This place is a rip-off went in for an inspection and came out with problems that didn't exist before and they refuse to acknowledge that it's their fault. When I pull up I had brake lines when I pulled out my damn near killed myself.
Have always had problems with this place, whether its from looking up parts or even just picking up parts. Get looked at like i have 2 heads when ordering parts because majority of the people there know nothing. Paid for a part from a different store and picked it up there, the part was used and defective. Not the first time ive gotten used parts from them. I feel like if you are going to have employees representing your company, they should at least have a little bit of common sense. Hell even just know that they are supposed to look at parts that are getting returned.
It's my to go place been using them for years they take good care of me on prices an parts I have a business account with them courchaines auto repair u guys get a chance to go in O'Reilly's to get parts or whatever u need meet the the staff they are amazing the commercial guys are awsome carl and dan will take care of u on anything also want to meet the manager ryan he is a good guy to lead u in the right direction even the poeple out on the front counter are very helpful for your automotive needs
Great experience here! Everyone was super helpful and explained every what needed to get done to my car and why. They showed me the underside of my car and told me what problem was causing what noises. They made the process a lot less painful.
Great service gentleman named Nate was excellent at helping me find the right part an super friendly ….highly recommended when possible look for Nate …that man deserves a raise !!!!!

I went into the store around 4:45 p.m. on Friday October 23rd to get a headlight for my car. I got the headlight and replaced it, but it still didn't work. I went back into the store to see if I had bought the correct light. I was very frustrated and I didn't hide that at all when talking to a couple of the service clerks. Turns out I didn't understand which one I really needed to replace, the low beam or the high beam, and I was getting frustrated for no reason. One of the clerks actually punched back in from his break early to help me with his situation, he even came outside and replaced the bulb for me. He did so in such a professional way even when I was getting frustrated. I wish I had remembered to get his name before I left, but he did a fantastic job handling the situation and handling a somewhat disgruntled customer (me haha) I work customer service and I know better, he handled the situation very well and I will definitely be a repeat customer.
Brought my Girlfriends 2012 Chevy Sonic had 2 codes that went off ... Replaced Thermostat ..
Customer Service was 100 % with all the Staff involved that day. And last but not least "Noah" the Mechanic well its always "ICING ON THE CAKE " with a guy
Like that running around with A+ automobile knowledge ! But i must also go back to the front of the house who also stepped when a glitch occurred during the repair to finish off the Job Correctly and not Cost me the customer more money in the end !!! I guess the worst part for this Veteran Marine ! Was in the End An Army Veteran Saved the Day !!

Robert and Bryan were truly sympathetic and assisted me with major troubles I was having with my vehicle. They were exemplary at explanation and being confident.
Needed to have the rear brakes done on my Camry. Knew that it was going to cost me some but the staff is up front on the cost and makes sure you have a safe vehicle. They took the time to show me what was wrong and why it was more of an issue than just the pads and rotors. I needed some parts for the emergency / parking brake. I like the waiting room because they have a viewing window of the work area.
