Great customer service the remodel looks great the woman cashier very polite honest and always keep a smile on her face the gentlemen cashier at night awesome dude very polite and funny
Love all the recent changes they have made. It looks so good now and there's more room in the front! Also Love the double doors & the glass show cases at the registers!! Plus.. my favorite employee works there daily from 7am-3ish. ? but the other employees are also pleasant.
The remodel looks amazing. They sell everything there from toys for the kids to freezer foods, and candy and formula. They just redid the whole outside and the whole inside. And Dorothy running the register is always friendly. She knows everyone by name and what they want. Wouldn’t want to go to any other conscience store. The owner is also super accommodating and will order whatever you request so that way he has it on it.
I have gone there every day for years and mostly 2-3 times a day but I can't believe that today at 1:00 o'clock I'm in line waiting and the whole time the woman is talking on her phone and really not paying attention,so I'm getting ready to get up to the counter to pay and all of a sudden this guy walks right in front of me at the same time telling the woman who still on phone to get him a pint of some liquor and she rings him up and he is going out before me ??? so I asked her if I should go to that register? It must be the fast lane or maybe it's for friends of ( new community) here?? Well she got pissed off and said I didn't have my money out fast enough for her!!!!?? My total was 9.30? I threw her a ten and said keep the change!!! I will not step back in that store anymore if she works there!!! Rude,cocky, greedy and should not be able to work with public!!! To bad to cuz I really like the owners and the other workers especially the one who works on the weekends.
There customer service is great, store looks beautiful, they just renovate the store. Store have lots of selections of groceries & lots of frozen foods lots of varieties of beer & liquor.
I just started visiting this store. N I've been going there at least 3 times a week. It's sketchy. But all the construction and improvements going on r great. The woman behind the counter has no personality whatsoever. N I always bring a bag. N I forgot it this one time.n she tells me it's 10 cents for a bag. Way to lose a good customer. U charge me 10 cents for a bag? Really? Seriously? GOODBYE
The service is incredible the employees are really nice and there’s a lot of selections of groceries and there’s frozen there. Overall everything is just really good!
The internet says it is open at 6am. When I arrived a worker informed me that they do not open until 7 and this was confirmed by a sign on the door. Normally I would give 1 star for wasting my time but their liquor selection is good.
Decent selection considering the fact it's a small store. Workers are good people. Not a great location. The prices could be better on some things. Not a lot of parking. No wheelchair accessible parking and it's quite a hassle for anyone in a wheelchair to get into and out of the store. Honestly, it's even a bit difficult if you just have a stroller. Prepared foods are pretty good too.
This place is convenient for its location for sure ..the area it’s located at may be a lil rough for some that don’t know the area well ..but from what I seen as well as experienced every time I go their is the staff/workers area very decent people to everyone..they know must of their customers greatly or at least the treatment reflects that .. very cool to see that some businesses have that family kinda feeling they treat all their
Customers like their the most important clients around ..some people may not have any people in their world that cares enough to ask about their day but this store does that ..very cool to see that people are still friendly to everyone that enters this location as they do ….
It is basic, has what you need I suppose. If your doing a drink stop or something it's not bad,but all sorts of unsavory characters come in and out -which I know isn't there fault but at the same time Location, Location, Location when it comes to buisness.
Rude worker discriminated against me a few times so I send my husband in my place if that worker is there. Everything is literally two to three times the actual price.kitchen is closed

Trashy place to go. Inside and out is dirty and riff raff like to hang out all around the place. The employees have no personalities and are very slow, but a local place for people to walk and get booze
I moved up here about five months ago and love that this store is right around the corner from me. I go here almost everyday to get Italians (I’m pregnant and always crave them). There have been a few times that people have been fighting or someone asking for change but that doesn’t bother me as much and doesn’t make me feel unsafe. I also like that you can do wic here as well. Being 37 weeks pregnant I’d rather not walk to far to get milk and stuff so this store is perfect. Workers have always been very nice towards me.
Try to avoid going if you don't need to alot of people hang out front trying to bum money and cigs not to mention how rude there workers are if you ask any kind of a question the treat you like your hassling them.
Love this cute little market, even if it is in a bad part of Lewsiton. Employers are always nice. Only downfall is when I ordered a single chicken meal, I found hair In it. Shed happens.
This business has totally gone down hill , The Staff here are VERY rude , the Deli food is Nasty , NEVER perpared right , and the prices are very high on everything in the store , They allow Loose Woman and Panhandlers to hang in front of tbe store , you have to fight to get in the store , I stopped shopping here over a year ago and refuse to go back
Every time I order food I will wait over the time to go pick it up and it is still not made or fall on the floor. The pizza has no crust for the pizza to be picked up. All toppings fall off. The food is not good the service is not good. I hate going here.
The new workers are very rude to the customers ( to the adults and to the children ). The workers that been working there 4 plus years are the ones that are respectful and nice to the adults and to the children, that come there to shop.
The store is great! The location is dirty, hundreds of nips and sippers can be found around the corner laying on the ground. I love having the some fried chicken nearby and some last minute grocery items if I need them. Lots of convenient items here.
Beggars out front, people are aggressive and some have tried to rob me after using the ATM. You shouldn't have to carry a gun going to the store to feel protected.
ordered a couple of things from the deli over the phone, when i was done i got a very impolite "is that it?" and when i said yes, she said good, and then hung up. not the first time ive had an bad attitude from this person. i like the food here it is normally ok, and is convienient but having to deal with workers attitude, and then her being on a personal call during work, kinda makes me wonder if she cares about her job. get your act together poriers and get rid of this person you guys can hire better.
The employees are rude and distasteful to the point that id rather go out of my way to a different store and the line is always a mile long!!!! Oh and they never date their produce or deli meat which is just plain scary!
I think that they are good over there but, they could at least post their meat package deals online so that people that live out of town can look it up and decide what they want and then call Poirier's up with their order
