I don't write reviews often but after receiving excellent customer service and an honest inspection I felt I needed to. They were friendly, I was able to get in right away, and they even had snacks and coffee in their office. They where honest about my inspection and did not try to upsell me. This is the only mechanic I have ever trusted and I only go here now for repairs.
Had an engine issue and found Levasseur knowledgeable and affordable. The part installed turned out to be defective, and yet they stood by the work, and made it right. A shop you can trust!

It took me several tries to find a decent garage when I moved to Lewiston. After being treated like a third class citizen at Grimmels and VIP, John was able to make a repair on my previous vehicle that was hard to diagnose. Ever since I have gone to his garage, and every single time the repair has cost far less than what I anticipated. It's rare to have complete peace of mind whenever you drop your vehicle off at a garage. I'll never go anywhere else.

John is the best and most honest mechanic we have ever encounter. He will not overcharge you. We use his shop for all our personal and business car and trucks. We followed him from where he used to worked to running his own shop. He is that good!
