I went to M.T. Bottle Redemption at 4:40pm on a Tuesday with 1 HUGE redemption sized AND 7 BIG 33-gallon bags stuffed full of bottles. Not knowing that they closed at 5pm. I wasn't trying to be "that" jerk, so I told the guy working that it was more than ok to just count whatever he could and I would happily load anything that remained back into my car for another time, so that he could close on time. He said no way and that he was going to count them even if it meant he had to stay a few minutes late.
Not only was he a very fast and accurate counter, but he put up with my all of my questions about their business, as well as my jabbering on about other redemps while he worked, all without making me feel like a nuisance.
I received the most efficient, effective, personable, and professional service that afternoon while I returned months worth of bottles, indoors, protected from the cold bitter Maine weather, which was just another added bonus!! I am so glad that I decided to check out if this place was still in business, (I'm almost never in that part of town) because I won't be going anywhere else from now on!! It's worth going 5 minutes out of my way to return my bottles indoors, but mostly for the exceptional service that I received!! I would recommend M.T. Bottle Redemption to anyone anytime!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My family and I love this redemption. They are always happy and talkative. The say talk to my boys, making it a fun errand for them. I highly recommend them to everyone.
Such a wonderful experience to return bottles. Friendly and a very accurate count. It's my new bottle redemption center. Crazy accurate count while having wonderful conversation wih the young lady. Clean and smells good not nasty in there like most centers.
I've always had very good luck there. But this morning, I went there and I had a big bag right full of water bottles and it was way over a 100 and I got $2.50. I believe the guy was new.
Today I dropped off a ton of bottles that had been collecting at my house. We arrived and they were lined up. I asked one of the employees - Adam - if we could drop them off and he said of course. He took our name and said he would get to it as soon as he could. He messaged a few hours later and they were all done. Fast - pleasant - and wonderful to work with. Brandy helped out my husband and I today! This was our first experience at this business and it was absolutely a beautiful experience. Brandy helped explain how the process worked and was super pleasant in her attitude and demeanor. The other staff members were also super nice and they were all fun. Overall great experience! Brandy and John were the best. Very friendly and quick in their jobs. I’ve been to other bottle redemption places and they were ok but not a five star.

They handled 70 bags, unannounced, with great attitudes. I'm quite impressed with the two gentlemen on staff, and I now go out of my way to use this location.
Brandi is AMAZING and I always get excited when she is working! She is incredibly hard working and passionate! I was just here and Brandy and her team were amazing! We brought in a literal truck load of returnables and they just cranked! I would not try anywhere else!
Hubs is always in nd out real quick, love that they’re speedy. Even if there’s a few people in line they will get you in and out quickly. And if we bring our daughter with us they are so kind and offer her a snack or stickers. Good people!! The woman up front at Lisbon st is so awesome
Fast, friendly and did 2 car loads of bottles in no time at all and with a smile. This was my first time using this place for redemption. I think it was faster than my usual center, and since it was cold out, it was nice that it was inside.
The service here is always friendly and fast. Even when there is a line you never have to wait long. I also never have felt like I have been shorted my money like I have at other places.
Amazing service when we arrived with a very large load of bottles this last weekend. Very thankful they counted them while we waited, and pretty sure Brandi set a counting record!! She was so fast!
Jason and Brandi were such a huge help! We had 8 bags of bottles and it was very time consuming but they were patient and friendly with us. We would definitely recommend everyone go here and we will be coming back!
Went in today with an oversized truck load of many bags of bottles and cans. I was amazed how fast Brandi and Jessica counted, I thought I was going to be there for at least 30 minutes with all I had. I was in and out in no time . Need to return bottles this is the place to go and hopefully these 2 super women are working because they were also very friendly. Thanks for making this bottle return trip a pleasant one.
The lady that counted our bags kept stopping so my bags was not counted correctly. She had an attitude from the time that we walked in. I know it’s 9am and you are at work but please if you don’t want to be there then go home. Will not be coming back!!!!
Awesome! Thank you again Brandy and DJ! My first time in was today and I did not know they closed at 5pm. I walked in at like 4:50ish pm. With 6 bags of bottles. They happily told me I was all set. They worked together both counting my bottles and had me out of there by 4:58pm. Brandy was very personable. I also left with more money than I thought I was going to. So they obviously count them correctly. This is definitely my new spot to bring my bottles ??☺️
I recently turned in bottles and was severely ripped off, but it is my fault for not checking to make sure they counted correctly, you definitely have to do these peoples jobs for them. They pocketed a large amount of money for bottles that were $.15 apiece and played it off that they were not worth anything! Do not go to this place you will get ripped off!!
Came here with my 20 month old daughter I informed the nice lady behind the counter I had my daughter she came out to my car had me open my trunk and helped me and said don’t worry stay with your little girl I’ll wave you in when it’s done. Very nice and professional! Highly recommend over roopers etc. I always get attitude from workers at roopers for having a good amount of bottles.
