They recently posted about a swap shop where anyone could donate and pick up items. I really appreciated the idea, so I put in a lot of effort to bring down my clean sofa, exercise equipment, and other items like toys to donate as we’re moving out. Unfortunately, when I arrived, they refused to take some items because they contained metal and plastic. It was disappointing after all the effort, and it’s also confusing — I’m not sure how to properly donate items in good condition or even where to recycle them since they’re not accepting plastics and metals for recycling. Clearer guidelines would be really helpful for the community.

When you call to say they didn’t pick up the trash they ABSOLUTELY do not help and turn around to blame you

The regular person there commented that I was always eating when I came. I said I’m hungry (because I usually drop by during lunch break). He said maybe you are feeding two people. I am not obese by the way, but it doesn’t matter if I were. It seems not very appropriate to make this kind of comment, to imply that I’m pregnant or something.

It is listed as opening at 9:00... But often the gate remains closed. Also the staff seem kind of grumpy. Other than that it's nice that you don't have to pay by item here.

If I could give it 6 stars it would get a 10. Absolute thrill ride. Would go again. Highly recommend. Definitely check it out if you're in the area.
