Called today as a matter of fact and Karen answered the phone and was not helpful at all and says when you have the title in your name it is literally signed and im needing a quote not trying to say yes to the very first offer. Yet their advertisement says you don’t need the title… hmmm horrible customer service and gave attitude to customer. WILL NOT BE DOING BUSINESS HERE HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. I even have the car loaded on a trailer ready to head to wherever to sell it not even asking for them to send someone to pick it up!!! Keep away!!!
