Needed a special battery for my generator. They had it ! Couldn't find one anywhere locally. The staff was extremely helpful!!!

No wonder this place has 0 stars and the most terrible customer service around lewiston. Josh likes to get in heated arguments with paying customers instead of resolving the issues like a professional business would. 0/10.

They are nice people. Treated me fairly. I love Interstate batteries and this store is a good example of customer service Rebecca is spectacular at the front of this operation. Michael you should be proud.

Well worth the trip. Every battery size imaginable is on hand. And you skip the middle man going straight to distributor. The woman in the office is very product knowledgeable very nice to deal with.

I called knowing very little about battery i needed for front end loader and Elizabeth walked me through everything couldn't ask for any better customer service and the prices blow everybody else out of the water..

They opened for me when they were closed. I was in desperate need for a battery and thanks to them I was able to get one on Labor Day! Thank you

When you bring in a battery for warranty they argue and try to blame bad battery for being overcharged. They don't like to stick with warranty promises.
