The folks at Trailers N More are always very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. I recently was in the market for a snowblower but didn’t know which one fit my needs. They are a wealth of knowledge and after talking to them about the various options, I made my decision and bought one. They even delivered it and gave me a demonstration. I bought a mower from them a few years ago and will continue to be a customer.

Have my old Dixon mower winterized at Trailers N More every year. They let me know if any additional work should be done. No pressure, just what needs done. Real good service, and have no mower problems during the mowing season
Trailers N’ More was great to work with. Picked up both mowers (riding and push) and less than 2 weeks later, called to schedule them to be returned. They were always on time and in communication. Will definitely use them again!
Had my mower serviced this fall for next year. Price was cheaper than anybody else. Free pickup. It was done within 10 days or so. Free delivery back. It was a good deal.

Since my purchase of my Zero turn mower, I have had excellent service and annual maintenance on the unit. I get scheduled each year for the winter rest maintenance program so my unit is ready to roll out at the start of each mowing season. They pick it up as scheduled and return it when completed. They keep me advised if there is an issue or problem that needs fixing. I would recommend them to anyone who has a mower that needs servicing as well as if they are in the market for a new mower or any other piece of yard or farm equipment. They also work on weed eaters and chainsaws. They are a full service company and value their customers.
Very knowledgeable staff for lawn equipment. When service is needed the job is done quickly and well. I've had very few issues with my equipment since I've been buying and taking my equipment in to Trailers N More for service.
Purchased a Cub Cadet from Trailers N More and could not be more satisfied. Great Product and Great people to work with. Plus - they service what they sell. Stay away from the BB stores.
Installed an aftermarket rear hatch lift on my Toyota 4Runner. No one else in town would do it, including the dealer. They took the time to look at the manufacturer website and installation guide and agreed to do it. Effectively keeping me in this vehicle following an injury that made the manual lift impossible for me. Very happy with the service.
I needed a couple of leaky tires fixed on a utility vehicle. They diagnosed the problem, fixed the leaks and called me within an hour. That was great service!
If I could give a MINUS 5 star rating I would. This business owner is dishonest and rude. He insisted upon an upfron diagnostic fee of $93, then after 4 days did nothing to inform me of why the small engine would not start after promising I would have a diagnsotic report, phone call and estimate within 2 days. After 4 days I stopped in as I needed to get the repairs done, and learned he had not even looked at it yet. He was disrespectfull and said I took take my equipment and leave OR pay $200 cash up front and he would look at it immediately. I chose to take my equipment. He then moved my equipment into the garage, and started disassemply the motor parts, he would not say what he was removing or why, he would not give me my $16,000 equipment back until I called the police. Be smart buy your equipment elsewhere, and NEVER allow him to perform repairs on your equipment.The business REFUSED to refund the $93 paid and said ne would sue me if I disputed the charge with my bank. My Dixon just quit running I called Trailer and they came out to pick it up. I thought I had diagnose the problem. I was wrong the found the problem and fix the problem. They brought my mower back and it starts very good and runs like charm. I would recommend Trailers for any service or repair work on your mower.
After a terrible experience with another local company, I was really nervous about getting my lawnmower repaired again—but Trailers n More completely changed my mind!
They were honest and communicative from the start. There was a small mistake on their end initially, but they took full responsibility and made it right without hesitation. They called me to explain the different repair options, walked me through what each one involved, and gave me clear pricing for everything.
Their turnaround time was fast—prompt with both pickup and delivery, and quick to get the parts ordered and installed. On top of that, they went above and beyond by fixing the safety switch under the seat on my riding mower (something the previous owner had disengaged). That little detail showed me they took the time to do a thorough job.
Overall, I’m super happy with the experience. I will absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing mower repairs!

I own a 10-year-old cub cadet walk behind push mower. I love this machine. I have never had problems with it. I had to have one cable replaced never took it in for maintenance until this year and it was something very minor. They had it done in two days didn’t have to order any extra parts. They did a tuneup. I came home it started on the first pull. I love my cub cadet and these people treated me really well they answered all my questions and explained what they did on my mower and the service was reasonably priced
I have an older mower that had a safety switch go out. The mower was difficult to get apart, so decided to replace all safety switches (even the good ones) as the mower had some age and heavy wear. We didn't want to be wasting time fixing another $5 switch in a few months.
Trailers N More refused to sell the parts to my wife, mentioned we should not be doing our own work, and the mower is not worth repairing. I will not recommend. They did print off the wiring diagram for her. That was helpful, so 2 stars. But overall delayed my repair as I had to source switches elsewhere. Mower is repaired and working great for much less than the cost of a new ZTR.
This was the best experience! Dale was very, very thorough in explaining how the lawnmower and blower worked. He spent a long time with me and made sure I had all the information. Also love that it is not a big box store, but a smaller business. Best of all, when I told him I needed to get one of my neighbors to help me load my old lawnmower into the back of my car, he just said he would bring my new things over to my house and pick up my old one. When he got here, everything was already set up and he went over everything with me again and mowed a couple of strips of my yard to show me that it works well. He made sure he stayed until I was completely comfortable with everything. Just all around excellent customer service! Highly recommend!! Michelle R.
These guys are the best. Bought a great Cub Cadet zero turn at a great price a couple years ago. It always goes in for off season maintenance. They pick it up, do all scheduled maintenance and then return it to my garage.......all for a fair price! This season, I was ill at the end of summer so I had not had a chance to properly clean the mower. Man, these dudes brought it back after service and it was probably cleaner than when new! Awesome work! Skip the big box stores and buy your Cub Cadet from the authorized guys at Trailers N More.
Extremely satisfied with Trailers and More. The whole team is customer focused which is not common it seems these days. The quality of work was top notch. I definitely recommend. Chris replaced the surge brake coupler on my boat trailer. It looks better than new. Only down side is now the whole trailer needs refreshed to match their work.
