My father brought my grandmothers car by First Choice today. A neighbor moved her car and noticed the brakes were loud. He expressed his concerns to Rocky, shop manager and Rocky promptly came outside to inspect the car. Upon his inspection he noticed the brakes were just dirty from sitting. No work was needed. Rocky was professional, honest, and didn’t try to swindle us for an unnecessary repair. “They have a good man over there” Thanks First Choice for reassuring us honest professional shops still exist.
I destroyed my flex pipe on a rock on Friday evening, and 1st Choice was able to get me in that following Tuesday afternoon. The car was fixed in quick manner, and the price was very reasonable. A big thank you to Rocky and the crew!
I had work done this company on one of my trucks. I before going to him bought some parts for the front end that I was going to do myself. I needed other work done so when I went in I asked him if he could install the parts I purchased from another dealer, he said sure so I gave him those parts and he fixed both jobs. On the other job he used his own parts. When the job was complete he charged me for my parts in which I already paid for. He refused to remove that from the bill. This company is very dishonest . The next day his employee by the name Iderola told me that I was treated unfair. He also told me that he does this all the time.
We were referred by Evergreen Subaru. Our 2010 Forester needed exhaust work. After speaking with the manager we decided on replacing both mufflers. First Choice completed the repairs the same day and very reasonably priced. Can't say enough good things about our experience.

My vehicle has been to this shop 3x for the same issue each time being told that it was fixed. It’s currently still sitting there bc it still won’t run after giving this shop $1400 to fix the issue they tell us to take it to a dealership!!! Not happy at all and would NEVER recommend this place. Crooks
Made a quick appointment, got there , got in on time, service was completed in a timely fashion, and the price was better than any where else from Bangor to Portland Maine. I highly recommend this automotive repair shop to any one!!!!!! 5 star service!!!!!!
Great job done for muffler. Only did the work neccessary. Can be pricey if they have to put new muffler depending on make. They said they had to buy from dealer only. I wanted appointment so I had to wait a week. Could have gone to Mieneke same day but needed to get there when they opened if I didn't want to wait long. First come first serve. But they can shop for better price on new muffler.
Great experience I didn't have to wait very long they inspected my muffler system told me what I needed and that was it no gimmicks no extras price was better then what I shopped calling other places overall great experience

Went down to get my husband a gift certificate for Christmas for a exhaust on his truck. Went down the first time and apparently no one there knows where the gift certificates are? Was told they would locate the gift certificates and call me. A week later, no call, so I called them. “Oh the boss hasn’t given them to us yet. I’ll have one for you tomorrow.” Go back down to buy said gift certificate. Told they don’t accept checks. What kind of vehicle repair business doesn’t accept checks?! So needless to say I won’t be making a third trip down there. Terrible customer service.
I showed up early to my appointment and they got me right in, told me about an hour but done before the hour was up. Price was good and service excellent. I will definitely go back. 5 stars from me.
