The staff was incredibly nice and I have nothing bad to say about how I was personally treated however the actual experience was more annoying then anything. They forgot a finance fee that was not included in the quote for the bike so I had to resign paperwork, then the next day I get a call and had to pay over the phone a whole 5$ which again isn't a huge deal but it's annoying. The bike had a not tightened windshield which I pointed out to the sales person and still wasn't fixed by delivery. Tire pressures were not set. Bike was missing a handguard screw and washer which they were supposed to ship to me but have yet to receive that. Bike is also missing the rubber straps that hold the wiring harness to the handlebars. None of these things on their own are deal breakers but together they are kind of annoying to deal with. My wife bought a bike a couple months before and it was a fine experience so not really sure what broke down on this bike from their service department.

I visited Central Maine Powersports looking for an ATV. I was there for about 45 minutes and found what I was looking for. I wasn't bothered by any salesperson until I had questions. The purchase process was smooth and very efficient. I would recommend Central Maine Powersports to anyone looking for an ATV or side by side.

I went to Central Maine Powersports just to browse around. After talking with my salesman and going over some options I found the wheeler that was best for me and what I was looking for. After making the choice, Jake in finance made everything else a breeze. Explained the process and was able to secure me a good interest rate with the payment amount I wanted. Would definitely do businesses here again

I paid for a 5 year service plan to find out they didn't do a thing. I designed to do a once over on my sled this year. I found chain case oil black and no ski runners on my ski. This is after the told me everything was find the last two years. Didn't need anything. Do not buy there service plan or bring them any to work on. I found out first hand that they don't work on anything. I know now I'm not the only one. I'm out $3200 plus skis. Learn from my mistake.

Start to finish always a great experience at Central Maine Power Sports, Dave was the sales person and he was excellent. The whole team was welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend this place for your motor sports!

Made my deal on a new Transalp with Chet pretty much entirely online and over the phone. Showed up to get the deal done and there was no bullshit involved, got me in and out onto my new bike within 30-45min and I was able to spend the rest of the day riding. Would recommend, also very nice and big facility.

Extremely helpful staff. Needed a small helmet and they had it. Wanted a lock pin visor, which they didn't have in stock, but ordered and had it shipped directly to our house. It arrived a few days later. Excellent customer service.

I went to look at purchasing a new motorcycle, and from the moment we walked in honestly every member of the staff was friendly, polite, and most importantly not pushy in anyway. It was a very laid back and enjoyable experience I would recommend to anyone and everyone looking to purchase a new sled, motorcycle, side by side, or even accessories. This is the easiest, friendliest dealer of any machine large or small that I’ve ever worked with. I was sitting in one of the UTVs that I had come to check out with Gilly less than 2 minutes after stepping out of my car. They asked genuine questions to understand my use case and caution me about the left/right limits of various models based on my expected split of work vs play. Their finance manager, Kyle, was comfortable being told “no thanks I’ll pass on that option” without getting all weird about it. Service manager asked if I planned on doing my own maintenance, I said yes, and he was similarly professional and took my answer at face value without any extra “but sir blah blah blah” pushy business. My advice is tire kick online, not in person. Remember these guys are at work for the same reason that you go to work, to eat. But when you’re ready to pull the trigger on a new (or new to you) machine, they will get you rolling on a new set of wheels in the smoothest transaction you’ll ever be a part of.

Had a tire changed there yesterday for my motorcycle, drove 45 minutes home and put the tire back on my bike only to find that the tire was flat. Had to make an additional trip to and from to get the tire fixed due to one of the technicians informing me that they didn't seat the tire correctly. I then spoke to Craig the manager for a refund for time and fuel wasted whereas it should have been done correctly the first time only to be told that I had 2 choices...I could either get a partial refund and continue to do buisness with them or get a full refund and never do buisness there again also being informed that if we expect him to do a decent job everytime it's not going to happen. Evidently safety of their customers isn't a priority all the time ?

I have bought 6 machines from central maine power sports each time i dealt with Dave who’s been great they make everything simple and easy . They also got me money back on a warranty I had bought a year previous on a machine I no longer have. I have bought from other dealers in the area and regretted it.

Ended up checking their stock after another local Polaris dealer dropped the ball on communications. I’m glad they did though because Central Maine Powersports was a much better buying experience. So much so, that we ended up going back two weeks later to pick up another ATV for my wife. If you’re in the market for an off-road vehicle, save yourself the time and headache and just go direct to these guys. Ask for Dave, our sales person, he was very cordial and if there was something he didn’t know right away, he made the effort to figure it out. Great business and even better staff.

Central Maine Power Sports in Lewiston, Maine has excellent sales and service. They make you feel comfortable and work with you without any pressure to get what you want. I recently purchased this 2021 Honda Goldwing and I am very pleased with it.

I went in with buddy to just browse and ended up picking out a Polaris Sportsman 850 in Chalk gloss! Max was very helpful and answered all my questions. Everyone here was very friendly and the process was smooth as butter. Rick was a pleasure to work with as well. I felt very welcomed and valued. I highly recommend checking this place out for anyone looking for future purchases, Lots of cool toys for everyone!

Absolutely top notch. Got a T7 after depositing and some expected wait but the wait was not understated and bike actually arrived earlier than projected. Price was absolute steal - I know because I probably called 50-60 dealers all over east coast to find this bike. Instead of marking up a hard to get product they actually discounted it. Service was also excellent. I can't say enough.

I had an overall positive experience with my purchase, the faculty/staff were all very helpful and were genuinely pleasant to work with. My gripe is not necessarily the dealership but their website. I work offshore and had been browsing the inventories across many dealerships throughout NE during my off-time. I could not call and relied on email for communication. I found a sled the really stuck out to me and clicked the "Request Quote" button on the page for that exactly snowmobile on the showroom floor and left a comment saying I work offshore and can't receive phone calls so email is the best way to contact me. (The photo attached is the snowmobile now in my garage.) However, the person who wrote back to me had no idea as to which vehicle I wanted and started asking me about what features I wanted and started talking about what was in the warehouse blah blah blah as if they did not receive the information from my quote request about the snowmobile on the showroom floor and that my comment was not read prior to reaching out to me. This lead to days being wasted on figuring out what was available and then eventually we circled back around to the snowmobile that I was requesting a quote on from the beginning. Thankfully no one else wanted that snowmobile during that time or else I would have lost out on it because of that lack of original data communication. I would say the functionality of the website as far as quote requesting and things of that nature could be improved on. Judging by how things went, it seems it was the website's fault and the people were just doing the best they could so I give 5 stars for the people and 3 stars for the website. 4 star average between the two. I still would recommend CMP.

Corwin was great. He did great adjusting to my changing needs, and then was good in getting back to me in a reasonable amount of time to see if I had made my decision on the bike. 1 request was not followed up on properly. A squeek in the brakes, but other than that things went great. The closing process was very efficient. Thanks
