I needed my transmission fluid changed ASAP before the problem got worse. Corey and the crew at Sabattus St. VIP were able to get my car in that day. Excellent customer service, and extremely friendly people! 10 out of 10 recommend for your repair needs!!

I came in for a small problem - I couldn't get my old license plate off my car. The screws would turn but not come out. The associate named Keith helped me very patiently on a busy Thursday afternoon. The entire housing holding the screws had to replaced. Keith had to try 2 different sizes and apply a lot of muscle that I certainly don't have, but He did not quit til my new licence plate was securely in place. Honestly, I would have understood if he simply sold me a kit and sent me on my way. I'm glad he didn't do that because I would not have been able to drive in the new screws. I fully expected a service fee for all the time he spent working on my car, but there was no charge for the kindness Keith showed. He went extra mile, in spite of some bothersome nerve pain, and I am grateful! Thank you Keith!!

Never any issues when I go for a sticker. However my vehicle is well maintained. Easy in and out.

I was surprised to find out I needed both front control arms replace only a couple months after passing inspection at a different VIP. To be honest I wish I had gotten a second opinion on the control arms rather than saying yes go ahead and fix them. After this I would like to thank the manager corey, he called and explained what had happened and saved the parts that they replaced. He also genuinely took my feedback and I believe they'll take steps to improve. Solid 3 stars. Next visit I expect it'll be a four or a five as usual

Corey and Mindy are unreal. Amazing customer service. Got me right in and gave me an amazing price. On top of that I had a flat the very next morning due to some thing with my car and Corey came out in his own vehicle about 20 minutes down the road and filled my tire and got me right in to fix the small issue with my tire. Unreal service. Very highly recommend them.

Great place. Brian the technician on Sabattus st Lewiston was amazing. I truly recommend him the best I have come across. The Goodyear comfort drive tires are fabulous for my 2016 toyota highlander. They are very quiet and really do give a comfortable ride.

They got me in same day and changed my battery for me! Great customer service ?

Reps were friendly and straightforward. When bringing up possible issues with the car, they were more than willing to show me pictures. The car was returned to me in the same shape I gave it to them and with a floor protector to not leave boot prints.

VIP on sabattus st always delivers. Fair prices and they never sell you on stuff you don’t need.

Got an appointment at the day and time I wanted. Corey was very helpful in arranging my appointment. 20 minutes and done! He also gave me a quote for services that were upcoming. Highly recommend.

I went for an oil change and was told that my brake pads in the front had 2 mm remaining and that my battery was near the end of its life as it “tested bad”. I was encouraged to replace my battery, get new front brakes, and get my tires aligned. I went to a different shop and they showed me that I had 10 mm left on the front brakes and that my battery was perfectly fine. To top this all off, I paid for a Mobil 1 service and Mobil 1 oil filter, and they did not put a Mobil 1 oil filter in. I had this verified at the second shop as well. Do not take your car here unless you want to be scammed.

I removed a star for each hour it took to put new tires on. I had never had this job take so long. Everything else was wonderful. I saw people come in after me who left before me. Bring entertainment, just in case.

My experience was horrible. They damage the roof of my car and would not admit it. I will make sure to tell everyone of how you conduct business. Social media and word of mouth are great tools to boycott your business

Went in for an inspection sticker and got a quicker day than the dealership,very polite and great service at sabattus st. Lewiston.

The staff are wonderful. They really know what they are doing and take excellent care of my car. Very impressed with the service at VIP Lewiston location. I live out of state and was in Lewiston to help my elderly Mom. Noticed a headlight on my car was out. I called the nearest Toyota dealership and they didn't have any appointments available to fix before I had to travel back to Maryland. Called two other car repair places and they never picked up the phone. Remembered the VIP I drove by and saw all the excellent reviews. They installed a new headlight and gave me a discount for being a veteran. I was very thankful and impressed with the service from all the employees. Thank you!

Went in for inspection sticker. I knew I had a cab brake light out and a passenger reverse light out. I was told I needed windshield wipers and two new sway bars and front alignment. I said ok. They said I only had one light out. Driver’s rear running light. When I left my rear turn signal wasn’t working and the passenger reverse light was not fixed. I called to schedule an appointment for them to fix the issues they never fixed. When I came in for my appointment they said they would have to charge me. How do they let a vehicle that they just stickered leave there without it being legal. Second 20 minute travel for no resolution. Shame on you. I’ve had all my servicing done there and have spent thousands of dollars. I should have had it resolved at no expense to me.

Went to VIP Tires & Service today for get my tires rotated and get a sticker, I was in & out in 25 minutes! They’re Fast & Efficient, would highly recommend:)

Cliff at VIP was amazing to deal with. He worked with us to get our 4 tires replaced and was very professional. He explained the differences with each brand of tires and we were able to get right in and have the work done. Highly recommend going to the Sabbattus Street in Lewiston location and see Cliff. ??

I stopped in for a spontaneous diagnosis durle to smoke rising from the hood. Lisa at the front desk was pleasant and straight forward with information to help. The mechanic diagnosing my car was quick, efficient, and showed me exactly what was going on. During my visit they help several customers, some with appointments and others without. I had a positive experience during a stressful time. Thank you!

I asked for 2 specific tires to be mounted on my car and the tires to be rotated. And that’s just what I got. They even informed me that I had a few rewards dollars I could put against my bill. I am satisfied with price and service provided

Excellent customer service at the Sabattus Street location. Oil change was done in a timely manner and the tech found a missing lug nut and a dirty air filter. Lisa and her counter staff were very courteous and knowledgeable about tires. Upgrading my summer tires next Spring. Thank you for the great service.

I purchased 4 new all season tires + install. I also added the maintenance package on the tires that is a really good deal. The work was completed in a timely manner and my car drives like a dream. Couldn't be happier! Love VIP Tires & Service!
