are goin to give me a expensive product make sure it is worth it

Dropped in to buy a new battery for Volvo. I needed a very specific one for the premium audio. They had exactly what I needed in stock, and were very knowledgeable. Great customer service.

Swung by today to replace windshield wipers. The staff was super helpful by helping me try on a few model to ensure proper fit. Really appreciated their help and guidance!

Folks were attentive and extremely thorough-- something that lacked at the autozone in Somerville.

Jay C helped me out of a tight spot. He knew exactly what I needed, got it installed for me, and was incredibly amicable the whole way through! I definitely enjoyed working with him. Would definitely seek him out personally for future business!

Came in for a pint of oil. Also decided to finally buy the bit needed to tighten my loose car door bolt. The employees were exceptionally helpful and were able to tighten the door bolt for me for free. I greatly appreciate their professionalism, friendliness and helpfulness! 5/5 stars! Thanks! 👍👍

Stopped in this evening for jumper cables after one of our cars died in a nearby garage. When checking with David as to whether we had the right kind for our car, he generously offered to loan us one of the store battery chargers to run over to our car and bring back. This is the kind of trusting customer service you don't see much anymore! He even took time to make sure we understood how to use it. We will be back for any future parts needs. Thank you, David!! You made a stressful moment so much easier for our family!

Careful with being charged. False advertising. Going on.. I was charged 8.00 more for the cabin filter, when ad shows included.??? Sale good thru may 5th. , and I made purchase on April 17, 2025. Please explain how this is not false advertisement???

Terrible service! The guy who works at night, refused twice to return the battery I bought. The first time, he said he was broke, the second time he couldn't change the battery, according to him "house rules". The battery was with the seal. I don't recommend it!

My son bought a battery here six months ago and it died. There was no record in their system, but Ruben was incredibly helpful in validating the purchase and arranging an exchange. 100% customer focus- Autozone is lucky to have him!

Team is very helpful. James D. called around and found the parts for me at other Autozone locations, because they did not have them at his store. He then made sure the parts were there before I went to the other store to get them. I appreciate the time and effort it took, especially learning the difference between the American and Japanese models of my car to get the right parts.

This is now my second time at this location- and I’d gladly drive a littler further than the one closest to me for the customer service I received. Fredo went absolutely above and beyond helping me attach my license plate and remove corroded and stripped screws from my old one. Both staff members were warm and kind which is very refreshing I will drive with more peace tomorrow knowing my license plate is attached. Would 100% recommend. Bear says thank you too!

I am student who has to commute long way from my hometown to University and back. I walked in to get my battery check, they not only checked and replace my battery but also assisted me in making sure my tires air levels were good so I do not have any trouble. The entire staff is very intelligent, respectful, and helpful! Especially, Nelson who helped me out a great deal with making sure my car was prepared for longer commute and the staff also gave me some great advice on things I can check before longer commute or road trips. Will definitely be visiting back at this location for any of my car troubles!

The AutoZone workers at this store are always professional, helpful and willing to help. I especially want to give a shout out to Robert who was there today -- he jumped in to first test our battery and then when he noticed it was loose in its spot, he went to get the right tool to tighten it. Big thank you to Robert!

Great customer service by the 2 gentlemen at the desk on Sunday, February 25th. They were really a great help with my windshield wiper for my Subaru. I wish I had taken their names because I would say look for both of them when you go in there. They were totally awesome! It was probably about noon time.

Got hard sold & straight up yelled at, got battery acid water on arms as the guy made me bring my dead battery inside for him, didn’t get a receipt until someone googled how, and overall an awful experience This is the first bad review I’ve ever had to write, and it took a lot of bad in a row. After getting hard sold a 2nd tier battery (the Econ battery being ‘playing Russian roulette with an automatic’) by the staff (guy with a goatee tied up with rubber bands) who appeared to be the manager, my receipt wouldn’t print, and the associate helping basically shrugged and walked away, leaving me with a $225 battery on the counter waiting for someone to help me install it. Eventually, the manager said he would install it if I made him, and legitimately berated me for ‘making him work’. I’m fine with banter but I straight up got yelled at for needing help putting the battery in my car and for my choice of battery, didn’t appreciate that. When replacing my battery & blasting a cig, he told me to bring my dead battery inside for him, which leaked soluble battery fluid all over my arms on the way. The more helpful associate inside let me know that it would eventually blister off my skin/my tattoo if I didn’t wash it off fast. After finding/using the staff bathroom, they tried to return my ‘core charge’, a $22 redemption for returning my dead battery, but it took the helpful associate look up and figure out how to print a copy of my receipt. In all fairness, the battery is installed (though it looks like not very securely) and my car seems to be working, at the cost of $202 and a bit of watered down battery acid on my arms. I would not advise visiting this store, I’m certainly not going to again, so let’s hope this battery stays in place and continues working.

Very nice place. Professional and friendly staff. Got my new car battery at around 250 dollars and installed by the staff for free. I really appreciate that because I was there at 8:30 pm and it took almost an hour to replace the car battery. I was worried that I might need to replace the car battery myself, but it was nice to use their help!!

Great customer service! I went a couple of times for different things and so it happened that Rob helped me out each time. Great guy, very nice and friendly and helped me change the light bulb of my car. I like his sense of humor! I also met the manager and both, Rob and the manager, were very friendly and went the extra mile to help me with my purchase. I highly recommend this place. It's convenient, affordable and the staff is very friendly.
