We’ve been working with the group at Toyota of Watertown for almost 20 years. We’ve stuck with them because they are extremely customer service oriented, care about helping their customers find the car that’s right for the customer (not the car that’s right for the sales rep’s current sales target) and making sure that car is properly serviced. And take a look around when you visit. The folks working there actually seem to enjoy being there. I can’t say enough good things about this dealership.

I absolutely love this dealership. My car is aging, and every time I bring it in, it feels like a new car. I'm never pressured to do a trade-in or to buy a new car. The staff treat me kindly, everything is done quickly and efficiently, and the wait is never long. The waiting room is comfortable, there's cozy places to take phone calls, and a children's waiting room. You can even get your nails done there. It's a delight. Thank you, again, for being amazing.

After months of research for a Grand Highlander Hybrid Limited, I ended up with Toyota of Watertown. Jerry was honest, polite and professional. He offered a good price on both the new car and my trade-in. I would say it was the best experience I've had (I've bought 5 new Toyotas). Unlike other places where they are trying (with pressure) to sell "extras", this place just ask and respond to "No's" with a smile Another thing to add is parts - I wanted to install the running boards.
