No issues with the service, but their hours suck, especially on the weekends. Don't have any issues with your vehicle past mid afternoon or you're going to have to go somewhere else.
Excellent service once again. After wasting a morning online trying and failing to find a battery maintainer with the correct connector for my lithium generator battery, I stopped in, and within 5 minutes of talking to someone on staff, I had exactly what I needed.
Had a great experience there today. My car was overheating so I came in for some coolant. The lovely young lady that helped me was super courteous, and knew her stuff. Then as I was popping the hood on my vehicle to add the coolant, another guy that works there came out and asked me if I needed a funnel. As it so happens, my funnel was broken, so I took him up on his offer. He went to his car, got me a funnel, and chatted with me while I filled up my overflow tank. Super nice folks who definitely went above and beyond what I expect from retail service these days. Great job!
Oh my God so friendly some guy came out and put in a quart of oil in for me and I tried to pay him for the oil and a couple dollars for him putting it in for me and he would not accept it then the next week I went for brake fluid again put the brake fluid in for me and refused any sort of payment these guys are amazing just amazing to
Ordered parts on line they hadn't pulled the parts when I showed up 45 minutes later waited a half hour for them to find parts ended up cancelling order cause they couldn't find the part
The gentleman who helped me was amazing. I wish I had gotten all the parts I needed from him. I had ordered some from an online site, and they didn't fit. This man took the time to be sure I had the right ones and compared what I brought into what I was getting.

I've yet to be disappointed in my visits foriging for auto parts experienced knowledgeable employees who are happy to help you get exactly the right part for your ride.
Had to purchase a license plate frame. Nothing major. Staff really helpful and even came to the car with tools and put it on the car. Never expected that service.
I enjoy going to this store. They run some great specials. What I enjoy the most are the folks that work there. They are very helpful and friendly and love to chat.
Awesome staff. The whole team is very helpful. I don't go anywhere else. Laurie is usually who I ask for. I forgot an item I purchased and Steve saved it for me for the next time I go in. James and another guy went out and helped me with wipers and my battery in the winter also. Over all one of the better parts stores in this area as far as customer service goes.
Note: this, so far, is just from the Lewiston, ME store. I have not yet had this experience with other stores.
I visited this establishment on Monday, 7th of September, 2020. I was in for rain guards. I approached the counter, and explained to the older gentleman that I was looking for rain guards. "Oh, they're over there, in aisle two," he gruffly responded. I had never bought rain guards for a vehicle before, and I had no idea what I was looking for. I asked him how I would know what car I'm looking for, and he just snapped back, "It's right on the package." I made him follow me, and I explained to him that he would obviously have to order mine because I did not see any rain guards for my particular vehicle on that rack (2000 Lincoln Continental...not exactly a common car). We then proceeded back to the counter, where he made a half-hearted attempt to look for them on his computer. After two minutes he said 'sorry, we can't get them.' He made no other efforts.
Contrast that with O'Reillys down the street, where I was asked all the right questions straight off the bat, and I wasn't ever coldly pointed to any particular aisle by a lazy associate whose present activities were obviously too important to put any effort into helping a potentially paying customer. Will 110% not recommend this establishment if you want even mediocre customer service, because they are incapable of even that.
Theres always someone there to help you out no matter the time of day. The guys are very friendly and will help you out in a heartbeat. I've come her quite a few times while I was in dire circumstances and they were always there to lend a hand.
Excellent service! I needed a new battery and had everything tested and installed (free of charge!) in less than an hour. Bob (service person) was absolutely great.
Never had as bad of an experience there as today. Service is usually very sharp and helpful.
Checkout scan reported wrong price and I had to babysit the guy for 5 minutes, while he went back and forth repeatedly to fully complete the checkout.
I have been coming here for well over a year, same group of folks that work up there some have come and gone but the ones up there have always been EXTREMELY helpful and friendly. They take their time to help troubleshoot issues, would definitely recommend to any family member or friend!
I called Advance Auto Parts last night and talked to Nick about my transmission leak. He had the product I had requested when I walked in the door a few minutes later. Not only did this guy put the stuff in my tranny, he saved me $5.00 and slid under my car to look at the leak. Then he gave me some solid advice about the (likely) cause of the problem. Bought my loyalty forever.
