The issue was not with the service itself. It was the dog in the background constantly barking which made it difficult to communicate, in turn adding to my frustration being stranded on side of the road.
If I could give a negative star review I would . Was told it would be a 45 minute max wait for a truck . Over Two hours later and a truck from a different company are you serious ?
Called them on a Friday evening. I explained the car was at LMPD imposing lot and had to be towed out. I was assured the truck would be there in 45 minutes or less. After over an hour waiting, I called back and was put on hold while they tried to call local tow companies to get me taken care of. At this point, I could tell it was a call center. They finally came back to the line and said they would have to call me back. After another 15 minutes of waiting, I called back in and after several holds, I was told they could not come to the impound lot. I was told to call back in to get my refund started. The refund took several days to receive. I wasted over an hour and a half on this company.
I finally called Bennett’s in Indiana and they were there in about 30 minutes and charged $40 less.
